Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa Zakładu Aktywności Zawodowej „Szansa” w Choszcznie do 31.12.2018r.(typ 3 proj.),zatrudniającego 25 os.ze znacznym i umiarkowanym stopniem niepełnosprawności z terenu Powiatu choszczeńskiego Zakres rzeczowy/ realizacja/etapy: 1. Zamówienia publiczne:wyłonienie wykonawcy na zadanie zaprojektowania ZAZ i uzyskanie pozwolenia na budowę, 2. Budowa budynku:konstrukcje i elementy budowlane(stan:zerowy,surowy,wykończony wewnętrzny),wyposażenie obiektu(pracowownia ogrodniczo-porządkowa, pracownia rozbiórki sprzętu elektronicznego,zaplecze szatniowo-sanitarne,sala rehabilitacyjna itp.),instalacje i urządzenia elektroenergetyczne, instalacje sanitarne itp.) 3. Zagospodarowanie terenu:budowa dróg dojazdowych,parkingów i ciągów pieszych z kostki betonowej,ogrodzenie terenu,zagospodarowanie terenów zielonych, obsianie oraz obsadzenie itp. 4. Zakończenie i oddanie obiektu do użytku:odbiór końcowy przez inwestora,odbiór przez powiatowego inspektorabudowy wraz z uzyskaniem decyzji na użytkowanie. Termin zakończenia projektu do 31.12.2018 r.Przewidywany okres uruchomienia zakładu do 12 m-cy od zakończenia projektu w tym (nadanie statusu ZAZ,nabór kadry oraz rozpoczęcie naboru pracowników ZAZ os.niepełnospranych) Zasoby kadrowe: Dyrektor ZAZ 1os.(1etat),gł.księgowa 1os.(1etat),pracownik księgowo-kadrowy1os.(1etat),instruktor zawodu:pracownia ogrodniczo–porządkowa 2os.(2etaty),pracownia rozbiórki sprzętu elektrycznego3os.(3etaty),kierowca1os.(1etat),rehabilitant-pielęgniarka1os.(1etat)=10 etatów(szerzej w studium wykonal.pkt.3.3.1.1)-wybór: posiadane kwalifikacje(doświadczenie i wykształcenie)niezbędne do zajmowanego stanowiska/nabór:ogłoszenie na BIP UM Ch-no/powołanie komisji, konkursowej przez Burmistrza Choszczna.Forma prawna ZAZ:gminna samorządowa jednostka organizacyjna.
