Предмет на проектното предложение е изпълнение на мерки за повишаване на енергийната ефективност на 4 обществени сгради с административно предназначение на територията на гр. Карнобат - общинска администрация, бул. "България" №12, общинска администрация, бул. "България" №11, общинска администрация, ул. "Граф Игнатиев" №2 и административна сграда, Промишлена зона "Север”. Проектът цели намаляване на крайното енергийно потребление, постигане на рентабилна експлоатация на обществените сгради, модернизация на публичната инфраструктура и по-добро качество на предлаганите административни и допълнителни услуги. Gegenstand des Projektvorschlags ist die Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz von 4 öffentlichen Gebäuden für den administrativen Einsatz auf dem Gebiet von Karnobat – Gemeindeverwaltung, 12, Bulgarien Blvd., Gemeindeverwaltung, 11 Bulgarien Blvd., Gemeindeverwaltung, 2 Graf Ignatiev Str. und Verwaltungsgebäude, Industriezone „Nord“. Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, den Endenergieverbrauch zu senken, den kostengünstigen Betrieb öffentlicher Gebäude, die Modernisierung der öffentlichen Infrastruktur und eine bessere Qualität der Verwaltungs- und Nebendienstleistungen zu erreichen.
