L'opération consiste à restructurer 4 bâtiments sur le site du Bois Charron à Laon, comprenant un Centre d'Accueil des Demandeurs d'Asile (CADA) de 104 places (bâtiments A, B et C) et d'un Centre d’Hébergement et de Réinsertion Sociale (CHRS) de 13 places (bâtiment D). Le 5ème bâtiment aujourd'hui occupé par un Foyer de Jeunes Travailleurs n'est pas concerné directement dans le cadre de la restructuration du site puisqu'il est transféré sur un autre site, dont le maître d'ouvrage présente de son côté l'opération de construction au même appel à projets. Cette restructuration va permettre de mieux répondre aux problématiques de l'hébergement et du logement temporaire pour les populations vulnérables orientées par l'Office Français de l'Immigration et de l'Intégration Régional. Cette réhabilitation, participe au plan d'humanisation des structures, elle permet d'offrir un habitat qualitatif, confortable, vertueux sur le plan énergétique, qui favorise l'inscription des personnes accompagnées dans la notion de parcours résidentiel. The operation consists of restructuring 4 buildings on the Bois Charron site in Laon, including a 104-seat Welcome Centre for Asylum Claimers (CADA) (Buildings A, B and C) and a 13-seat Housing and Social Reintegration Centre (CHRS). The 5th building now occupied by a Foyer de Jeunes Travailleurs is not directly concerned as part of the restructuring of the site since it is transferred to another site, the contracting authority of which, for its part, presents the construction operation at the same call for projects. This restructuring will make it possible to better respond to the problems of accommodation and temporary housing for vulnerable populations guided by the French Office for Immigration and Regional Integration. This rehabilitation, part of the plan for the humanisation of the structures, it makes it possible to offer a qualitative, comfortable, energy- virtuous habitat that promotes the inclusion of those accompanied in the concept of residential pathway. Das Vorhaben besteht in der Umstrukturierung von vier Gebäuden am Standort Bois Charron in Laon, bestehend aus einem Aufnahmezentrum für Asylsuchende (CADA) mit 104 Plätzen (Gebäude A, B und C) und einem Zentrum für Unterkunft und soziale Wiedereingliederung (CHRS) mit 13 Plätzen (Gebäude D). Das fünfte Gebäude, das heute von einem Foyer de Jeunes Travailleurs genutzt wird, ist im Zusammenhang mit der Umstrukturierung des Standorts nicht unmittelbar betroffen, da es auf einen anderen Standort verlegt wird, dessen Bauherr seinerseits bei derselben Aufforderung zur Einreichung von Vorschlägen den Bauvorgang vorstellt. Diese Umstrukturierung wird es ermöglichen, besser auf die Probleme der Unterbringung und der vorübergehenden Unterbringung der gefährdeten Bevölkerungsgruppen zu reagieren, die vom französischen Amt für Immigration und regionale Integration gelenkt werden. Diese Rehabilitation, die zum Plan zur Humanisierung der Strukturen beiträgt, ermöglicht es, einen qualitativen, komfortablen und energetischen Lebensraum zu bieten, der die Aufnahme der Begleitpersonen in das Konzept der Wohnwege fördert. De operatie bestaat uit de herstructurering van vier gebouwen op het terrein van Bois Charron in Laon, waaronder een ontvangstcentrum met 104 zitplaatsen voor asielzoekers (CADA) (gebouwen A, B en C) en een centrum voor huisvesting en sociale reïntegratie met 13 zitplaatsen (CHRS). Het vijfde gebouw dat thans door een Foyer de Jeunes Travailleurs wordt gebruikt, is niet rechtstreeks betrokken bij de herstructurering van het terrein, aangezien het wordt overgebracht naar een andere locatie, waarvan de aanbestedende dienst de bouwactiviteit op dezelfde oproep tot het indienen van projecten presenteert. Deze herstructurering zal het mogelijk maken om beter te reageren op de problemen van huisvesting en tijdelijke huisvesting voor kwetsbare bevolkingsgroepen, geleid door het Franse bureau voor immigratie en regionale integratie.
