Основната цел на проектното предложение е реализация на инвестиции в областта на транспортната инфраструктура на територията на Община Дряново. Уличната мрежа в гр.Дряново, обект на интервенцията, е относително добре развита, но е амортизирани и се нуждае от рехабилитация / реконструкция. Настоящото проектно предложение отговаря на нуждите и потребностите на населението в общината, както по отношение на качеството на улчната мрежа, така и по отношение на подобряване условията на живот в района, а именно достъпност до обществени услуги, икономическа и инвестиционна обстановка, туристическа среда, мобилност и други. Целева група по проекта е населението на гр. Дряново /6887д./, както и цялото население на Община Дряново /8975д./, имайки предвид, че улиците обслужват общинския център–гр. Дряново и се използват от цялото население на общината. Проектното предложение включва интервенции върху улици в Община Дряново, град Дряново, общинска собственост, с цел подобряване и възстановяване на транспортно-експлоатационните им качества. Улиците, обект на инвестицията са както следва: Подобект №5: „Реконструкция и рехабилитация на улица „Васил Левски“, град Дряново и Подобект №11: „Реконструкция и рехабилитация на улица „Стефан Лафчиев“, град Дряново. Проектът включва дейности по изпълнение на строително-монтажните работи и упражняване на строителен надзор по време на изпълнение на СМР. (Bulgarian)

The main objective of the project proposal is to implement investments in the field of transport infrastructure on the territory of the Municipality of Dryanovo. The street network in the town of Dryanovo, the subject of the intervention, is relatively well developed, but it is depreciated and needs rehabilitation/reconstruction. This project proposal meets the needs and needs of the population in the municipality, both in terms of the quality of the street network and in terms of improving living conditions in the area, namely accessibility to public services, economic and investment environment, tourist environment, mobility, etc. The target group of the project is the population of the town of Dryanovo (6887d.), as well as the entire population of the Municipality of Dryanovo/8975d./, given that the streets serve the municipal center of Dryanovo and are used by the entire population of the municipality. The project proposal includes interventions on streets in the Municipality of Dryanovo, town of Dryanovo, municipal property, in order to improve and restore their transport and operational qualities. The streets targeted by the investment are as follows: Sub-item No 5: Reconstruction and rehabilitation of Vasil Levski Street, Dryanovo and Subproject No 11: Reconstruction and rehabilitation of Stefan Lafchiev Street, Dryanovo. L’objectif principal de la proposition de projet est de mettre en œuvre des investissements dans le domaine des infrastructures de transport sur le territoire de la municipalité de Dryanovo. Le réseau de rue de la ville de Dryanovo, sujet de l’intervention, est relativement bien développé, mais il est déprécié et a besoin de réhabilitation/reconstruction. Cette proposition de projet répond aux besoins et aux besoins de la population de la commune, tant en termes de qualité du réseau urbain qu’en termes d’amélioration des conditions de vie dans la région, à savoir l’accessibilité aux services publics, l’environnement économique et d’investissement, l’environnement touristique, la mobilité, etc. Le groupe cible du projet est la population de la ville de Dryanovo (6887d.), ainsi que toute la population de la municipalité de Dryanovo/8975d./, étant donné que les rues desservent le centre municipal de Dryanovo et sont utilisées par toute la population de la municipalité. La proposition de projet comprend des interventions dans les rues de la municipalité de Dryanovo, ville de Dryanovo, propriété municipale, afin d’améliorer et de restaurer leurs qualités de transport et d’exploitation. Das Hauptziel des Projektvorschlags ist die Durchführung von Investitionen im Bereich der Verkehrsinfrastruktur auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Dryanovo. Das Straßennetz in der Stadt Dryanovo, das Thema der Intervention, ist relativ gut entwickelt, aber es ist abgeschrieben und braucht Rehabilitation/Rekonstruktion. Dieser Projektvorschlag entspricht den Bedürfnissen und Bedürfnissen der Bevölkerung in der Gemeinde, sowohl im Hinblick auf die Qualität des Straßennetzes als auch hinsichtlich der Verbesserung der Lebensbedingungen in der Region, nämlich Zugänglichkeit zu öffentlichen Dienstleistungen, wirtschaftliches und Investitionsumfeld, touristisches Umfeld, Mobilität usw. Die Zielgruppe des Projekts ist die Bevölkerung der Stadt Dryanovo (6887d.), sowie die gesamte Bevölkerung der Gemeinde Dryanovo/8975d./, da die Straßen das städtische Zentrum von Dryanovo dienen und von der gesamten Bevölkerung der Gemeinde genutzt werden. Der Projektvorschlag umfasst Eingriffe auf Straßen in der Gemeinde Dryanovo, Stadt Dryanovo, Gemeindegrundstück, um ihre Transport- und Betriebsqualitäten zu verbessern und wiederherzustellen. Die von der Investition betroffenen Straßen sind wie folgt: Unterposten Nr. 5: Wiederaufbau und Sanierung der Straße Vasil Levski, Dryanovo und Teilprojekt Nr. 11: Wiederaufbau und Sanierung der Stefan Lafchiev Straße, Dryanovo. Das Projekt umfasst Tätigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit der Ausführung der Bau- und Montagearbeiten und der Durchführung der Bauaufsicht während der Ausführung der Arbeiten. (German)
