PRZEDMIOT PROJEKTU Przedmiotem projektu jest modernizacja i przebudowa Przedszkola Miejskiego w Lipianach. ZAKRES RZECZOWY Do zakresu rzeczowego projektu należą: 1. Dokumentacja projektowo-kosztorysowa; 2. Roboty budowlane; 3. Inspektor nadzoru budowlanego; 4. Promocja projektu; 5. Studium wykonalności. SPOSÓB I ETAPY WDRAŻANIA Wnioskodawcą, inwestorem będzie Gmina Lipiany, która zadania w projekcie będzie wykonywać przy pomocy Urzędu Miejskiego w Lipianach. Projekt będzie realizowany jednoetapowo w okresie III kw. 2018-IV kw. 2018 i obejmować będzie wyłonienie w drodze przetargu wykonawcy prac budowlanych i roboty budowlane. Nad realizacją projektu będzie czuwać inspektor nadzoru. Najważniejsze etapy prac nad projektem: a) prace przygotowawcze – opracowanie dokumentacji technicznej, pozyskanie niezbędnych decyzji, studium wykonalności, przetarg na wyłonienie wykonawcy prac; b)realizacja projektu – roboty budowlane; c) zakończenie realizacji – odbiór inwestycji protokołem odbioru końcowego robót, rozliczenie inwestycji i promocja. Operatorem produktów powstałych w wyniku realizacji projektu będzie Przedszkole Miejskie im. Kubusia Puchatka w Lipianach. (Polish)

The subject of the project is the modernisation and reconstruction of the Urban Agenda in Lipian. The material scope of the project is: 1. Project and cost accounting documentation; 2. Construction work; 3. The developer of the construction supervision; 4. Project promotion; 5. Feasibility studies. The method and use of the Applicant will be created by the municipality of Lifoam, which tasks will be carried out with the assistance of the Lipan Urban Authority. The project will be carried out one-step in the 3 rd quarter period Q2018-4th quarter 2018 and will include the selection by tender of the contractor of the construction work and the construction work. The monitoring officer will be responsible for the implementation of the project. The most important steps in the drafting of the project are as follows: preparatory work — elaboration of technical documentation, acquisition of necessary decisions, feasibility studies, tendering for the selection of the contractor; project implementation — construction work; completion — acceptance of investments by means of acceptance of final acceptance of works, settlement of investments and promotion. The operator of the products resulting from the project will be the Kukousia Puchatka Pear in the Lifoam. (English)
