Celem przedsięwzięcia jest zahamowanie spadku powierzchni terenów zieleni w Pułtusku. Zostanie to osiągnięte poprzez zwiększenie powierzchni terenów zieleni (w tym utworzenie trzech nowych skwerów i parków oraz odnowienie 3 istniejących terenów zieleni miejskiej). Strefy zieleni stanowiące przedmiot wniosku mają kluczowe znaczenie dla rekreacji oraz zdrowia i prowadzenia aktywnego trybu życia mieszkańców i turystów. W wyniku real. projektu uzyskana zostanie powierzchnia biologicznie czynna o większych właściwościach absorbujących, przyczyni się do tego rekultywacja gleb oraz zagospodarowanie terenu roślinnością. Zanieczyszczone i zdewastowane tereny objęte projektem zostaną zrekultywowane, jak również przeprowadzone działania prowadzić będą do poprawy bądź przywrócenia biologicznej aktywności zdegradowanych akwenów w pobliżu obiektów. Tereny sąsiadujące z drogami krajowymi będą tworzyć strefę buforową w formie zielonych ścian izolując od hałasu. Roślinność zostanie ukształtowana tak aby tworzyła wielopiętrowe nasadzenia tworząc dogodne i atrakcyjne warunki dla ptaków, owadów i drobnych ssaków. Drzewostan będzie składać się z gatunków zgodnych z naturalnym siedliskiem oraz odpornych na trudne warunki miejskie. Zagospodarowanie terenu wpłynie na zwiększenie liczby osób (mieszkańcy i turyści) korzystających z obiektów będących przedmiotem projektu, w znacznym stopniu podniesie atrakcyjność miasta i pozytywnie wpłynie na poprawę stanu środowiskowego. Cel ten jest w pełni zgodny z celem działania 2.5. POIiŚ oraz priorytetem 2 i 3 dokumentu strategicznego na poziomie europejskim Europa 2020. Obiekty wytworzone i odnowione w projekcie będą służyć zmniejszeniu zagrożenia bezpieczeństwa i przeciwdziałania wykluczeniu społecznemu. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to halt the decline of the area of greenery in Pułtusk. This will be achieved by increasing the area of greenery (including the creation of three new squares and parks and the restoration of 3 existing urban green areas). The green areas that are the subject of the proposal are crucial for recreation, health and active lifestyle for residents and tourists. As a result of the project, biologically active surface with more absorbing properties will be obtained, soil reclamation and land management with vegetation will contribute to this. The polluted and devastated areas covered by the project will be rectified, as well as the activities carried out will lead to an improvement or restoration of the biological activity of degraded waters near the sites. Areas adjacent to national roads will create a buffer zone in the form of green walls, isolating from noise. Vegetation will be shaped to create multi-story plantings, creating convenient and attractive conditions for birds, insects and small mammals. The stands will consist of species compatible with natural habitats and resistant to difficult urban conditions. The development of the site will increase the number of people (inhabitants and tourists) using the objects covered by the project, will significantly increase the attractiveness of the city and positively improve the environmental status. This objective is fully in line with the objective of Action 2.5. PIA and Priority 2 and 3 of the Strategy Paper at European level Europe 2020. Facilities created and renewed in the project will serve to reduce security and social exclusion threats. (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’enrayer le déclin de la zone de verdure à Pułtusk. Pour ce faire, il sera possible d’accroître la superficie de verdure (y compris la création de trois nouveaux carrés et parcs et le renouvellement de 3 espaces verts urbains existants). Les espaces verts couverts par la proposition sont essentiels pour les loisirs et pour la santé et le mode de vie actif des résidents et des touristes. Grâce au projet réel, des surfaces biologiquement actives ayant des propriétés absorbantes plus élevées seront obtenues, ce qui contribuera à la remise en état du sol et à la gestion des végétaux. Les zones contaminées et dévastées couvertes par le projet seront restaurées, ainsi que les activités menées mèneront à l’amélioration ou à la restauration de l’activité biologique des eaux dégradées à proximité des installations. Les zones adjacentes aux routes nationales créeront une zone tampon sous la forme de murs verts et d’isoler du bruit. La végétation sera façonnée pour créer des plantations à plusieurs étages, créant des conditions pratiques et attrayantes pour les oiseaux, les insectes et les petits mammifères. Le peuplement sera constitué d’espèces compatibles avec l’habitat naturel et résistantes aux conditions urbaines difficiles. Le développement du site augmentera le nombre de personnes (résidents et touristes) utilisant les installations couvertes par le projet, augmentera considérablement l’attractivité de la ville et améliorera la situation environnementale. Cet objectif est pleinement conforme à l’objectif de l’action 2.5. OPI & E et priorités 2 et 3 du document de stratégie au niveau européen Europe 2020. Les installations créées et rénovées dans le cadre du projet serviront à réduire les risques de sécurité et à lutter contre l’exclusion sociale. (French)

Ziel des Projekts ist es, den Rückgang der Grünfläche in Pułtusk zu stoppen. Dies wird durch die Erhöhung der Grünfläche (einschließlich der Schaffung von drei neuen Plätzen und Parks und der Erneuerung von drei bestehenden städtischen Grünflächen) erreicht werden. Die Grünflächen, die Gegenstand des Vorschlags sind, sind für die Erholung und die Gesundheit und den aktiven Lebensstil der Bewohner und Touristen von entscheidender Bedeutung. Durch das reale Projekt werden biologisch aktive Oberflächen mit höheren absorbierenden Eigenschaften gewonnen, Bodensanierung und Pflanzenbewirtschaftung dazu beitragen. Die kontaminierten und zerstörten Gebiete, die Gegenstand des Projekts sind, werden wiederhergestellt, und die durchgeführten Maßnahmen werden zur Verbesserung oder Wiederherstellung der biologischen Aktivität von degradierten Gewässern in der Nähe der Einrichtungen führen. Flächen, die an Nationalstraßen angrenzen, werden eine Pufferzone in Form von grünen Wänden schaffen und vom Lärm isoliert werden. Die Vegetation wird geformt, um mehrstöckige Pflanzungen zu schaffen, die bequeme und attraktive Bedingungen für Vögel, Insekten und kleine Säugetiere schaffen. Der Stand wird aus Arten bestehen, die mit dem natürlichen Lebensraum kompatibel sind und gegen schwierige städtische Bedingungen resistent sind. Die Entwicklung des Standorts wird die Zahl der Menschen (Inländer und Touristen) erhöhen, die von dem Projekt abgedeckten Einrichtungen nutzen, die Attraktivität der Stadt erheblich erhöhen und die Umweltsituation verbessern. Dieses Ziel steht voll und ganz im Einklang mit dem Ziel von Aktion 2.5. OPI & E und Priorität 2 und 3 des Strategiepapiers auf europäischer Ebene Europa 2020. Die im Rahmen des Projekts geschaffenen und renovierten Einrichtungen dienen der Verringerung der Sicherheitsrisiken und der Bekämpfung der sozialen Ausgrenzung. (German)
