Осигуряването на достъпни, висококачествени и устойчиви услуги за семейства и възрастни хора в риск, хора с увреждания и техните семейства, както и възможности за достъп до пазара на труда за икономически неактивните лица е един от ефективните инструменти за подобряване качеството на техния живот, както и за тяхното пълноценно включване в обществото.Реализирането на проекта ще подобри качеството на живот на уязвимите групи, достъпа до социални услуги в общността и до пазара на труда чрез въвеждане на комплексни действия на територията на община Венец. Дейностите са от голямо значение за общината, тъй като за възрастните хора и хората с увреждания липсват перспективи и възможности за ресоциализация, не са развити алтернативните услуги и те разчитат единствено на своите близки. В тази връзка ще бъдат проведени мероприятия за професионално ориентиране и консултиране и подобряване на достъпа до услуги за кариерно развитие, насърчаване участието на пазара на труда, мотивиране и възстановяване на трудовата активност, проведени обучения по "Дигитална компетентност" и професионално обучение за "Болногледач", ще бъде осигурена заетост на лица с увреждания, както и ще бъде стартирана иновативна социална услуга: "Социално (Bulgarian)

Providing affordable, high-quality and sustainable services for families and elderly people at risk, people with disabilities and their families, as well as opportunities for access to the labour market for economically inactive persons is one of the effective tools for improving their quality of life as well as for their full inclusion in society. The implementation of the project will improve the quality of life of vulnerable groups, access to social services in the community and the labour market by introducing complex actions on the territory of the municipality of Venets. The activities are of great importance to the municipality, as older people and people with disabilities lack prospects and opportunities for re-socialisation, alternative services are not developed and they rely only on their relatives. Fournir des services abordables, de qualité et durables aux familles et aux personnes âgées à risque, aux personnes handicapées et à leurs familles, ainsi que des possibilités d’accès au marché du travail pour les personnes économiquement inactives est l’un des outils efficaces pour améliorer leur qualité de vie et leur pleine intégration dans la société. La mise en œuvre du projet améliorera la qualité de vie des groupes vulnérables, l’accès aux services sociaux dans la communauté et le marché du travail en introduisant des actions complexes sur le territoire de la municipalité de Vénits. Les activités sont d’une grande importance pour la municipalité, étant donné que les personnes âgées et les personnes handicapées manquent de perspectives et de possibilités de resocialisation, que les services alternatifs ne sont pas développés et qu’ils ne dépendent que de leurs proches. Die Bereitstellung erschwinglicher, qualitativ hochwertiger und nachhaltiger Dienstleistungen für gefährdete Familien und ältere Menschen, Menschen mit Behinderungen und ihre Familien sowie Möglichkeiten für den Zugang zum Arbeitsmarkt für wirtschaftlich nicht erwerbstätige Personen ist eines der wirksamen Instrumente zur Verbesserung ihrer Lebensqualität und ihrer vollständigen Eingliederung in die Gesellschaft. Die Umsetzung des Projekts wird die Lebensqualität schutzbedürftiger Gruppen, den Zugang zu sozialen Dienstleistungen in der Gemeinschaft und auf dem Arbeitsmarkt durch die Einführung komplexer Maßnahmen auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Venets verbessern. Die Aktivitäten sind für die Gemeinde von großer Bedeutung, da ältere Menschen und Menschen mit Behinderungen keine Aussichten und Möglichkeiten für eine Resozialisierung haben, alternative Dienstleistungen nicht entwickelt werden und nur auf ihre Angehörigen angewiesen sind. In diesem Zusammenhang werden Berufsberatungs- und Beratungsveranstaltungen sowie die Verbesserung des Zugangs zu Diensten der Laufbahnentwicklung, die Förderung der Teilhabe am Arbeitsmarkt, die motivierende und reaktivierende Arbeit, Schulungen im Rahmen der digitalen Kompetenz und der Berufsbildung für die Laufbahnen mit Beschäftigung für Menschen mit Behinderungen sowie ein innovativer Sozialdienst ins Leben gerufen: „Soziale (German)
