Кандидатът по настоящата процедура - община Етрополе съответства на допустимите кандидати, съгласно условията за кандидатсване по процедура чрез подбор BG06RDNP001-8.004 по подмярка 8.3 „Предотвратяване на щети по горите от горски пожари, природни бедствия и катастрофични събития“.Проектното предложение на община Етрополе е насочено към изпълнение на дейности водещи до намаляване на опасността от горски пожари на горските територии на общината, квалифицирани като територии с висок риск от горски пожари. Планираните за изпълнение дейности са в съответствие с утвърдения горскостопански план на общината и включват следните активности:1. Създаване на лесокултурни прегради;2. Създаване на минерализовани ивици;3. Изграждане на водоизточник за борба с пожарите;4. Изграждане на горски пътища - обслужващи противопожарна инфраструктура, водоизточник за борба с пожарите и дейности по гасене на пожари в горите;Очакваният резултат от изпълнението на проектните дейности се изразяват в увеличаване на площите на общината с превантивни дейности срещу горски пожари, в резултат на което ще се подобри запазването на биологичното разнообразие, управлението на водите и почвите.Разходите необходими за реализацията на проектното предложение изцяло кореспондират с допустимите за подпомагане по процедурата и включват:1. Разходи за създаване на лесокултурни прегради;2. Разходи за създаване на минерализовани ивици;3. Разходи за изграждане на водоизточник за борба с пожарите;4. Разходи за изграждане на горски пътища;5. Разходи за хонорари за архитекти, инженери и консултантски услуги, извършени както в процеса на подготовка на проекта преди подаване на проектното предложение, така и по време на неговото изпълнение.С изпълнението на предвидените по проекта дейности ще бъдат защитени общо 2 109 ха. The applicant in this procedure — Etropole Municipality complies with the eligible candidates, in accordance with the conditions for application under selection procedure BG06RDNP001-8.04 under sub-measure 8.3 ‘Prevention of damage to forests from forest fires, natural disasters and catastrophic events’. The project proposal of Etropole Municipality is aimed at implementing activities leading to the reduction of the risk of forest fires in the forest areas of the municipality, qualified as areas with high risk of forest fires. The activities planned for implementation are in accordance with the approved forest plan of the municipality and include the following activities:1. Creation of forestry barriers;2. Creation of mineralised strips;3. Construction of a water source for firefighting;4. Construction of forest roads — serving fire-fighting infrastructure, water source for firefighting and firefighting activities in forests; The expected result of the implementation of the project activities consists of increasing the area of the municipality with prevention activities against forest fires, as a result of which the conservation of biodiversity, water and soil management will be improved. The costs necessary for the implementation of the project proposal correspond in full to the eligible areas under the procedure and include:1. Costs of creating forestry barriers;2. Costs of creating mineralised stripes;3. Costs of building a water source for firefighting;4. Costs for the construction of forest roads;5. Costs of fees for architects, engineers and consultancy services carried out both during the preparation of the project before the submission of the project proposal and during its implementation. With the implementation of the activities envisaged under the project, a total of 2 109 ha will be protected. (English)

Le candidat à la présente procédure — Municipalité d’Etropole respecte les critères d’éligibilité, conformément aux conditions de candidature dans le cadre de la procédure de sélection BG06RDNP001-8.04 dans le cadre de la sous-mesure 8.3 «Prévention des dommages causés aux forêts par les incendies de forêt, les catastrophes naturelles et les événements catastrophiques». La proposition de projet de la municipalité d’Etropole vise à mettre en œuvre des activités conduisant à la réduction du risque d’incendies de forêt dans les zones forestières de la municipalité, qualifiées de zones présentant un risque élevé d’incendies de forêt. Les activités prévues pour la mise en œuvre sont conformes au plan forestier approuvé de la municipalité et comprennent les activités suivantes:1. Création de barrières forestières;2. Création de bandes minéralisées;3. Construction d’une source d’eau pour la lutte contre les incendies;4. Construction de routes forestières — desservant des infrastructures de lutte contre les incendies, des sources d’eau pour la lutte contre les incendies et des activités de lutte contre l’incendie dans les forêts; Le résultat escompté de la mise en œuvre des activités du projet consiste à accroître la superficie de la municipalité avec des activités de prévention contre les incendies de forêt, ce qui permettra d’améliorer la conservation de la biodiversité, de l’eau et des sols. Les coûts nécessaires à la mise en œuvre de la proposition de projet correspondent pleinement aux zones éligibles dans le cadre de la procédure et comprennent: 1. Coûts liés à la création de barrières forestières;2. Coûts de création de bandes minéralisées;3. Les coûts de construction d’une source d’eau pour la lutte contre les incendies;4. Coûts de construction de routes forestières;5. Les coûts des honoraires d’architectes, d’ingénieurs et de services de conseil effectués à la fois lors de la préparation du projet avant la soumission de la proposition de projet et pendant sa mise en œuvre. Die Klägerin in diesem Verfahren – Gemeinde Etropole erfüllt die förderfähigen Bewerber gemäß den Bedingungen für die Bewerbung im Auswahlverfahren BG06RDNP001-8.04 im Rahmen der Teilmaßnahme 8.3 „Verhütung von Waldschäden durch Waldbrände, Naturkatastrophen und Katastrophenereignisse“. Der Projektvorschlag der Gemeinde Etropole zielt darauf ab, Tätigkeiten durchzuführen, die zur Verringerung des Risikos von Waldbränden in den Waldgebieten der Gemeinde führen, die als Gebiete mit hohem Waldbrandrisiko eingestuft sind. Die für die Durchführung geplanten Maßnahmen entsprechen dem genehmigten Waldplan der Gemeinde und umfassen folgende Tätigkeiten:1. Schaffung forstwirtschaftlicher Barrieren,2. Bildung von mineralisierten Streifen;3. Bau einer Wasserquelle für die Brandbekämpfung;4. Bau von Forststraßen – Brandbekämpfungsinfrastruktur, Wasserquelle für Brandbekämpfung und Brandbekämpfung in Wäldern; Das erwartete Ergebnis der Durchführung der Projektaktivitäten besteht darin, die Fläche der Gemeinde mit Präventionsmaßnahmen gegen Waldbrände zu erhöhen, wodurch die Erhaltung der biologischen Vielfalt, des Wasser- und Bodenmanagements verbessert werden soll. Die für die Durchführung des Projektvorschlags erforderlichen Kosten entsprechen in vollem Umfang den förderfähigen Flächen im Rahmen des Verfahrens und umfassen:1. Kosten für die Schaffung von Forstbarrieren; Kosten für die Herstellung mineralisierter Streifen;3. Kosten für den Bau einer Wasserquelle für die Brandbekämpfung;4. Kosten für den Bau von Forststraßen;5. Honorarkosten für Architekten, Ingenieure und Beratungsleistungen, die sowohl während der Vorbereitung des Projekts vor der Einreichung des Projektvorschlags als auch während der Durchführung des Projekts durchgeführt werden. Mit der Durchführung der im Rahmen des Projekts geplanten Maßnahmen werden insgesamt 2 109 ha geschützt. (German)
