Celem ogólnym Projektu jest zmniejszenie ograniczeń w zakresie dostępu i przekazywania materiałów w postępowaniu przygotowawczym poprzez rozbudowę systemu informatycznego obsługującego procesy związane z udostępnianiem akt postępowań przygotowawczych w sprawach karnych oraz procesy związane z gromadzeniem i przesyłaniem informacji związanych z prowadzonymi postępowaniami. Projekt jest kontynuacją ciągu działań podejmowanych przez prokuraturę, w szczególności stanowi kontynuację projektu realizowanego ze środków PO IG, w ramach którego wdrożono system pozwalający na digitalizację akt postępowań przygotowawczych w sprawach karnych prowadzonych przez prokuratury okręgowe i regionalne, który następnie był kontynuowany ze środków PO PC (projekt iSDA) ale ze względu na niemożliwość zakończenia realizacji umowy na wykonanie oprogramowania Systemu przez wykonawcę projekt został przerwany i niniejszy wniosek stanowi wyraz ubiegania się o uzyskanie jego dofinansowania ponownie z uwzględnieniem zmienionej formuły realizacji. Zakłada się osiągnięcie celu projektu poprzez:- zaprojektowanie, przygotowanie i wdrożenie oprogramowania Systemu,- wdrożenie Centralnych Usług Infrastrukturalnych niezbędnych do świadczenia e-usług udostępniania akt - zakup niezbędnej infrastruktury.W wyniku realizacji Projektu powstanie możliwość udostępniania akt postępowań karnych prowadzonych we wszystkich jednostkach prokuratury z wykorzystaniem sieci Internet. Efekty Projektu skierowane są do wszystkich osób zaangażowanych w postępowania przygotowawcze w sprawach karnych. (Polish)

The general objective of the Project is to reduce restrictions on access and transfer of materials in preparatory proceedings through the development of an IT system that handles processes related to the provision of files of preparatory proceedings in criminal matters and processes related to the collection and transmission of information related to ongoing proceedings. The project is a continuation of the activities undertaken by the Public Prosecutor’s Office, in particular it is a continuation of the project implemented by the OP IG, which implemented a system allowing the digitisation of the files of preparatory proceedings in criminal cases conducted by district and regional prosecutors, which was subsequently continued with the funds of PO PC (ISDA project), but due to the impossibility of completing the contract for the implementation of the System software by the contractor, the project was interrupted and this proposal constitutes an expression of the application for its application again. It is assumed to achieve the goal of the project by:- design, preparation and implementation of the System software,- implementation of Central Infrastructure Services necessary to provide e-services of access files – purchase of the necessary infrastructure.As a result of the project, the possibility of making available criminal proceedings files conducted in all units of the Public Prosecutor’s Office using the Internet. The effects of the Project are addressed to all persons involved in preparatory proceedings in criminal matters. (English)

L’objectif général du projet est de réduire les restrictions à l’accès et à la transmission des documents dans le cadre de l’enquête en élargissant le système de TI à l’appui des processus liés à la fourniture des dossiers d’enquête criminelle et des processus liés à la collecte et à la transmission de l’information liée aux enquêtes en cours. Le projet s’inscrit dans la continuité des activités entreprises par le ministère public, en particulier la poursuite du projet mis en œuvre par l’OP IG, qui a mis en œuvre un système permettant la numérisation des enquêtes pénales menées par les parquets régionaux et régionaux, qui a ensuite été poursuivi avec les ressources de l’OP PC (projet ISDA), mais en raison de l’impossibilité d’achever le contrat d’exécution du logiciel système par le contractant, le projet a été interrompu et cette demande est l’expression d’une nouvelle demande de financement, compte tenu de la formule révisée de mise en œuvre. L’objectif du projet est de:- concevoir, préparer et mettre en œuvre le logiciel système,- la mise en place des services centraux d’infrastructure nécessaires à la fourniture de services électroniques de partage de fichiers — l’achat de l’infrastructure nécessaire. Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, il sera possible de mettre à disposition des dossiers de procédure pénale menés dans toutes les unités du parquet sur Internet. Les résultats du projet s’adressent à toutes les personnes impliquées dans des enquêtes pénales. (French)

Das allgemeine Ziel des Projekts besteht darin, die Beschränkungen des Zugangs und der Übermittlung von Materialien bei der Untersuchung zu verringern, indem das IT-System zur Unterstützung von Prozessen im Zusammenhang mit der Bereitstellung von strafrechtlichen Ermittlungsakten und -prozessen im Zusammenhang mit der Sammlung und Übermittlung von Informationen im Zusammenhang mit laufenden Ermittlungen erweitert wird. Bei dem Projekt handelt es sich um eine Fortsetzung der von der Staatsanwaltschaft durchgeführten Tätigkeiten, insbesondere eine Fortsetzung des Projekts, das über die OP IG durchgeführt wurde, mit der ein System eingeführt wurde, das die Digitalisierung von strafrechtlichen Ermittlungen der regionalen und regionalen Staatsanwaltschaft ermöglicht, das dann mit den Mitteln des OP PC (ISDA-Projekt) fortgesetzt wurde, aber aufgrund der Unmöglichkeit, den Vertrag über die Ausführung der Systemsoftware durch den Auftragnehmer abzuschließen, das Projekt unterbrochen wurde und dieser Antrag unter Berücksichtigung der überarbeiteten Umsetzungsformel erneut beantragt wird. Ziel des Projekts ist es, durch:- Konzipierung, Vorbereitung und Implementierung der Systemsoftware,- Implementierung der zentralen Infrastrukturdienste, die für die Bereitstellung von elektronischen Diensten für die gemeinsame Nutzung von Dateien erforderlich sind – Erwerb der notwendigen Infrastruktur. Als Ergebnis der Umsetzung des Projekts wird es möglich sein, Strafprozessakten, die in allen Einheiten der Staatsanwaltschaft über das Internet durchgeführt werden, zur Verfügung zu stellen. Die Ergebnisse des Projekts richten sich an alle Personen, die an strafrechtlichen Ermittlungen beteiligt sind. (German)
