Celem głównym przedmiotowego projektu jest podniesienie konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa Fabryka Maszyn Lubaczów Sp. z o.o. zarówno na krajowym jak i międzynarodowym rynku poprzez implementację unikalnych i nie stosowanych w chwili obecnej (w odniesieniu do branży) innowacji technologicznych procesu produkcyjnego, umożliwiających włączenie do oferty przedsiębiorstwa nowego, nie wytwarzanego dotychczas produktu w postaci narzędzia dolnego kasety narzędziowej wykorzystywanej w budowie maszyn do spawania plastiku. Do osiągnięcia celu głównego koniecznym będzie przeprowadzenie działań o charakterze rozwojowym, do których zaliczyć należy: *budowa hali produkcyjnej, *wdrożenie innowacyjnej technologii produkcji będącej wynikiem własnych prac badawczo-rozwojowych, *doposażenie przedsiębiorstwa o elementy nowej linii produkcyjnej, do których zaliczyć należy: -centrum frezarskie poziomie 4-osiowe; -centrum frezarskie pionowe 3-osiowe; -centrum frezarskie 5-osiowe; -wytaczarkę CNC; -tokarkę CNC; -wiertarkę współrzędnościowa; -suwnicę o udźwigu do 8 t. Realizacja założonych celów skutkować będzie szeregiem pozytywnych efektów takich jak: •wprowadzenie do oferty przedsiębiorstwa innowacji produktowej i technologicznej. •powiększenie rynku zbytu, •wzmocnienie wizerunku przedsiębiorstwa, •zaspokojenie bieżących potrzeb rynku (klientów docelowych), •wzrostu znaczenia i konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa na krajowym i światowym rynku producentów części do maszyn skierowanych do branży automotive, •wzrostu wykorzystania potencjału badawczo-rozwojowego firmy, •wzrost rentowności przedsiębiorstwa. The main objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the company Fabryka Machine Lubaczów Sp. z o.o. both on the domestic and international market through the implementation of unique technological innovations currently (in relation to the industry) of the production process, enabling the company to include a new, not produced product in the form of a tool of lower tool cassette used in the construction of plastic welding machines. In order to achieve the main objective, it will be necessary to carry out development activities, including: *construction of the production hall, *implementing innovative production technology resulting from its own research and development, * retrofitting the company with elements of a new production line, including: —three-axis milling centre; —vertical milling centre 3-axis; — 5-axis milling centre; — CNC boring machine; — CNC lathe; —coordinate drill; —a lift with a lifting capacity of up to 8 t. The implementation of the objectives will result in a number of positive effects such as: •introducing product and technological innovation to the company’s offer. •increase the market, strengthen the company’s image, meet current market needs (target customers), increase the importance and competitiveness of the company on the domestic and global market of manufacturers of machinery parts aimed at the automotive industry, •increase the use of R & D potential of the company, •increase the profitability of the company. L’objectif principal de ce projet est d’accroître la compétitivité de Fabryka Maszyn Lubaczów Sp. z o.o. sur le marché national et international en mettant en œuvre des innovations technologiques uniques du processus de production qui ne sont pas actuellement utilisées (par rapport à l’industrie), permettant l’inclusion d’un nouveau produit non encore fabriqué sous la forme d’une cassette d’outils inférieure utilisée dans la construction de machines de soudage en plastique. Pour atteindre l’objectif principal, il sera nécessaire de mener des activités de développement, notamment: *construction de la salle de production, *mise en œuvre d’une technologie de production innovante résultant de sa propre recherche et développement, *l’exigence de l’entreprise avec des éléments d’une nouvelle ligne de production, y compris: Centre de fraisage à 4 axes; Centre de fraisage vertical à 3 axes; Centre de fraisage à 5 axes; Machine à flèche CNC; Tour CNC; machine de perçage de coordonnées; — une grue d’une capacité de levage allant jusqu’à 8 t. La réalisation des objectifs fixés entraînera un certain nombre d’effets positifs, tels que: • introduire l’innovation en matière de produits et de technologies dans l’offre de l’entreprise. •l’élargissement du marché, •renforcer l’image de l’entreprise, •pour répondre aux besoins actuels du marché (clients cibles), • augmenter l’importance et la compétitivité de l’entreprise sur le marché intérieur et mondial pour les fabricants de pièces de machines pour l’industrie automobile, • augmenter l’utilisation du potentiel de R & D de l’entreprise, • augmenter la rentabilité de l’entreprise. Hauptziel dieses Projekts ist es, die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der Fabryka Maszyn Lubaczów Sp. z o.o. auf dem heimischen und internationalen Markt zu steigern, indem einzigartige technologische Innovationen des Produktionsprozesses umgesetzt werden, die derzeit nicht genutzt werden (in Bezug auf die Industrie), wodurch ein neues, noch nicht hergestelltes Produkt in Form einer niedrigeren Werkzeugkassette für den Bau von Kunststoffschweißmaschinen aufgenommen werden kann. Um das Hauptziel zu erreichen, müssen Entwicklungstätigkeiten durchgeführt werden, darunter: *Bau der Produktionshalle, *Implementierung der innovativen Produktionstechnologie, die aus eigener Forschung und Entwicklung resultiert, *Anforderung des Unternehmens mit Elementen einer neuen Produktionslinie, einschließlich: 4-Achsen-Fräszentrum; Vertikales 3-Achsen-Fräszentrum; 5-Achs-Fräszentrum; CNC-Boommaschine; CNC-Drehmaschine; —Koordinatenbohrmaschine; — ein Kran mit einer Tragfähigkeit von bis zu 8 t. Die Erreichung der gesetzten Ziele wird zu einer Reihe positiver Effekte führen, wie z. B.: • Einführung von Produkt- und Technologieinnovationen in das Angebot des Unternehmens. • Erweiterung des Marktes, • Stärkung des Images des Unternehmens, • um die aktuellen Bedürfnisse des Marktes (Zielkunden) zu erfüllen, • Erhöhung der Bedeutung und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens auf dem heimischen und globalen Markt für Hersteller von Maschinenteilen für die Automobilindustrie, • Erhöhung der Nutzung des FuE-Potenzials des Unternehmens, • Erhöhung der Rentabilität des Unternehmens.
