Planowany okres realizacji przedsięwzięcia to 01.01.2016 - 31.12.2017.Przedmiotem projektu będzie zakup innowacyjnej linii technologicznej do metalizacji elementów opakowań z tworzyw sztucznych metodą hot stampingu. Zakupiona linia będzie wyposażona w dedykowane oprogramowanie informatyczne i zostanie wykorzystana przez Wnioskodawcę do zdobienia nakrętek opakowań kosmetycznych.W skład ciągu technologicznego wejdą:• transporter taśmowy, 1 szt.,• stanowisko nadruku HS, 1 szt.,• płatkowanica, 1 szt.Oprogramowanie będzie integralną częścią linii, dlatego nie będzie osobno ewidencjonowane w księgach rachunkowych.Pozostałe produkty projektu to:• Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących wsparcie (1 szt.),• Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących dotacje (1 szt.),• Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw (767 800 zł),• Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne w projekty w zakresie innowacji lub badań i rozwoju (0,00 zł),• Liczba przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem w celu wprowadzenia produktów nowych dla rynku (1 szt.),• Liczba przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem w celu wprowadzenia produktów nowych dla firmy (1 szt.),• Liczba zakupionych środków trwałych (1 szt.).Nabycie nowych składników majątku umożliwi dostosowanie oferty firmy do wymagań rynkowych, co zwiększy potencjał rozwojowy firmy oraz podniesie zdolność do skutecznego konkurowania na rynku.Dzięki linii technologicznej będzie możliwe:• świadczenie nowej, innowacyjnej usługi wykonywania zdobień metodą hot stampingu dla podmiotów zewnętrznych, • wprowadzenie do oferty nowych opakowań, kierowanych do wymagających klientów. Niektóre właściwości opakowań, które do tej pory były w ofercie Wnioskodawcy również ulegną poprawie ze względu na wykorzystanie nowatorskiej metody zdobienia. The planned implementation period of the project is 01.01.2016 - 31.12.2017. The subject of the project will be the purchase of an innovative technological line for metallization of plastic packaging elements by hot stamping. The purchased line will be equipped with dedicated IT software and will be used by the Applicant to decorate the caps of cosmetic packaging. The technological line will include: • belt conveyor, 1 item, • HS printing station, 1 item, • flaker, 1 piece. The software will an integral part of the line, therefore it will not be separately recorded in the accounting books. Other project products are: • Number of enterprises receiving support (1 item), • Number of enterprises receiving subsidies (1 item), • Private investments supplementing public support for enterprises (767 PLN 800), • Private investments supplementing public support in innovation or research and development projects (PLN 0.00), • Number of enterprises supported to introduce new products for the market (1 item), • Number of enterprises supported in to introduce new products for the company (1 item ), • The number of fixed assets purchased (1 item). The acquisition of new assets will allow the company offer to be adapted to market requirements, which will increase the company's development potential and increase the ability to compete effectively on the market. Thanks to the technological line it will be possible to: • provide a new, innovative hot stamping services for external entities, • introducing new packaging to the offer, addressed to demanding customers. Some packaging properties, which until now were in the Applicant's offer, will also be improved due to the use of an innovative decorating method.
