Przedmiotem projektu "Budowa infrastruktury rowerowej jako alternatywny sposób komunikacji w ramach realizacji Planu Gospodarki Niskoemisyjnej na obszarze powiatu rawickiego". Projekt realizowany będzie w powiecie rawickim, na obszarze gmin Rawicz i Pakosław, w województwie wielkopolskim. Bezpośrednimi Beneficjentami będą Gmina Rawicz, Gmina Pakosław i Powiat Rawicki, ostatecznymi beneficjentami będą mieszkańcy powiatu rawickiego. Realizacja pozwoli na ograniczenie szkodliwej emisji dwutlenku węgla i poprawę stanu środowiska, ale także zwiększy atrakcyjność podróżowania środkami komunikacji publicznej poprzez poprawę dostępności transportowej. Projekt przyniesie także zwiększenie spójności i intermodalności systemu transportowego, lepsze zarządzanie energią.Produktami projektu będą:Długość wybudowanych dróg dla rowerów - 16,14 km,Liczba wybudowanych obiektów „Bikeamp;Ride” - 4,Liczba stanowisk postojowych w wybudowanych obiektach „Bikeamp;Ride” - 40 szt.,Liczba zainstalowanych inteligentnych systemów transportowych - 4 szt.Liczba wybudowanych obiektów „parkuj i jedź” - 1,Liczba miejsc postojowych w wybudowanych obiektach „parkuj i jedź” - 40 szt.,Liczba miejsc postojowych dla osób niepełnosprawnych w wybudowanych obiektach „parkuj i jedź” - 2 szt.,Liczba wybudowanych zintegrowanych węzłów przesiadkowych - 1 szt.,Liczba akcji i kampanii informacyjno - promocyjnych - 1 szt.,Liczba nowych/ zmodernizowanych punktów świetlnych - 11 szt.Projekt realizowany jest w Partnerstwie między Powiatem Rawickim, Gminą Rawicz i Gminą Pakosław. Część kosztów ma charakter niekwalifikowany, związany z systemem roweru miejskiego (VAT), oraz częścią dokumentacji. W projekcie uwzględniono szereg przemyślanych i spójnych działań związanych z promocją korzystania z komunikacji publicznej i niezmotoryzowanego transportu indywidualnego. (Polish)

The subject of the project "Construction of bicycle infrastructure as an alternative way of communication as part of the implementation of the Low Carbon Economy Plan in the district of Rawicz". The project will be implemented in the Rawicz poviat, in the communes of Rawicz and Pakosław, in the Greater Poland voivodship. The direct beneficiaries will be the Rawicz Commune, Pakosław Commune and Rawicki Poviat, the final beneficiaries will be the inhabitants of the Rawicki poviat. The implementation will reduce harmful carbon dioxide emissions and improve the environment, but also increase the attractiveness of traveling by public transport by improving transport accessibility. The project will also increase the coherence and intermodality of the transport system, better energy management. The project's products will be: Length of bicycle roads built - 16.14 km, Number of "Bikeamp; Ride" facilities built - 4, Number of parking spaces in the "Bikeamp; Ride facilities constructed "- 40 pcs., Number of intelligent transport systems installed - 4 pcs. Number of" park and ride "facilities built - 1, Number of parking spaces in the built" park and ride "facilities - 40 items, Number of parking spaces for disabled people in the constructed park and ride facilities - 2 pcs, Number of integrated interchanges built - 1 pcs, Number of campaigns and information and promotion campaigns - 1 pcs, Number of new / modernized lighting points - 11 pcs. The project is implemented in the Partnership between the Poviat Rawicki, the Rawicz Commune and the Pakosław Commune. Some costs are ineligible, related to the city bike system (VAT), and some documentation.
