Projekt „Innowacyjne prefabrykowane elementy kubaturowe i konstrukcyjne do zastosowania w budynkach, w tym budynkach blisko zeroenergetycznych” (dalej: „Projekt”) realizowany przez BUDIZOL Sp. z o.o. S.K.A. (dalej: „Spółka”, „Wnioskodawca”) dotyczy przeprowadzenia prac B+R w celu opracowania innowacji produktowej na skalę międzynarodową w postaci trzech nowych grup produktów, dedykowanych branży budowlanej: - prefabrykowane elementy kubaturowe, - lekkie przegrody warstwowe wewnętrzne i zewnętrzne, - prefabrykowane liniowe elementy konstrukcyjne (belki, słupy). Jedną z przewag produktów będzie wysoka izolacyjność – zgodna z wymaganiami Warunków Technicznych od 01.01.2021. Produkty te cechować się będą obniżoną masą w porównaniu do rozwiązań tradycyjnych – nawet o 50% w przypadku prefabrykowanych elementów kubaturowych i do 15% w przypadku prefabrykowanych zewnętrznych przegród warstwowych - co przełoży się na m.in. na wzrost efektywności transportu gotowych elementów w miejsce docelowe i mniejsze zużycie energii przy wytwarzaniu elementów składowych obiektów w zakładzie prefabrykacji i przy powstawaniu budynków na budowie. Spółka jest jednym z liderów polskiej branży budowlanej w produkcji prefabrykowanych materiałów budowlanych. Wieloletnie doświadczenie pozwoliło Spółce zdefiniować potrzeby branży i jej bariery rozwojowe, co stanowiło podstawę do podjęcia decyzji o realizacji projektu B+R. Rezultaty Projektu stanowią odpowiedź na potrzeby rynku związane z rosnącymi wymaganiami branży budowlanej w zakresie efektywności energetycznej budynków, dyktowanymi w szczególności zmianami w polskim i unijnym prawodawstwie. Sektor budownictwa, odpowiadający za ok. 36% całkowitej emisji CO2 w Europie, został wyszczególniony przez Komisję Europej (Polish)

Design „Innovative prefabricated cubic and construction elements for use in buildings, including buildings close to zero energy (hereinafter: „Projekt”) implemented by Budizol Sp. z o.o. S.K.A. (hereinafter: „Company ” „The Applicant concerns carrying out R & D work to develop product innovation internationally in the form of three new product groups dedicated to the construction industry: — prefabricated cubic elements, – light layered internal and external partitions, – prefabricated linear structural elements (belts, columns). One of the advantages of products will be the high isolation capacity – complying with the requirements of the Technical Conditions from 01.01.2021. These products will have a reduced mass compared to traditional & up to 50 % in the case of prefabricated bulkheads and up to 15 % in the case of prefabricated external layers – which will translate into, among others, an increase in the efficiency of transport of finished components to the target place and lower energy consumption in the production of building components in the prefabrication plant and when building on the construction site. The company is one of the leaders of the Polish construction industry in the production of prefabricated building materials. Many years of experience allowed the Company to define the needs of the industry and its development barriers, which was the basis for deciding on the implementation of the R & D project. The results of the project are a response to market needs related to the growing demands of the construction industry in terms of energy efficiency of buildings, dictated in particular by changes in Polish and EU legislation. Conception „Innovative cubature préfabriquée et éléments de construction destinés à être utilisés dans les bâtiments, y compris les bâtiments proches de zéro énergie ” (ci-après: „Projekt”) mis en œuvre par Budizol Sp. z o.o. S.K.A. (ci-après: „Company”, „Applicant”) concerne les travaux de R & D visant à développer l’innovation de produits à l’échelle internationale sous la forme de trois nouveaux groupes de produits dédiés à l’industrie de la construction: — éléments de cubature préfabriqués, — cloisons sandwich intérieures et externes légères, — éléments structurels linéaires préfabriqués (poutres, poteaux). L’un des avantages des produits sera l’isolation élevée – est conforme aux prescriptions des Conditions Techniques du 01.01.2021. Ces produits auront un poids réduit par rapport au &ndash traditionnel; Jusqu’à 50 % dans le cas des éléments de cubature préfabriqués et jusqu’à 15 % dans le cas des cloisons de couches externes préfabriquées — ce qui se traduira, entre autres, par une augmentation de l’efficacité du transport des éléments finis vers la destination et une réduction de la consommation d’énergie dans la production des composants de l’usine de préfabrication et la construction de bâtiments sur le site. L’entreprise est l’un des leaders de l’industrie polonaise de la construction dans la production de matériaux de construction préfabriqués. De nombreuses années d’expérience ont permis à l’entreprise de définir les besoins de l’industrie et ses obstacles au développement, qui ont été à la base de la décision sur la mise en œuvre du projet de R & D. Les résultats du projet sont une réponse aux besoins du marché liés aux exigences croissantes de l’industrie de la construction dans le domaine de l’efficacité énergétique des bâtiments, dictée notamment par des changements dans la législation polonaise et communautaire. Design „Innovative vorgefertigte Brut- und Bauelemente für den Einsatz in Gebäuden, einschließlich Gebäuden in der Nähe von Nullenergie ” (im Folgenden: „Projekt”) durchgeführt von Budizol Sp. z o.o. S.K.A. (im Folgenden: „Company”, „Antragsteller ”) betrifft FuE-Arbeiten, um Produktinnovationen international in Form von drei neuen Produktgruppen für die Bauindustrie zu entwickeln: — Fertigkubaturelemente, – leichte interne und externe Sandwich-Partitionen, – vorgefertigte lineare Strukturelemente (Strahlen, Pole). Einer der Vorteile von Produkten ist hohe Isolierung – erfüllt die Anforderungen der technischen Bedingungen ab 01.01.2021. Diese Produkte werden im Vergleich zu traditionellen &ndash ein geringeres Gewicht haben; bis zu 50 % bei vorgefertigten Kubikelementen und bis zu 15 % bei vorgefertigten Außenschichten – was u. a. zu einer Steigerung der Effizienz des Transports von fertigen Elementen zum Bestimmungsort und zu einem geringeren Energieverbrauch bei der Herstellung von Bauteilen der Vorfertigungsanlage und dem Bau von Gebäuden auf dem Gelände führt. Das Unternehmen ist einer der führenden Unternehmen in der polnischen Bauindustrie in der Herstellung von vorgefertigten Baustoffen. Die langjährige Erfahrung ermöglichte es dem Unternehmen, die Bedürfnisse der Industrie und ihre Entwicklungsbarrieren zu definieren, die die Grundlage für die Entscheidung über die Durchführung des FuE-Projekts bildeten. Die Ergebnisse des Projekts sind eine Antwort auf die Bedürfnisse des Marktes im Zusammenhang mit den wachsenden Anforderungen der Bauindustrie im Bereich der Energieeffizienz von Gebäuden, die insbesondere durch Änderungen der polnischen und der EU-Rechtsvorschriften diktiert werden.
