Образователната система в България и в частност в Община Каспичан среща сериозни проблеми при интегрирането на представителите на малцинствени етнически групи и най-вече лицата от ромски произход. Въпреки мерките, които се вземат от общината, все още са налице проблеми, като отпадане от задължителна предучилищна подготовка, ранно/преждевременно напускане на образователната система, недостатъчно владеене на български език, водещо до незадоволителни резултати от обучението в училище, негативни обществени нагласи на родители от етническите малцинства спрямо образователната интеграция на децата им. Проекта „Всички сме различни, но заедно за бъдещето на децата ни“ ще допринесе за отстраняване или намаляване на някои от сериозните проблеми в образователната система в най-ранна детска възраст на децата от етническите малцинства и/или маргинализирани обществени групи и от семейства, търсещи или получили международна закрила. Ще се постави акцент върху овладяване на българският език, социализацията и интеркултурното образование и въвличането на родителите в образователния процес. Проекта ще спомогне да се създаде подходящ социално-психологически климат, който да благоприятства реализацията на образователната интеграция на децата от ромски и турски произход, а така също и за подобряването на образователната среда. Проекта ще даде възможност на родителите от етническите малцинства да преодолеят негативното си отношение към образователната система, ще работи по преодоляване с усвояването на български език, да направи образованието по-привлекателно за всяко дете, включено в проекта. The educational system in Bulgaria and in particular in Kaspichan Municipality faces serious problems in the integration of representatives of minority ethnic groups, especially Roma. Despite the measures taken by the municipality, there are still problems such as dropping out of compulsory pre-school education, early/early leaving the education system, insufficient knowledge of Bulgarian language, leading to unsatisfactory learning outcomes in school, negative public attitudes of parents from ethnic minorities towards the educational integration of their children. The project “We are all different but together for the future of our children” will contribute to eliminating or reducing some of the serious problems in the education system in the earliest childhood of children from ethnic minorities and/or marginalised social groups and from families seeking or receiving international protection. Emphasis will be placed on mastering the Bulgarian language, socialisation and intercultural education and involving parents in the educational process. The project will help to create a suitable socio-psychological climate that favours the realisation of the educational integration of Roma and Turkish children, as well as the improvement of the educational environment. The project will enable parents from ethnic minorities to overcome their negative attitude towards the education system, will work on overcoming the Bulgarian language, making education more attractive for every child included in the project. Le système éducatif en Bulgarie et en particulier dans la municipalité de Kaspichan est confronté à de graves problèmes d’intégration des représentants des groupes ethniques minoritaires, en particulier des Roms. Malgré les mesures prises par la municipalité, des problèmes subsistent, tels que l’abandon de l’enseignement préscolaire obligatoire, l’abandon précoce ou précoce du système éducatif, l’insuffisance de la connaissance du bulgare, les résultats d’apprentissage insatisfaisants à l’école, l’attitude négative des parents issus de minorités ethniques à l’égard de l’intégration scolaire de leurs enfants. Le projet «Nous sommes tous différents mais ensemble pour l’avenir de nos enfants» contribuera à éliminer ou à réduire certains des graves problèmes du système éducatif dans la première enfance des enfants issus de minorités ethniques et/ou de groupes sociaux marginalisés et des familles qui cherchent ou bénéficient d’une protection internationale. L’accent sera mis sur la maîtrise de la langue bulgare, la socialisation et l’éducation interculturelle et sur la participation des parents au processus éducatif. Le projet contribuera à créer un climat sociopsychologique propice à la réalisation de l’intégration éducative des enfants roms et turcs, ainsi qu’à l’amélioration de l’environnement éducatif. Le projet permettra aux parents issus de minorités ethniques de surmonter leur attitude négative à l’égard du système éducatif, de s’efforcer de surmonter la langue bulgare et de rendre l’éducation plus attrayante pour tous les enfants inclus dans le projet. Das Bildungssystem in Bulgarien und insbesondere in der Gemeinde Kaspichan steht bei der Integration von Vertretern von Minderheitengruppen, insbesondere der Roma, vor ernsthaften Problemen. Trotz der von der Gemeinde ergriffenen Maßnahmen gibt es nach wie vor Probleme wie den Abbruch der obligatorischen Vorschulbildung, den vorzeitigen/frühen Ausstieg aus dem Bildungssystem, unzureichende Kenntnisse der bulgarischen Sprache, die zu unbefriedigenden Lernergebnissen in der Schule führen, negative öffentliche Einstellungen von Eltern ethnischer Minderheiten zur schulischen Integration ihrer Kinder. Das Projekt „Wir sind alle unterschiedlich, aber gemeinsam für die Zukunft unserer Kinder“ wird dazu beitragen, einige der gravierenden Probleme im Bildungssystem in der frühesten Kindheit von Kindern ethnischer Minderheiten und/oder marginalisierten sozialen Gruppen und von Familien, die internationalen Schutz suchen oder erhalten, zu beseitigen oder zu verringern. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Beherrschung der bulgarischen Sprache, der Sozialisierung und der interkulturellen Bildung sowie auf die Einbeziehung der Eltern in den Bildungsprozess. Das Projekt wird dazu beitragen, ein geeignetes sozialpsychologisches Klima zu schaffen, das die Verwirklichung der Bildungsintegration von Roma und türkischen Kindern sowie die Verbesserung des Bildungsumfelds begünstigt. Das Projekt wird es Eltern ethnischer Minderheiten ermöglichen, ihre negative Einstellung zum Bildungssystem zu überwinden, um die bulgarische Sprache zu überwinden und die Bildung für jedes in das Projekt einbezogene Kind attraktiver zu machen.
