Inwestycja zlokalizowana jest w województwie śląskim, w mieście na prawach powiatu Świętochłowice. Projekt realizowany będzie na działkach stanowiących własność beneficjenta o numerach 3821/1, 3819, 3816, 1133/14, 3813, 97, 98, 3657, 835/107, 1396/84,1398/113. Teren objęty inwestycją bezpośrednio sąsiaduje z użytkiem ekologicznym - Lasem na Górze Hugona (bezpośrednie sąsiedztwo z działką nr 3816 wchodzącą w obszar projektu - szczegóły roz. 2.1.1 SW). Zakres projektu obejmuje remediację zdegradowanych i zanieczyszczonych terenów w rejonie stawu Kalina wraz z przywróceniem biologicznej aktywności samego stawu. Łączna powierzchnia terenu poddanego remediacji wynosi 10,44 ha. Zarówno na terenach objętych wnioskiem jak i na terenach sąsiednich nie występują: ujęcia wód,tereny sportowe, przychodnie, szkoły, szpitale,place zabaw. Występują natomiast budynki mieszkalne oraz ogrórdki działkowe.Występują formy ochrony przyrody - użytek ekologiczny - Las na Górze Hugona. W ramach projektu przewidziano następujące prace: 1. Remediacja środowiska gruntowo – wodnego z zachowaniem niżej podanych kierunków działań: -I KIERUNEK – Odcięcie wpływu zanieczyszczeń z rejonu hałdy poprzez zastosowanie ścian szczelnych wokół podstawy hałdy w celu wyeliminowania dalszego napływu zanieczyszczeń. -II KIERUNEK – Usuwanie osadu dennego i bioremediacja wód zbiornika dla wyeliminowania możliwości wtórnego zanieczyszczenia gruntu wodami ze zbiornika. -III KIERUNEK – Prowadzenie remediacji gruntu z zastosowaniem metod in – situ, bioremediacji i fitoremediacji. 2.Przyrodnicze zagospodarowanie terenu - nasadzenia roślinności, 3.Docelowe zagospodarowanie terenu wraz z montażem małej architektury. The investment is located in the Silesian Voivodeship, in the city under the rights of the Świętochłowice district. The project will be implemented on parcels owned by the beneficiary with numbers 3821/1, 3819, 3816, 1133/14, 3813, 97, 98, 3657, 835/107, 1396/84,1398/113. The area covered by the investment is directly adjacent to ecological land – Forest on Mount Hugona (direct neighbourhood with plot No. 3816 entering the project area – details. 2.1.1 SW). The scope of the project includes the remediation of degraded and contaminated areas in the Kalina pond area with the restoration of biological activity of the pond itself. The total area of the remediated area shall be 10.44 ha. In the areas covered by the application and in neighbouring areas, there are no: water intakes, sports grounds, clinics, schools, hospitals, playgrounds. There are residential buildings and land gardens.There are forms of nature conservation – ecological use – forest on Mount Hugona. The project envisages the following work: 1. Remediation of the ground-water environment with the following directions of action: —I KIERUNEK – Cutting the impact of pollutants from the heap region by using tight walls around the base of the heap to eliminate further influx. —II KIERUNEK – Removal of bottom sediment and bioremediation of reservoir water to eliminate the possibility of secondary ground contamination by water from the reservoir. —III KIERUNEK – Conducting land remediation using in-situ, bioremediation and phytoremediation methods. 2.Natural land use – planting of vegetation, 3. Target land development with installation of small architecture. As a result of the project, new biologically active surfaces will be created, targeting 9.23 ha, (English)

L’investissement est situé dans la voïvodie de Silésie, dans une ville sous les droits du comté de Świętochłowice. La portée du projet comprend l’assainissement des sites dégradés et pollués dans le bassin de Kalina ainsi que la restauration de l’activité biologique de l’étang lui-même. La superficie totale des terres remises en état est de 10,44 ha. Ni dans les zones couvertes par la demande ni dans les zones limitrophes ne sont: prises d’eau, zones sportives, cliniques, écoles, hôpitaux, terrains de jeux. Cependant, il y a des bâtiments résidentiels et des parcelles de jardin.Il y a des formes de conservation de la nature — utilisation écologique — Forêt sur le mont Hugona. Le projet prévoit les travaux suivants: 1. Remise en état de l’environnement eau-eau conformément aux orientations suivantes: —I direction — Couper l’impact de la pollution de la zone du tas en utilisant des murs scellés autour de la base du tas pour éliminer tout nouvel afflux de pollution. —II direction — Élimination des boues de fond et biorestauration de l’eau du réservoir afin d’éliminer la possibilité de contamination secondaire du sol par l’eau du réservoir. —III direction — Effectuer l’assainissement des sols à l’aide de méthodes in situ, de biorestauration et de phytomédiation. 2.Utilisation naturelle des sols — plantation de végétation, 3. aménagement du territoire ciblé avec l’installation d’une petite architecture. Die Investition befindet sich in der Woiwodschaft Schlesien, in einer Stadt unter den Rechten des Landkreises Świętochłowice. Das Projekt wird auf Grundstücken des Begünstigten mit den Nummern 3821/1, 3819, 3816, 1133/14, 3813, 97, 98, 3657, 835/107, 1396/84, 1398/113 durchgeführt. Das von der Investition abgedeckte Gebiet befindet sich direkt an das ökologische Gebiet – Wald auf dem Berg Hugona (direkte Nachbarschaft mit Grundstück Nr. 3816 in das Projektgebiet – Details des Projekts). 2.1.1 SW). Das Projekt umfasst die Sanierung degradierter und verschmutzter Standorte im Teichgebiet Kalina sowie die Wiederherstellung der biologischen Aktivität des Teiches selbst. Die Gesamtfläche der sanierten Flächen beträgt 10,44 ha. Weder in den vom Antrag abgedeckten Gebieten noch in benachbarten Gebieten sind: Wasseraufnahmen, Sportplätze, Kliniken, Schulen, Krankenhäuser, Spielplätze. Allerdings gibt es Wohngebäude und Gartengrundstücke.Es gibt Formen des Naturschutzes – ökologische Nutzung – Wald auf dem Berg Hugona. Das Projekt sieht folgende Arbeiten vor: 1. Sanierung der Grundwasser-Wasser-Umgebung gemäß den folgenden Handlungsrichtungen: —I-Richtung – Schneiden Sie die Auswirkungen der Verschmutzung aus dem Haufenbereich durch Verwendung von versiegelten Wänden um die Basis des Haufens zu beseitigen, um einen weiteren Zustrom von Verschmutzung zu beseitigen. —II Richtung – Entfernung von Bodenschlamm und Biosanierung des Stauseewassers, um die Möglichkeit einer sekundären Bodenkontamination mit Wasser aus dem Reservoir zu beseitigen. —III-Richtung – Durchführung der Bodensanierung mit In-situ-, Biosanierungs- und Phytomediationsmethoden. 2.Natural Landnutzung – Pflanzung der Vegetation, 3.
