TECHNOLOGIA BĘDĄCA PRZEDMIOTEM WDROŻENIA to dostosowana i zindywidualizowana do wymagań produktu technologia odlewania wysokociśnieniowego w warunkach obniżonego ciśnienia we wnęce formy. Właściwa, jakość odlewów jest gwarantem trwałości i niezawodności zespołów i urządzeń, w których one mają zastosowanie. Przedmiotowa technologia dotyczy także zastosowania własnej chronionej technologii eliminatora światła. Eliminator światła wpływa bezpośrednio na skierowanie świecenia. Pozwoli on na zdecydowane zmniejszenie emisji „światła do góry”, które ma niestety coraz większy negatywny wpływ na równowagę ekologiczną Ziemi oraz na oszczędność energii. Rozwiązania te wdrażane będą w określonych w projekcie typach słupów montażowych i opraw oświetleniowych. PRZEWAGA KONKURENCYJNA PRODUKTÓW została osiągnięta ze względu na: CECHY, PARAMETRY, FUNKCJONALNOŚCI: 1. innowacyjna oprawa 2. jakość światła i energooszczędność 2. lekkość, mały rozmiar dzięki spawaniu słupu montażowego 3. możliwość jednoosobowego montażu - dzięki systemowi teleskopowemu. “Project titled Implementation of the INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY OF PRODUCTIONAL PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF THE LIGHTER is an investment of Norlys sp. z o. o. – a national and European external lighting manufacturer, which is technologically implemented and launched on the basis of the production of significantly improved groups of columns, Modena external lighting lamps (types of Kosster, Kokvi). This technology is a customised and customised high-pressure casting technology under reduced pressure conditions in the recess of mould. The proper quality of castings guarantees the durability and reliability of the assemblies and equipment in which they apply. This technology also applies to the use of its own protected light-eliminator technology. The light Eliminator directly affects the direction of the light. It will allow for a decisive reduction in emissions of “lights up” which, unfortunately, have an increasingly negative impact on the Earth’s ecological balance and on energy savings. These solutions will be implemented in the types of mounting columns and luminaires specified in the design. The competitive advantage of the PRODUCTS has been achieved due to: FEATURES, PARAMETERS, FUNCTIONALITY: 1. innovative luminaire 2. light quality and energy efficiency 2. lightness, small size thanks to the welding of the mounting pole 3. the possibility of single mounting – thanks to the telescopic system. The project plans to be carried out from 1 April 2016 to 31 December 2017. The total cost of the investment is PLN 6 942 600,00. “ (English)

«Projet: La mise en œuvre de la TECHNOLOGIE innovante DE LA PRODUCTION D’Éclairage POUR L’UTILISATION DE LA STRUMIEN LUMIÈRE est un investissement de Norlys sp. z o. o. — un fabricant national et européen d’éclairage extérieur, qui est de nature technologique et consiste à mettre en œuvre sa propre nouvelle technologie et à lancer sur sa base la production de groupes de pôles considérablement améliorés, lampes d’éclairage extérieur (types Narvik, Koster, Modena, Visby). Cette technologie est une technologie personnalisée et personnalisée pour la coulée à haute pression dans des conditions de pression réduite dans la cavité du moule. La bonne qualité des pièces moulées est une garantie de la durabilité et de la fiabilité des assemblages et des équipements sur lesquels ils s’appliquent. Cette technologie s’applique également à l’utilisation de sa propre technologie d’élimination de la lumière protégée. L’éliminateur de lumière affecte directement la direction de l’éclairage. Elle permettra de réduire considérablement les émissions de «lumière» qui ont malheureusement un impact négatif croissant sur l’équilibre écologique de la Terre et sur les économies d’énergie. Ces solutions seront mises en œuvre dans les types de poteaux de montage et de luminaires spécifiés dans le projet. La COMPÉTITIVENCE DES PRODUITS a été réalisée en raison des facteurs suivants: CARACTÉRISTIQUES, PARAMÈTRES, FONCTIONNALITÉS: 1. luminaire innovant 2. qualité de lumière et économie d’énergie 2. poids léger, petite taille grâce au soudage du poteau de montage 3. monomontable — grâce au système télescopique. „Projekt: Die Umsetzung des innovativen TECHNOLOGY OF LIGHTING PRODUCTION FOR THE LIGHT STRUMIEN ist eine Investition von Norlys sp. z o. o. – einem nationalen und europäischen Hersteller von Outdoor-Beleuchtung, der technologischer Natur ist und darin besteht, seine eigene neue Technologie umzusetzen und auf der Grundlage der Produktion von deutlich verbesserten Polengruppen, Außenbeleuchtungslampen (Typen Narvik, Koster, Modena, Visby) zu starten. Diese Technologie ist eine maßgeschneiderte und maßgeschneiderte Technologie für Hochdruckguss unter den Bedingungen des reduzierten Drucks in der Formhöhle. Die richtige Qualität der Gussteile ist eine Garantie für die Haltbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit der Baugruppen und Geräte, in denen sie angewendet werden. Diese Technologie gilt auch für den Einsatz einer eigenen geschützten Lichtauslöser-Technologie. Licht Eliminator wirkt sich direkt auf die Beleuchtungsrichtung aus. Sie wird die Emissionen von „Lights up“ deutlich reduzieren, was sich leider zunehmend negativ auf das ökologische Gleichgewicht der Erde und auf Energieeinsparungen auswirkt. Diese Lösungen werden in den im Projekt angegebenen Befestigungsstöcken und Leuchten umgesetzt. Die PRODUKTION ist erreicht worden durch: FUNKTIONEN, PARAMETER, FUNKTIONALITÄT: 1. innovative Leuchte 2. Lichtqualität und Energieeinsparung 2. geringes Gewicht, geringe Größe aufgrund des Schweißens des Montagepols 3. Einmontierbar – dank Teleskopsystem. Vom 1. April 2016 bis zum 31.
