La mise en service d'une application mobile de la Communauté d'Agglomération et les différentes fonctionnalités qui seront proposées renforceront et faciliteront la relation d'échanges d'informations et de communication entre le citoyen et la collectivité, qui gagnera en efficacité et en réactivité pour une meilleure attractivité du territoire. La Communauté d'Agglomération, déjà présente sur internet via son site web www.agglo-thionville.fr et sa page facebook, souhaite poursuivre le développement des usages numériques afin d'offrir notamment aux 80 000 habitants du territoire de nouveaux services accessibles depuis leur smartphone. The introduction of a mobile application of the Community of Aglomeration and the various functionalities to be offered will strengthen and facilitate the relationship of exchange of information and communication between the citizen and the community, which will increase in efficiency and responsiveness in order to make the territory more attractive. The Community of Aglomeration, already present on the Internet via its website www.agglo-thionville.fr and its facebook page, wishes to continue the development of digital uses in order to offer the 80,000 inhabitants of the territory new services accessible from their smartphone. Die Einführung einer mobilen App der Agglomerationsgemeinschaft und die verschiedenen angebotenen Funktionen werden die Beziehung zwischen dem Informationsaustausch und der Kommunikation zwischen dem Bürger und der Allgemeinheit stärken und erleichtern, die Effizienz und Reaktionsfähigkeit verbessern, um die Attraktivität des Gebiets zu erhöhen. Die Gemeinschaft von Agglomeration, die bereits über ihre Website www.agglo-thionville.fr und ihre Facebook-Seite im Internet vertreten ist, möchte die digitale Nutzung weiter ausbauen, um insbesondere den 80 000 Einwohnern des Gebiets neue Dienste anzubieten, die über ihr Smartphone zugänglich sind. De invoering van een mobiele toepassing van de Gemeenschap van aglomeratie en de verschillende aan te bieden functies zal de relatie tussen de burgers en de gemeenschap van informatie en communicatie versterken en vergemakkelijken, hetgeen de efficiëntie en het reactievermogen zal vergroten om het grondgebied aantrekkelijker te maken.
