Основна цел на настоящото проектно предложение е реконструкцията на път II-86 Пловдив - Асеновград от км 14+860 до км 25+150, подобряване на технико-експлоатационните характеристики на отсечката, чрез изграждане на второ платно за движение и рехабилитацията на съществуващото дясно платно. Реализацията на проекта ще доведе до:повишаване на мобилността на населението, увеличаване на инвестициите в региона, създаване на нови работни места, подобряване на състоянието на околната среда чрез намаляване на отделянето на вредни емисии на парникови газове и възможност за по-голям избор до здравни и образователни услуги на местното население, както и стимулиране развитието на туризъм. Чрез реконструкцията на път ІІ-86 ще бъдат удовлетворени потребностите на населението на Южен централен район на България, най-вече на жителите на област Пловдив, както и транзитно прминаващите през региона.Основните дейности, които са заложени за успешната реализацията по проекта са:- Сформиране на екип за управление на проекта, които да управлява и координира всички дейности - Избор на Изпълнител за извършване на строително монтажни работи, подписване на договор с него и извършване на реконструкцията на обекта;- Избор на Изпълнител на строителен надзор на проекта, подписване на договор с него и извършване на консултантски услуги;- Подписване на договор за авторски надзор с проектанта на пътя и осъществяване на авторски надзор на обекта;- Осъществяване на одит на проекта от сертифициран одитор;- Избор на Изпълнител на информация и публичност на проекта, подписване на договор с него и изпълнение на информация и публичност на проекта;- Въвеждане на обекта в експлоатация, верификация на разходите и отчитане на на постигнатите резултати; (Bulgarian)

The main objective of this project proposal is the reconstruction of road II-86 Plovdiv — Asenovgrad from km 14+ 860 to km 25+ 150, improving the technical and operational characteristics of the section, through the construction of a second lane for movement and the rehabilitation of the existing right lane. The implementation of the project will lead to: increasing the mobility of the population, increasing investment in the region, creating new jobs, improving the state of the environment by reducing the emission of harmful greenhouse gas emissions and the possibility of more choice to health and educational services of the local population, as well as stimulating the development of tourism. The reconstruction of road II-86 will meet the needs of the population of the South-Central region of Bulgaria, especially the residents of Plovdiv district, as well as transit through the region. The main activities that are set for the successful implementation of the project are:- Establishment of a project management team to manage and coordinate all activities — Choosing a contractor for carrying out construction works, signing a contract with it and carrying out the reconstruction of the site;- Selection of a contractor for construction supervision of the project, signing a contract with it and carrying out consulting services;- Signing a contract for author’s supervision with the road designer and carrying out author’s supervision of the project;- Implementation of project audit by a certified auditor;- Selection of contractor of information and publicity of the project, signing of a contract with him and execution of information and publicity of the project;- Introduction of the site into operation, verification of costs and reporting of the results achieved; (English)

L’objectif principal de cette proposition de projet est la reconstruction de la route II-86 Plovdiv — Asenovgrad du km 14+ 860 au km 25+ 150, en améliorant les caractéristiques techniques et opérationnelles du tronçon, par la construction d’une deuxième voie de circulation et la réhabilitation de la voie droite existante. La mise en œuvre du projet permettra d’accroître la mobilité de la population, d’accroître les investissements dans la région, de créer de nouveaux emplois, d’améliorer l’état de l’environnement en réduisant les émissions de gaz à effet de serre nocifs et la possibilité de choisir davantage les services de santé et d’éducation de la population locale, ainsi que de stimuler le développement du tourisme. La reconstruction de la route II-86 répondra aux besoins de la population de la région du centre-sud de la Bulgarie, en particulier des habitants du district de Plovdiv, ainsi que du transit par la région. Les principales activités prévues pour la mise en œuvre réussie du projet sont les suivantes:- Mise en place d’une équipe de gestion de projet chargée de gérer et de coordonner toutes les activités — Choix d’un entrepreneur pour la réalisation des travaux de construction, signature d’un contrat avec celui-ci et réalisation de la reconstruction du site;- la sélection d’un entrepreneur pour la supervision de la construction du projet, la signature d’un contrat avec celui-ci et la prestation de services de conseil;- la signature d’un contrat de supervision de l’auteur avec le concepteur de routes et la supervision du projet par l’auteur;- la mise en œuvre de l’audit du projet par un auditeur agréé;- la sélection du contractant de l’information et de la publicité du projet, la signature d’un contrat avec lui et l’exécution de l’information et de la publicité du projet;- l’introduction du site dans l’exploitation, la vérification des coûts et la communication des résultats obtenus; (French)

Hauptziel dieses Projektvorschlags ist der Wiederaufbau der Straße II-86 Plovdiv – Asenovgrad von km 14+ 860 bis km 25+ 150, die Verbesserung der technischen und betrieblichen Merkmale des Abschnitts durch den Bau einer zweiten Fahrspur und die Sanierung der bestehenden rechten Spur. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird folgendes zur Folge haben: Erhöhung der Mobilität der Bevölkerung, Steigerung der Investitionen in der Region, Schaffung neuer Arbeitsplätze, Verbesserung des Zustands der Umwelt durch Verringerung der Emission schädlicher Treibhausgasemissionen und die Möglichkeit einer größeren Auswahl an Gesundheits- und Bildungsdiensten der lokalen Bevölkerung sowie Förderung der Entwicklung des Tourismus. Der Wiederaufbau der Straße II-86 wird den Bedürfnissen der Bevölkerung der Süd-Zentralregion Bulgariens, insbesondere der Einwohner des Bezirks Plovdiv, sowie der Transit durch die Region gerecht werden. Die wichtigsten Aktivitäten für die erfolgreiche Durchführung des Projekts sind:- Einrichtung eines Projektmanagement-Teams zur Verwaltung und Koordinierung aller Tätigkeiten – Auswahl eines Auftragnehmers für die Ausführung der Bauarbeiten, Unterzeichnung eines Vertrags mit ihm und Durchführung des Wiederaufbaus des Geländes; – Auswahl eines Auftragnehmers für die Bauaufsicht des Projekts, Unterzeichnung eines Vertrags mit ihm und Durchführung von Beratungsleistungen;- Unterzeichnung eines Vertrags über die Aufsicht des Urhebers mit dem Straßenbau und Durchführung der Projektaufsicht durch den Urheber;- Durchführung der Projektprüfung durch einen zertifizierten Prüfer;- Auswahl der Informations- und Publizitätsunternehmer des Projekts, Unterzeichnung eines Vertrags mit ihm und Durchführung von Informationen und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit des Projekts;- Einführung des Standorts in den Betrieb, Überprüfung der Kosten und Berichterstattung über die erzielten Ergebnisse; (German)
