Η πράξη αφορά στην κατασκευή διωρόφου κτιρίου στο Ο.Τ. 398, στην συμβολή των οδών Μπούσδρα και Ποσειδώνος, σε ιδιόκτητο οικόπεδο του Δήμου Καρδίτσας που είναι χαρακτηρισμένο στο ΓΠΣ με χρήση Πρόνοιας για την στέγαση :- της δομής του Κοινωνικού Παντοπωλείου στο ισόγειο. - της δομής των υποστηριζόμενων διαμερισμάτων στον όροφο για την φιλοξενία αστέγων.Επίσης στην πράξη περιλαμβάνεται η προμήθεια του εξοπλισμού για την δομή των υποστηριζόμενων διαμερισμάτων. L’opération concerne la construction d’un bâtiment de deux étages dans l’OT 398, à la jonction des rues Bushdra et Poseidonos, sur un terrain privé de la municipalité de Karditsa qui est classé dans le SIG avec l’utilisation de la protection sociale pour le logement:- la structure de l’épicerie sociale au rez-de-chaussée. — la structure des appartements pris en charge à l’étage pour l’hospitalité sans abri.Aussi dans la pratique la fourniture d’équipement pour la structure des appartements pris en charge est inclus.
