Основната цел на проект "Безопасна Рила" е осигуряване на безопасност през зимния сезон чрез закупуване на моторна шейна, влечка и допълнителна спирачка да се осигури всички предпоставки за навременно издирване, откриване, оказване на първа помощ и спасяване на жителите и туристите в Рила планина на територията на община Самоков. Ползвателите на тази услуга попадат в групата на най-уязвимите лица, които са безпомощни и чийто живот много често е непосредствено застрашен. Изпълнението на проекта ще подпомогне Планинската спасителна служба (ПСС) към БЧК - единствената структура на цялата територия на Република България, която помага на пострадали в планините, да стигне навреме до нуждаещите се от помощ и да спаси техния живот, като същевременно и предотврати дългосрочните възможни поражения върху здравето им. Безспорно популяризирането на територията на община Самоков като район с висока степен на безопасност за зимен туризъм /или въобще през зимния период на годината/ ще бъде успешна възможност да се популяризира района на нови пазари и с нови иновативни за момента методи. Целите на проекта ще бъдат постигнати посредством реализацията на следните дейности:1. Закупуване на ДМА за осигуряване безопасността на жителите и гостите на община Самоков в района на Рила планина и2. Осигуряване на публичност и визуализацияКато резултат допълнителната сигурност гарантирана за жителите на община Самоков и гостите на планината неминуемо ще доведе до насърчаване на тяхното желание опознаване на територията на общината и планинския район, част от нея, което пряко ще допринесе за запазване, развиване и популяризиране на територията, както и на местната културна идентичност. The main objective of the “Safe Rila” project is to ensure safety during the winter season by purchasing a motor sled, tug and additional brake to provide all the prerequisites for timely search, detection, first aid and rescue of residents and tourists in the Rila Mountains on the territory of Samokov Municipality. Users of this service fall within the group of the most vulnerable, who are helpless and whose lives are very often immediately threatened. The implementation of the project will help the Mountain Rescue Service (PSS) at the BRC — the only structure in the whole territory of the Republic of Bulgaria that helps victims in the mountains to reach the need for assistance in time and save their lives, while also preventing long-term possible damage to their health. Undoubtedly, the promotion of the territory of the municipality of Samokov as an area with a high level of safety for winter tourism/or in general during the winter period of the year/will be a successful opportunity to promote the area on new markets and with new innovative methods for the moment. The objectives of the project will be achieved through the implementation of the following activities:1. Purchase of DMA to ensure the safety of the residents and guests of Samokov Municipality in the region of Rila Mountain and2. As a result, the additional security guaranteed for the residents of the municipality of Samokov and the guests of the mountain will inevitably encourage their desire to explore the territory of the municipality and the mountain area, part of it, which will directly contribute to the preservation, development and promotion of the territory, as well as the local cultural identity. L’objectif principal du projet «Safe Rila» est d’assurer la sécurité pendant la saison hivernale en achetant un traîneau moteur, un remorqueur et un frein supplémentaire pour fournir toutes les conditions préalables à la recherche, la détection, les premiers secours et le sauvetage des résidents et des touristes dans les montagnes de Rila sur le territoire de la municipalité de Samokov. Les utilisateurs de ce service appartiennent au groupe des plus vulnérables, qui sont impuissants et dont la vie est très souvent menacée immédiatement. La mise en œuvre du projet aidera le Service de secours en montagne (PSS) de la BRC — la seule structure sur l’ensemble du territoire de la République de Bulgarie qui aide les victimes dans les montagnes à atteindre à temps le besoin d’assistance et à sauver leur vie, tout en prévenant les dommages possibles à long terme à leur santé. Sans aucun doute, la promotion du territoire de la municipalité de Samokov comme une zone avec un haut niveau de sécurité pour le tourisme d’hiver/ou en général pendant la période hivernale de l’année/sera une occasion réussie de promouvoir la région sur de nouveaux marchés et avec de nouvelles méthodes innovantes pour le moment. Les objectifs du projet seront atteints par la mise en œuvre des activités suivantes:1. Achat de DMA pour assurer la sécurité des résidents et des invités de la municipalité de Samokov dans la région de Rila Mountain et2. En conséquence, la sécurité supplémentaire garantie pour les résidents de la municipalité de Samokov et les invités de la montagne encouragera inévitablement leur désir d’explorer le territoire de la municipalité et la zone de montagne, une partie de celui-ci, qui contribuera directement à la préservation, le développement et la promotion du territoire, ainsi que l’identité culturelle locale. Das Hauptziel des Projekts „Safe Rila“ besteht darin, die Sicherheit während der Wintersaison durch den Kauf eines Motorschlittens, des Schleppers und der zusätzlichen Bremse zu gewährleisten, um alle Voraussetzungen für die rechtzeitige Suche, Erkennung, Erste Hilfe und Rettung von Bewohnern und Touristen in den Rila-Gebirgen auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Samokov zu schaffen. Nutzer dieses Dienstes fallen in die Gruppe der Schwächsten, die hilflos sind und deren Leben sehr oft sofort bedroht ist. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird dem Bergrettungsdienst (PSS) am BRC – der einzigen Struktur im gesamten Hoheitsgebiet der Republik Bulgarien – helfen, die Opfer in den Bergen dabei zu unterstützen, rechtzeitig Hilfe zu leisten und ihr Leben zu retten und gleichzeitig langfristig mögliche Gesundheitsschäden zu verhindern. Zweifellos wird die Förderung des Territoriums der Gemeinde Samokov als ein Gebiet mit einem hohen Sicherheitsniveau für den Wintertourismus/oder im Allgemeinen während der Winterperiode des Jahres/eine erfolgreiche Gelegenheit sein, das Gebiet auf neuen Märkten und mit neuen innovativen Methoden für den Moment zu fördern. Die Ziele des Projekts werden durch die Durchführung der folgenden Maßnahmen erreicht: Kauf von DMA, um die Sicherheit der Bewohner und Gäste der Samokov Gemeinde in der Region Rila Berg und2 zu gewährleisten. Dadurch wird die zusätzliche Sicherheit für die Bewohner der Gemeinde Samokov und die Gäste des Berges unweigerlich ihren Wunsch erwecken, das Gebiet der Gemeinde und des Berggebiets zu erkunden, ein Teil davon, die direkt zur Erhaltung, Entwicklung und Förderung des Territoriums sowie zur lokalen kulturellen Identität beitragen wird.
