Projekt ma charakter stacjonarny. Tereny przeznaczone pod zabudowę przechodzą przez działki o nr. geodezyjnych: 13 i 5/1 (obręb Nowielice), 494/9, 495, 598 i 602 (w obrębie Trzebusz), 60,633 i 112 (w obrębie Roby) i 103 (w obrębie Mrzezyno-3). Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa ścieżki rowerowej na trasie Nowielice - Mrzeżyno, trasa ścieżki została wytyczona po starym nasypie kolejowym. Ścieżka będzie zbudowana na podbudowie z kruszywa i będzie miała bitumiczną nawierzchnię. Założono budowę infrastruktury towarzyszącej: ławki, wiaty przystankowe (3szt.)oraz 5 stojaków na rowery (3 przy wiatach przystankowych, jedna przy przystanku autobusowym w Mrzeżynie, jedna przy centrum przesiadkowym w Trzebiatowie). Przyjęte parametry techniczne ścieżki rowerowej: * klasa drogi rowerowej: Gr; * prędkość projektowana: 30 km/h; * szerokość nawierzchni: 2,00m; * szerokość pobocza ziemnego: min 2x 0,50m; * szerokość korony: 3,00 – 15,00m. Etapy realizacji projektu: ETAP 1. Przygotowanie dokumentacji projektu, w tym: studium wykonalności oraz aktualizacja dokumentacji technicznej. ETAP 2. Budowa ścieżki rowerowej - roboty budowlane w tym: roboty przygotowawcze, roboty rozbiórkowe, roboty ziemne, podbudowa, nawierzchnia, roboty wykończeniowe, odwodnienie, oznakowanie, urządzenia zabezpieczenia ruchu, krawężniki i obrzeża. ETAP 3. Nadzór nad projektem - w tym usługi nadzoru inwestorskiego. Etap 4. Promocja projektu, w tym tablice informacyjna i promocyjna oraz promocja w mediach lokalnych. ETAP 5. Zarządzanie projektem w ramach kosztów pośrednich. Za realizację projektu odpowiedzialna będzie Gmina Trzebiatów, która jednocześnie będzie zarządzała projektem. Operatorem inwestycji będzie Zarząd Dróg Gminnych i Gospodarki Komunalnej - jednostka organizacyjna Gminy Trzebiatów. (Polish)

The project is stationary. The land used for construction shall be carried out by land plots: 13 and 5/1 (nosoce), 494/9, 495, 598 and 602 (in Trzebuz), 60,633 and 112 (within Roby) and 103 (within the region of Mózino-3). The project involves the construction of a cycle path on the Nwielice route — Manzżyno, the path is established on the basis of the old rail embankment. The path will be constructed on the subconstruction of aggregates and will have a bituminous pavement. The construction of accompanying infrastructure has been set up: benches, shelters (3spt) and 5 bicycle racks (3 at bus stops, one at the Mzeżynie bus stop, one at a transit centre in Trzebiatów). Technical parameters for the cycle path adopted: * Cycling road class: Gr. * design: 30 km/h; * pavement width: 2.00 m; * The width of the side is natural: min 2x 0.50 m; * Crown width: 3,00-15.00 m. The phases of the implementation of the project: STEP 1. Preparation of project documentation, including: a feasibility study and an update of the technical documentation. STEP 2. Construction of the cycle path — construction work, including: preparatory work, demolition works, earth works, superstructure, superstructure, pavement, finishing work, dehydration, marking, traffic restraint, kerbs and perimeter. STEP 3. Supervision of the project — including investor supervision services. Step 4. Project promotion, including information and promotion boards and promotion in local media. STEP 5. Project management within indirect costs. The Gmina Trzebit will be responsible for implementing the project, which will at the same time manage the project. The investment operator will be the Municipal Roads and Commercial Management Board, the organisational unit of the Trzebiate Municipality. (English)
