Przedmiotem projektu jest utworzenie centrum B+R w przedsiębiorstwie Wytwórnia Zespołów Kooperacyjnych Sp. z o.o. funkcjonującego w dziedzinie badań z zakresu technologii wytwórczych dla lotnictwa wpisujących się w obszar „przemysłu 4.0”. W ramach projektu zostanie zakupiona infrastruktura B+R umożliwiająca projektowanie, wytwarzanie, testowanie i walidację narzędzi i gotowych elementów dla lotnictwa i kosmonautyki. Celem utworzenia centrum, a zarazem celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie innowacyjności przedsiębiorstwa WZK sp. o.o. poprzez opracowywanie i badania zupełnie nowych koncepcyjnie zrobotyzowanych elastycznych technologii produkcji części lotniczych o złożonych przestrzennie kształtach. Rezultatem utworzenia centrum B+R będzie wdrożenie innowacji produktowych jakimi będą zaawansowane technologicznie narzędzia do zrobotyzowanej obróbki precyzyjnej. Utworzenie centrum B+R będzie możliwe dzięki dofinansowaniu w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014-2020 (Polish)

The subject of the project is the creation of a R & D centre in the company Wytwórnia Zespołów Koopernych Sp. z o.o. operating in the field of research in the field of manufacturing technologies for aviation in the area of “industrial 4.0”. The project will purchase R & D infrastructure enabling the design, production, testing and validation of tools and ready-to-use components for aviation and space science. The aim of creating the centre and at the same time the main objective of the project is to increase the innovativeness of WZK sp. o.o. by developing and researching completely new conceptually robotised flexible technologies for the production of aeronautical parts with spatially complex shapes. The result of the creation of the R & D centre will be the implementation of product innovations which will be technologically advanced tools for robotic precision machining. The creation of a R & D centre will be possible through co-financing under the Smart Development Operational Programme 2014-2020 (English)

L’objet du projet est la création d’un centre de R & D à Wytwórnia Zespołów Kooperacyjny Sp. z o.o. opérant dans le domaine de la recherche dans le domaine des technologies de fabrication pour l’aviation dans le domaine de l’industrie 4.0. Le projet achètera des infrastructures de R-D pour concevoir, fabriquer, tester et valider des outils et des composants finis pour l’aviation et l’aérospatiale. L’objectif de la création d’un centre et, dans le même temps, l’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître l’innovation de WZK sp. o.o. en développant et en faisant la recherche de technologies entièrement nouvelles et flexibles conceptuellement robotiques pour la production de pièces aérospatiales aux formes spatiales complexes. La création du centre de R & D se traduira par la mise en œuvre d’innovations de produits, qui seront des outils technologiquement avancés pour l’usinage robotique de précision. La création d’un centre de R & D sera possible grâce au cofinancement au titre du programme opérationnel «Croissance intelligente» 2014-2020. (French)

Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Schaffung eines F & E-Zentrums in Wytwórnia Zespołów Kooperacyjny Sp. z o.o., das im Bereich der Fertigungstechnologien für die Luftfahrt im Bereich der „Industrie 4.0“ tätig ist. Das Projekt wird F & E-Infrastrukturen erwerben, um Werkzeuge und fertige Komponenten für die Luftfahrt und die Luft- und Raumfahrt zu entwerfen, herzustellen, zu testen und zu validieren. Ziel des Projektes ist die Schaffung eines Zentrums und zugleich das Hauptziel des Projekts, die Innovation von WZK sp. o.o. durch die Entwicklung und Erforschung völlig neuer konzeptionell robotischer flexibler Technologien für die Herstellung von Luft- und Raumfahrtteilen mit komplexen räumlichen Formen zu steigern. Die Schaffung des F & E-Zentrums wird zur Umsetzung von Produktinnovationen führen, die technologisch fortschrittliche Werkzeuge für die robotische Präzisionsbearbeitung sein werden. Die Einrichtung eines F & E-Zentrums wird dank der Kofinanzierung im Rahmen des operationellen Programms „Intelligentes Wachstum“ 2014-2020 möglich sein. (German)
