Το έργο αφορά στην λειτουργία Δομών παροχής βασικών αγαθών (κοινωνικό παντοπωλείο, κοινωνικό φαρμακείο) του Δήμου Λήμνου, με στόχο να προσφέρει στον τοπικό πληθυσμό που δεν μπορεί να καλύψει τις ανάγκες του, τα βασικά αγαθά που χρειάζεται. Υπό το πρίσμα αυτό, στόχος της προκηρυσσόμενης δράσης είναι η αντιμετώπιση του φαινομένου της ακραίας φτώχειας και του κοινωνικού αποκλεισμού μέσω της υποστήριξης ομάδων του τοπικού πληθυσμού που πλήττονται ή απειλούνται από τη φτώχεια και τον κοινωνικό αποκλεισμό. Συγκεκριμένα το Κοινωνικό Παντοπωλείο θα διανέμει, σε τακτική βάση, τρόφιμα, είδη παντοπωλείου, είδη ατομικής υγιεινής, κατεψυγμένα προϊόντα, είδη ένδυσης και υπόδησης, βιβλία, παιχνίδια, cd κλπ., θα συνδέεται με τοπικές επιχειρήσεις, σχολεία, την τοπική κοινωνία για την συλλογή των παραπάνω προϊόντων και θα δίνεται έμφαση στη διανομή τροφίμων σύμφωνα με τις ανάγκες του πληθυσμού. Το Κοινωνικό Φαρμακείο θα παρέχει δωρεάν φάρμακα, υγειονομικό υλικό και παραφαρμακευτικά προϊόντα, τα οποία εξασφαλίζει μέσω συγκεκριμένων συνεργασιών με φαρμακοβιομηχανίες και τοπικούς φαρμακευτικούς συλλόγους, καθώς και από τη συμμετοχή και κινητοποίηση συλλογικών φορέων, επιχειρήσεων και πολιτών, στα ωφελούμενα άτομα.Το συνοπτικό πλάνο δημοσιότητας/επικοινωνίας έχει στόχο: να διαμορφώσει τις συνθήκες, ώστε να υπάρχει η μεγαλύτερη δυνατή προβολή και ενημέρωση, για τις επιμέρους δράσεις του έργου, κυρίως στις ευπαθείς ομάδες πληθυσμού του Δήμου Λήμνου, που βρίσκονται κάτω από το όριο της φτώχειας ή απειλούνται από κοινωνικό αποκλεισμό και ένα σημαντικό αίτιο αυτής της κατάστασης είναι η αδυναμία επικοινωνίας και ενημέρωσής τους (εξαιτίας πχ. χαμηλού μορφωτικού και οικονομικού επιπέδου, κοινωνικού ρατσισμού κλπ) να ενημερώσει και ευαισθητοποιήσει φορείς και λοιπές Υπηρεσίες με τις οποίες θα υπάρξει και συνεργασία δικτύωση να προβάλει τα οφέλη από την λειτουργία των δομών του Κοινωνικού Παντοπωλείου και Κοινωνικού Φαρμακείουνα προβάλει ισότιμα τη στήριξη και συμβολή της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης στη χρηματοδότηση και την υποστήριξη των δομών, ως μέρος του ευρύτερου σχεδίου για την πραγματική σύγκλιση, την περιφερειακή ανάπτυξη και την κοινωνική συνοχή. The project concerns the operation of structures providing basic goods (social grocery, social pharmacy) of the Municipality of Limnos, aiming to offer to the local population that cannot meet its needs, the basic goods it needs. In this light, the objective of the announced action is to address the phenomenon of extreme poverty and social exclusion by supporting groups of the local population affected or threatened by poverty and social exclusion. Specifically, the Social Grocery will distribute, on a regular basis, food, groceries, personal hygiene items, frozen products, clothing and footwear, books, toys, cd etc., will be associated with local businesses, schools, the local community for the collection of the above products and will focus on food distribution according to the needs of the population. The Social Pharmacy will provide free medicines, health supplies and parapharmaceutical products, which it ensures through specific partnerships with pharmaceutical companies and local pharmaceutical associations, as well as from the participation and mobilisation of collective bodies, businesses and citizens, to the beneficiaries.The short publicity/communication plan aims to: To formulate the conditions, so that there is the greatest possible visibility and information, for the individual actions of the project, mainly in the vulnerable population groups of the Municipality of Lemnos, which are below the poverty line or threatened by social exclusion and an important cause of this situation is the inability to communicate and inform them (due to low educational and economic level, social racism, social support, etc.) to inform and sensitise bodies and other services with which there will be the support of the social benefits of the project. Le projet concerne l’exploitation des biens de base (épicerie sociale, pharmacie sociale) de la municipalité de Limnos, dans le but d’offrir à la population locale qui ne peut répondre à ses besoins les biens de base dont elle a besoin. Dans ce contexte, l’objectif de l’action à mener est de lutter contre le phénomène de l’extrême pauvreté et de l’exclusion sociale en soutenant les groupes de population locale touchés ou menacés par la pauvreté et l’exclusion sociale. Plus précisément, l’épicerie sociale distribuera régulièrement des aliments, des produits d’épicerie, des articles d’hygiène personnelle, des produits surgelés, des vêtements et des chaussures, des livres, des jouets, etc., sera reliée aux entreprises locales, aux écoles, à la communauté locale pour la collecte des produits susmentionnés et l’accent sera mis sur la distribution de nourriture en fonction des besoins de la population. La Pharmacie Sociale fournira gratuitement des médicaments, du matériel de santé et des produits parapharmaceutiques, qu’elle assure grâce à des collaborations spécifiques avec des entreprises pharmaceutiques et des associations pharmaceutiques locales, ainsi qu’à la participation et à la mobilisation d’organismes collectifs, d’entreprises et de citoyens, aux bénéficiaires. Créer les conditions, afin qu’il y ait autant de visibilité et d’information que possible, pour les actions individuelles du projet, en particulier parmi les groupes de population vulnérables de la municipalité de Lemnos, qui sont en dessous du seuil de pauvreté ou sont menacés d’exclusion sociale, et l’une des raisons importantes de cette situation est l’absence de communication et d’information (par exemple en raison du faible niveau éducatif et économique, du racisme social, etc.) pour informer et sensibiliser les organismes et autres services avec lesquels la mise en réseau aura lieu et la coopération pour mettre en évidence les avantages du fonctionnement des structures de grocery social et de pharmacie sociale afin de promouvoir le soutien et la contribution de l’Union européenne au financement et au soutien des structures; dans le cadre du plan plus large de convergence réelle, de développement régional et de cohésion sociale. Das Projekt betrifft den Betrieb von Grundgütern (soziale Lebensmittel, Sozialapotheke) der Gemeinde Limnos mit dem Ziel, der lokalen Bevölkerung, die ihren Bedürfnissen nicht gerecht werden kann, die Grundgüter anzubieten, die sie benötigen. In diesem Zusammenhang soll mit den Maßnahmen gegen das Phänomen extremer Armut und sozialer Ausgrenzung vorgegangen werden, indem Gruppen der von Armut und sozialer Ausgrenzung betroffenen oder von Armut bedrohten Bevölkerungsgruppen unterstützt werden. Insbesondere wird der soziale Lebensmittelhandel regelmäßig Lebensmittel, Lebensmittel, persönliche Hygieneartikel, gefrorene Produkte, Kleidung und Schuhe, Bücher, Spielzeug, CD usw. vertreiben, die mit lokalen Unternehmen, Schulen, der örtlichen Gemeinschaft für die Sammlung der oben genannten Produkte verbunden sein werden und der Schwerpunkt auf der Verteilung der Lebensmittel entsprechend den Bedürfnissen der Bevölkerung gelegt wird. Die Sozialapotheke wird kostenlose Arzneimittel, medizinisches Material und parapharmazeutische Produkte bereitstellen, die sie durch spezifische Zusammenarbeit mit Pharmaunternehmen und lokalen Pharmaverbänden sowie von der Beteiligung und Mobilisierung von kollektiven Einrichtungen, Unternehmen und Bürgern für die Begünstigten sicherstellt. Die Bedingungen zu schaffen, damit möglichst viel Sichtbarkeit und Information für die einzelnen Aktionen des Projekts, insbesondere unter gefährdeten Bevölkerungsgruppen der Gemeinde Lemnos, die unterhalb der Armutsgrenze liegen oder von sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, besteht, und ein wichtiger Grund für diese Situation ist die fehlende Kommunikation und Information (z. B. wegen des geringen Bildungs- und Wirtschaftsniveaus, des sozialen Rassismus usw.) in der Information und Sensibilisierung von Einrichtungen und anderen Diensten, mit denen Vernetzung stattfinden wird, und die Zusammenarbeit, um die Vorteile des Funktionierens der Strukturen für den sozialen Lebensmittelhandel und die Sozialapotheke aufzuzeigen, um die Unterstützung und den Beitrag der Europäischen Union zur Finanzierung und Unterstützung von Strukturen zu fördern; im Rahmen des umfassenderen Plans für echte Konvergenz, regionale Entwicklung und sozialen Zusammenhalt.
