Общата цел на настоящото проектно предложение е изграждане на инфраструктура, която да създаде условия за подобрено социално приобщаване на възрастни и хора с увреждания. Специфичните цели, които ще се постигнат са:- осигуряване на условия за предоставяне на качествени социални услуги в общността на възрастни и хора с увреждания;- създаване възможност за предоставяне на две нови социални услуги, насочени към възрастни и хора с увреждания.За постигането на посочените цели проектът предвижда комплекс от мерки в основата си инфраструктурни, които ще бъдат реализирани в период от 24 месеца и включват 5 основни дейности:-Преустройство на част от комплекс за социални грижи за осигуряване на две нови социални услуги-Доставка и монтаж на оборудване и обзавеждане-Обособяване и благоустрояване на дворно пространство и осигуряване на достъп за хора с увреждания-Информация и комуникация- Управление на проектаВ резултат на изпълнението на проекта ще бъдат подкрепени 2 обекта на социалната инфраструктура в процеса на деинституционализация.За изпълнението на проекта ще отговаря екип от 4 лица, служители на бенефициента – строителен инженер, архитект, счетоводител, експерт социални дейности.За осъществяване на дейностите ще бъдат избрани 6 външни изпълнители, съобразно изискванията на закона за обществени поръчки. The general objective of this project proposal is to build infrastructure to enable improved social inclusion of elderly and disabled people. The specific objectives to be achieved are:- providing conditions for the provision of quality social services in the adult and disabled community;- creating the opportunity to provide two new social services aimed at the elderly and people with disabilities.To achieve the stated objectives, the project provides a set of measures basically infrastructure, which will be implemented in a period of 24 months and include 5 main activities:-Reconstructing part of a social care complex to provide two new social services — Supply and installation of equipment and furniture — Separating and developing a yard space and providing access for people with disabilities and providing access for people with disabilities-Information and communication- Project management as a result of the implementation of the project as a result of the implementation of two new social services — Delivery and installation of equipment and furniture — Separating and developing a yard space and providing access for people with disabilities-Information and communication- Management of the project as a result of the implementation of the project will be supported by the implementation of the project. L’objectif général de cette proposition de projet est de construire des infrastructures permettant d’améliorer l’inclusion sociale des personnes âgées et handicapées. Les objectifs spécifiques à atteindre sont les suivants:- fournir les conditions nécessaires à la prestation de services sociaux de qualité dans la communauté des adultes et des personnes handicapées;- créer la possibilité de fournir deux nouveaux services sociaux destinés aux personnes âgées et aux personnes handicapées.Pour atteindre les objectifs énoncés, le projet prévoit un ensemble de mesures essentiellement infrastructurelles, qui seront mises en œuvre sur une période de 24 mois et comprendront 5 activités principales:-Réaménagement d’une partie d’un complexe de soins sociaux pour fournir deux nouveaux services sociaux — fourniture et installation d’équipement et de mobilier — Séparation et développement d’un espace de chantier et d’accès aux personnes handicapées et accès aux personnes handicapées-Information et communication- Gestion du projet à la suite de la mise en œuvre du projet et de la mise en œuvre du projet (French)

Das allgemeine Ziel dieses Projektvorschlags besteht darin, Infrastrukturen aufzubauen, die eine bessere soziale Inklusion älterer und behinderter Menschen ermöglichen. Um die genannten Ziele zu erreichen, bietet das Projekt eine Reihe von Maßnahmen, die in einem Zeitraum von 24 Monaten umgesetzt werden und fünf Hauptaktivitäten umfassen:- Der Aufbau eines Teils eines sozialen Pflegekomplexes zur Bereitstellung von zwei neuen sozialen Dienstleistungen – Bereitstellung und Installation von Ausrüstung und Mobiliar – Trennung und Entwicklung eines Werftraums und Bereitstellung von Zugang für Menschen mit Behinderungen und Bereitstellung des Zugangs für Menschen mit Behinderungen – Information und Kommunikation – Projektmanagement als Ergebnis der Durchführung des Projekts als Ergebnis der Projektdurchführung und Bereitstellung von Einrichtungen für den Zugang von Menschen mit Behinderungen.
