Проектното предложение включва дейностите: Определяне на целевите групи; Закупуване на хранителни продукти; Осигуряване на топъл обяд; Предоставяне на съпътстващи мерки.Списъците на целевите групи ще се определят от дирекция „Социално подпомагане“ - Венец, съгласно изискванията на НАРЕДБА № РД-07-1 от 04.04.2016 г. за реда и условията за определяне на целевите групи. Подборът на конкретните потребители, ще се извърши съгласно Методика за подбор. За доставка на хранителни продукти е проведена процедура по ЗОП за избор на доставчик и има сключен договор. Доставките ще бъдат по Заявки, съобразно седмичното меню.До 30.04.2018 г. топлият обяд ще се приготвя в кухнята на Обществена трапезария – с. Борци, Община Венец, отговаряща на изискванията на Закона за храните до 11.05.2018 г. и от 15.05.2018 г. до 30.04.2020 г., чрез изпълнител на социалната услуга „Обществена трапезария” – „КЕЙ ЕНД ВИ” ООД, избран след проведен конкурс по ППЗСП. Топлият обяд ще се предостави на 300 потребители в 13- те населени места на Община Венец, чрез транспортиране с транспортно средство регистрирано по Закона за храните. Във всяко населено място ще се определи пункт за раздаване – кметството. Храната ще се предоставя на потребителите или техни лични асистенти/домашни помощници/попечители/настойници по уточнен график по часове, в съдове за еднократна употреба. За лицата със затруднения в придвижването, ще се осигури транспортиране на храната до дома на потребителя.По проекта ще се предоставят съпътстващи мерки като:- Консултиране за възможностите за ползване на други социални услуги, предоставяни на територията на Община Венец, включително и такива, финансирани от ЕСФ;- Консултиране за ползването на административни услуги и за осигуряване на временен подслон на бездомните лица, за подпомагане на достъпа до здравни и образователни услуги, за управление на семейния бюджет, за здравословно и балансирано хранене и др. The project proposal includes the activities: Identification of target groups; The purchase of food products; Providing a warm lunch; Provision of accompanying measures.The lists of target groups will be defined by the Social Assistance Directorate — Venets, in accordance with the requirements of Regulation No RD-07-1 of 4 April 2016 for the terms and conditions for the identification of the target groups. The selection of the specific users will be carried out according to the Selection Methodology. For the supply of food products, a procedure under the Public Procurement Act for the selection of a supplier has been carried out and a contract has been concluded. Until 30.04.2018 the warm lunch will be prepared in the kitchen of the Public Dining Room — Bortsi village, Venets Municipality, meeting the requirements of the Food Act until 11.05.2018 and from 15.05.2018 to 30.04.2020, through a social service provider “Public Dining Room” — “KAI AND VI” Ltd., selected after a competition under PASPA. The warm lunch will be provided to 300 consumers in the 13 settlements of the Municipality of Venets, by transporting by means of transport registered under the Food Act. In each locality, a distribution point will be appointed — the City Hall. The food will be provided to consumers or their personal assistants/housekeepers/custodians/guardians, on a time-by-hour schedule, in single-use containers. The project will provide accompanying measures such as:- Consulting on the possibilities of using other social services provided on the territory of the Municipality of Venets, including those financed by the ESF;- Advising on the use of administrative services and providing temporary shelter to the homeless people, to support access to health and educational services, management of the family budget, healthy and balanced diet, etc. (English)

La proposition de projet comprend les activités suivantes: Identification des groupes cibles; L’achat de produits alimentaires; Fournir un déjeuner chaud; Mise à disposition de mesures d’accompagnement.Les listes des groupes cibles seront définies par la direction de l’assistance sociale — Vénéties, conformément aux exigences du règlement no RD-07-1 du 4 avril 2016 pour les conditions d’identification des groupes cibles. La sélection des utilisateurs spécifiques sera effectuée selon la méthodologie de sélection. Pour la fourniture de produits alimentaires, une procédure de sélection d’un fournisseur a été menée en vertu de la loi sur les marchés publics et un contrat a été conclu. Jusqu’au 30.04.2018, le déjeuner chaud sera préparé dans la cuisine de la salle à manger publique — village de Bortsi, municipalité de Venets, répondant aux exigences de la Loi sur les aliments jusqu’au 11.05.2018 et du 15.05.2018 au 30.04.2020, par l’intermédiaire d’un prestataire de services sociaux «Salle à manger publique» — «KAI AND VI» Ltd., sélectionnée après un concours sous PASPA. Le déjeuner chaud sera offert à 300 consommateurs dans les 13 établissements de la municipalité de Vénits, en transportant par moyen de transport enregistré en vertu de la loi sur les aliments. Dans chaque localité, un point de distribution sera nommé — l’hôtel de ville. Les aliments seront fournis aux consommateurs ou à leurs assistants personnels/gardiens/gardiens, selon un horaire horaire, dans des contenants à usage unique. Der Projektvorschlag umfasst folgende Maßnahmen: Identifizierung der Zielgruppen; Den Kauf von Lebensmitteln; Ein warmes Mittagessen; Bereitstellung von Begleitmaßnahmen.Die Liste der Zielgruppen wird von der Direktion Sozialhilfe – Venets gemäß den Anforderungen der Verordnung Nr. RD-07-1 vom 4. April 2016 für die Bedingungen für die Identifizierung der Zielgruppen festgelegt. Die Auswahl der spezifischen Nutzer erfolgt nach der Auswahlmethodik. Für die Lieferung von Lebensmitteln wurde ein Verfahren nach dem Gesetz über das öffentliche Beschaffungswesen zur Auswahl eines Lieferanten durchgeführt und ein Vertrag geschlossen. Bis zum 30.04.2018 wird das warme Mittagessen in der Küche des öffentlichen Speisesaals – Dorf Bortsi, Gemeinde Venets, bis 11.05.2018 und vom 15.05.2018 bis zum 30.04.2020 über einen Sozialdienstleister „Public Dining Room“ – „KAI AND VI“ Ltd. nach einem Wettbewerb unter PASPA ausgewählt. Das warme Mittagessen wird 300 Verbrauchern in den 13 Siedlungen der Gemeinde Venets zur Verfügung gestellt, indem sie mit Transportmitteln befördert werden, die nach dem Lebensmittelgesetz registriert sind. In jedem Ort wird ein Verteilerpunkt ernannt – das Rathaus. Die Lebensmittel werden den Verbrauchern oder ihren persönlichen Assistenten/Haushütern/Verwahrern/Verwahrern/Hütern nach einem Stundenplan in Einwegbehältern zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Projekt umfasst flankierende Maßnahmen wie z. B. Beratung über die Möglichkeiten der Nutzung anderer sozialer Dienstleistungen, die auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Venets erbracht werden, einschließlich der aus dem ESF finanzierten Dienstleistungen;- Beratung bei der Nutzung von Verwaltungsdienstleistungen und Bereitstellung vorübergehender Unterkünfte für Obdachlose, Unterstützung des Zugangs zu Gesundheits- und Bildungsdiensten, Verwaltung des Familienhaushalts, gesunde und ausgewogene Ernährung usw.
