Głównym celem projektu jest realizacja i wdrożenie inwestycji technologicznej, polegającej na wdrożeniu nowej technologii oraz uruchomienie na jej podstawie produkcji udoskonalonej gamy produktów w stosunku do istniejących rozwiązań na terenie RP - okien PCV w systemie easy&ergo. Wpłynie to znacząco na podniesienie poziomu innowacyjności firmy Tradycja Fabryka Okien, zwiększenie wielkości sprzedaży oraz zwiększenie konkurencyjności firmy na rynku okniarskim. Technologia będąca przedmiotem projektu jest wynikiem prac badawczo-rozwojowych przeprowadzonych przez Wnioskodawcę. Ponadto technologia będzie działać w układzie ciągu technologicznego zgłoszonego do uzyskania patentu w Urzędzie Patentowym RP. Autorem rozwiązania zgłoszonego do patentu jest firma Tradycja Fabryka Okien. Aby wdrożyć nową technologię, stanowiącą wynik prac B+R, niezbędny jest zakup środków trwałych, które wraz z już posiadanymi przez Wnioskodawcę maszynami stworzą dedykowane gniazdo technologiczne. Wnioskodawca w ramach projektu wdroży oraz uruchomi własną technologię – proces produkcji okien PCV w systemie easy&ergo. Będą to okna o zindywidualizowanej okleinie oraz powłoce acrylkolor w oparciu o autorskie rozwiązania techniczne dostosowane do wymagań osób niepełnosprawnych. Opracowana koncepcja projektu będzie służyć przede wszystkim do wdrożenia na rynek udoskonalonej gamy produktów - okna PCV w systemie easy&ergo o właściwościach niedostępnych jak dotąd na rynku okniarskim. Planowanymi rezultatami wdrożenia projektu będą: - wdrożenie wyników prac B+R, - wprowadzenie na rynek międzynarodowy nowej gamy produktowej w postaci okna PCV w systemie easy&ergo, - wzrost przychodów ze sprzedaży, - wzrost zatrudnienia - stworzenie 3 nowych miejsc pracy, - wdrożenie rozwiązań proekologicznych. The main objective of the project is to implement and implement a technological investment, consisting of implementing a new technology and launching on the basis of the production of an improved range of products in relation to existing solutions in the area of the Republic of Poland – PVC windows in easy &ergo system. This will significantly increase the level of innovation of the company Tradycja Fabryka Okien, increase sales volume and increase the company’s competitiveness on the window market. The technology being the subject of the project is the result of research and development carried out by the Applicant. In addition, the technology will operate in the system of the technological sequence applied for obtaining a patent in the Polish Patent Office. The author of the solution for the patent is Tradycja Fabryka Okien. In order to implement the new technology resulting from R & D, it is necessary to purchase fixed assets, which together with the machines already owned by the Applicant will create a dedicated technological socket. As part of the project, the applicant will implement and launch its own technology – the process of production of PVC windows in the easyamp;ergo system. These will be customised veneer windows and acrylcolour coating based on proprietary technical solutions adapted to the requirements of people with disabilities. The project concept will be used primarily for the implementation of an improved range of products on the market – PVC windows in easy &ergo with properties not yet available on the window market. The planned results of the implementation of the project will be: — implementation of the results of R & D works, – introduction to the international market of a new product range in the form of a PVC window in the system of easy& — growth of sales revenues, – growth of employment – creation of 3 new jobs, – implementation of green solutions. L’objectif principal du projet est la mise en œuvre et la mise en œuvre d’un investissement technologique consistant en la mise en œuvre de nouvelles technologies et la mise en service de la production d’une gamme améliorée de produits sur la base de celle-ci par rapport aux solutions existantes en Pologne — fenêtres en PVC dans le système easy&ergo. Cela augmentera considérablement le niveau d’innovation de Tradycja Fabryka Windows, augmentera le volume des ventes et augmentera la compétitivité de l’entreprise sur le marché Okniarski. La technologie couverte par le projet est le résultat d’activités de recherche et de développement menées par la requérante. En outre, la technologie fonctionnera dans le système de la séquence technologique demandée pour l’obtention d’un brevet à l’Office des brevets de la République de Pologne. L’auteur de la solution demandée pour le brevet est Tradycja Fabryka Windows. Afin de mettre en œuvre une nouvelle technologie, qui est le résultat de travaux de R & D, il est nécessaire d’acheter des actifs fixes qui, avec les machines déjà détenues par la requérante, créeront une prise technologique dédiée. Dans le cadre du projet, le demandeur mettra en œuvre et lancera sa propre technologie — le processus de production de fenêtres en PVC dans le système easy&ergo. Ce seront des fenêtres avec placage individuel et revêtement couleur acryl basé sur des solutions techniques originales adaptées aux exigences des personnes handicapées. Le concept développé du projet servira principalement à mettre en œuvre sur le marché une gamme améliorée de produits — fenêtres en PVC dans le système easy&ergo avec des propriétés non encore disponibles sur le marché Okniar. Les résultats prévus de la mise en œuvre du projet seront les suivants: — mise en œuvre des résultats de la R & D, — introduction sur le marché international d’une nouvelle gamme de produits sous forme de fenêtre PVC dans le système easy&ergo, — augmentation des recettes de vente, — augmentation de l’emploi — création de 3 nouveaux emplois, — mise en œuvre de solutions vertes. Das Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Umsetzung und Durchführung einer technologischen Investition, die in der Umsetzung neuer Technologien und der Inbetriebnahme einer verbesserten Produktpalette auf der Grundlage dieser im Vergleich zu bestehenden Lösungen in Polen besteht – PVC-Fenster im easy&ergo-System. Dies wird das Innovationsniveau von Tradycja Fabryka Windows erheblich erhöhen, das Verkaufsvolumen erhöhen und die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens auf dem Markt von Okniarski erhöhen. Die vom Projekt abgedeckte Technologie ist das Ergebnis von Forschung und Entwicklung des Antragstellers. Darüber hinaus wird die Technologie im System der technologischen Reihenfolge funktionieren, die beim Patentamt der Republik Polen für die Erlangung eines Patents beantragt wird. Der Autor der für das Patent angemeldeten Lösung ist Tradycja Fabryka Windows. Um eine neue Technologie zu implementieren, die das Ergebnis von F & E-Arbeiten ist, ist es notwendig, Anlagegüter zu erwerben, die zusammen mit den Maschinen, die bereits im Besitz des Antragstellers sind, eine spezielle technologische Sockel schaffen. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird der Antragsteller seine eigene Technologie implementieren und einführen – den Produktionsprozess von PVC-Fenstern im easy&ergo-System. Dabei handelt es sich um Fenster mit individueller Furnier- und Acrylfarbbeschichtung, die auf originalen technischen Lösungen basieren, die an die Anforderungen von Menschen mit Behinderungen angepasst sind. Das entwickelte Konzept des Projekts dient in erster Linie dazu, auf dem Markt eine verbesserte Produktpalette zu implementieren – PVC-Fenster im easy&ergo-System mit noch nicht auf dem Okniar Markt verfügbaren Eigenschaften. Die geplanten Ergebnisse der Durchführung des Projekts sind: — Umsetzung von F & E-Ergebnissen, – Einführung einer neuen Produktpalette in Form von PVC-Fenstern im einfachen &ergo-System auf den internationalen Markt, – Steigerung der Umsatzerlöse, – Steigerung der Beschäftigung – Schaffung von 3 neuen Arbeitsplätzen, – Umsetzung grüner Lösungen.
