Настоящето проектното предложение представлява съвкупност от дейности чрез които ще се изпълнят мерки за повишаване на енергийна ефективност на сградата на Районна служба "Пожарна безопасност и защита на населението" град Ивайловград. Сградата е административно-битова и в нея са извършват дежурства и учебна дейност за изпълнение дейността по "Пожарна безопасност и защита на населението при бедствия и аварии.Основните дейности по проекта са дейности за повишаване на енергийната ефективност на сградата и всички дейности които са свързани с тях.:-Обследване за енергийна ефективност придружено от валиден сертификат;-Обследване за установяване на техническите характеристики , свързани с удовлетворяването на изискванията по чл.169 от ЗУТ в съответствие с изискванията , определени в глава трета на Наредба №5 от 2006 год. за техническите паспорти на строежите;- Инженеринг (проектиране, строителство и авторски надзор);- Строителен надзор и оценка на съответствието на инвестиционния проект със съществените изисквания към строежите, изготвена като комплексен доклад от лицензирана фирма-консултант;- Дейности за информация и комуникация по проекта;- Дейности за управление на проектаПроектът ще има социален и икономически ефект. Неговото изпълнение ще допринесе за повишаване конкурентоспособността на района, чрез подобряване на публичната инфраструктура и създаване на предпоставки за подобряване на качеството на живот и работа на територията на общината. В този смисъл изпълнението на проекта ще подпомогне повишаването на привлекателността на Ивайловград и ще спомогне за осигуряването на качествени услуги в общността. С прилагане на горепосочените мерки ще се подобри микроклимата във всички помещения на сградата на Районна служба "Пожарна безопасност и защита на населението", град Ивайловград. (Bulgarian)

This project proposal is a set of activities that will implement measures to improve the energy efficiency of the building of the Fire Safety and Protection of the Population District Service in Ivaylovgrad. The building is administrative-household and it carries out duties and training activities for the implementation of the activity of “Fire safety and protection of the population in the event of disasters and accidents”. The main activities of the project are activities to improve the energy efficiency of the building and all activities related to them.:-Energy efficiency audit accompanied by a valid certificate;-A survey to establish the technical characteristics related to the fulfilment of the requirements of Article 189 of the ZUT in accordance with the requirements laid down in Chapter 3 of Regulation No 5 of 2006 on the technical passports of constructions;- Engineering (design, construction and copyright supervision); construction supervision and assessment of the compliance of the investment project with the essential requirements for constructions, prepared as a complex report by a licensed consulting company;- Information and communication activities under the project;- Project management activities The project will have a social and economic impact. Its implementation will contribute to improving the competitiveness of the area by improving public infrastructure and creating conditions for improving the quality of life and work on the territory of the municipality. In this sense, the implementation of the project will help increase the attractiveness of Ivaylovgrad and will help to provide quality services in the community. By implementing the above measures, the microclimate will be improved in all premises of the building of the Fire Safety and Protection of the Population District Service in the city of Ivaylovgrad. Cette proposition de projet est un ensemble d’activités qui mettront en œuvre des mesures visant à améliorer l’efficacité énergétique de la construction de la sécurité incendie et de la protection du service de district de la population à Ivaylovgrad. Les principales activités du projet sont les activités visant à améliorer l’efficacité énergétique du bâtiment et toutes les activités qui y sont liées.:-Audit audit de l’efficacité énergétique accompagné d’un certificat en cours de validité;-Une enquête visant à déterminer les caractéristiques techniques liées au respect des exigences de l’article 189 de la ZUT conformément aux exigences du chapitre 3 du règlement no 5 de 2006 relatif aux passeports techniques des constructions;- Ingénierie (conception, construction et contrôle du droit d’auteur); la supervision et l’évaluation de la conformité du projet d’investissement aux exigences essentielles pour les constructions, préparées en tant que rapport complexe par une société-conseil autorisée;- Activités d’information et de communication dans le cadre du projet;- Activités de gestion du projet Le projet aura un impact social et économique. Sa mise en œuvre contribuera à améliorer la compétitivité de la zone en améliorant les infrastructures publiques et en créant les conditions d’amélioration de la qualité de vie et de travail sur le territoire de la municipalité. En ce sens, la mise en œuvre du projet contribuera à accroître l’attractivité d’Ivaylovgrad et à fournir des services de qualité dans la communauté. Grâce à la mise en œuvre des mesures susmentionnées, le microclimat sera amélioré dans tous les locaux de la construction de la sécurité incendie et de la protection du service de district de la population dans la ville d’Ivaylovgrad. Bei diesem Projektvorschlag handelt es sich um eine Reihe von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz des Gebäudes des Brandschutzes und des Schutzes des Bevölkerungsbezirksdiensts in Ivaylovgrad. Das Gebäude ist Verwaltungshaushalt und führt Aufgaben und Ausbildungsmaßnahmen für die Durchführung der Tätigkeit „Feuerschutz und Schutz der Bevölkerung bei Katastrophen und Unfällen“ durch. Die Haupttätigkeiten des Projekts sind Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz des Gebäudes und aller damit zusammenhängenden Tätigkeiten.:-Energieeffizienzaudit mit gültigem Zertifikat;-Eine Erhebung zur Ermittlung der technischen Merkmale im Zusammenhang mit der Erfüllung der Anforderungen des Artikels 189 ZUT gemäß den Anforderungen des Kapitels 3 der Verordnung Nr. 5 von 2006 über die technischen Pässe für den Bau;- Ingenieurwesen (Design, Konstruktion und Urheberrechtsüberwachung); Bauaufsicht und Bewertung der Übereinstimmung des Investitionsvorhabens mit den wesentlichen Anforderungen an den Bau, erstellt als komplexer Bericht eines lizenzierten Beratungsunternehmens;- Informations- und Kommunikationsaktivitäten im Rahmen des Projekts;- Projektmanagementaktivitäten Das Projekt wird soziale und wirtschaftliche Auswirkungen haben. Ihre Umsetzung wird zur Verbesserung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Gebiets beitragen, indem die öffentliche Infrastruktur verbessert und Bedingungen für die Verbesserung der Lebensqualität und der Arbeit auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinde geschaffen werden. In diesem Sinne wird die Umsetzung des Projekts dazu beitragen, die Attraktivität von Ivaylovgrad zu erhöhen und wird dazu beitragen, qualitativ hochwertige Dienstleistungen in der Gemeinschaft zu erbringen. Durch die Umsetzung der oben genannten Maßnahmen wird das Mikroklima in allen Räumlichkeiten des Gebäudes des Brandschutzes und des Schutzes des Bevölkerungsbezirksdiensts in der Stadt Ivaylovgrad verbessert.
