С реализацията на настоящия проект се цели създаване на работни места за безработни и неактивни лица посредством предоставянето на възможност за тяхното професионално развитие и усъвършенстване на техните умения. В този смисъл настоящият проект е насочен изцяло към подобряване достъпа до заетост и качеството на работните места, чрез съчетание от дейности за интегриране на безработни и неактивни лица, търсещи работа. С изпълнение на проектните дейности ще се инвестира в човешки капитал посредством адекватни мерки за създаване на нови работни места с дългосрочна устойчивост. Изпълнението на проекта предвижда повишаване на икономическата активност, адаптивност на пазара на труда и постоянна заетост за 20 безработни и неактивни лица, които ще бъдат назначени на работа. Разкриването на нови работни места в „Сигротех Технолоджи” ЕООД е насочено изцяло към нуждите на целевата група свързани с необходимостта от създаване на възможности за тяхната трудова реализация и упражняване правото им на труд. С реализацията на дейностите по проекта също така ще се осигури подходяща работна среда, необходима за успешното изпълнение на професионалните задължения на новонаетите за проекта представители на целевата група, чрез закупуване на оборудване, офис обзавеждане и транспортни средства.В крайна сметка изпълнението на настоящия проект ще допринесе за подобряване адаптивността на безработни и неактивни лица, което ще доведе и до увеличаване производителността на работната сила, качеството на предоставяните услуги и разширяване на пазарните позиции на „Сигротех Технолоджи” ЕООД. The implementation of this project aims to create jobs for unemployed and inactive people by providing opportunities for their professional development and improving their skills. In this sense, this project aims entirely at improving access to employment and job quality through a combination of activities to integrate unemployed and inactive jobseekers. The project activities will invest in human capital through adequate measures to create new jobs with long-term sustainability. The implementation of the project foresees increased economic activity, adaptability of the labour market and permanent employment for 20 unemployed and inactive people to be employed. The creation of new jobs in “Sigrotech Technology” Ltd. is focused entirely on the needs of the target group related to the need to create opportunities for their employment and exercise their right to work. The implementation of the project activities will also provide a suitable working environment, necessary for the successful fulfilment of the professional obligations of the representatives of the target group newly hired for the project, through the purchase of equipment, office furniture and means of transport. After all, the implementation of this project will contribute to improving the adaptability of unemployed and inactive persons, which will also lead to an increase in productivity of the workforce, the quality of the services provided and the expansion of the market positions of “Sigrotech Technology” EOOD. La mise en œuvre de ce projet vise à créer des emplois pour les chômeurs et les personnes inactives en leur offrant des possibilités de développement professionnel et en améliorant leurs compétences. En ce sens, ce projet vise entièrement à améliorer l’accès à l’emploi et la qualité de l’emploi grâce à une combinaison d’activités visant à intégrer les chômeurs et les demandeurs d’emploi inactifs. Les activités du projet investiront dans le capital humain grâce à des mesures adéquates pour créer de nouveaux emplois durables à long terme. La mise en œuvre du projet prévoit une activité économique accrue, une capacité d’adaptation du marché du travail et un emploi permanent pour 20 chômeurs et inactifs. La création de nouveaux emplois dans «Sigrotech Technology» Ltd. est entièrement axée sur les besoins du groupe cible liés à la nécessité de créer des opportunités d’emploi et d’exercer leur droit au travail. La mise en œuvre des activités du projet fournira également un environnement de travail approprié, nécessaire au respect des obligations professionnelles des représentants du groupe cible nouvellement recruté pour le projet, par l’achat d’équipements, de mobilier de bureau et de moyens de transport. Après tout, la mise en œuvre de ce projet contribuera à améliorer la capacité d’adaptation des chômeurs et des personnes inactives, ce qui entraînera également une augmentation de la productivité de la main-d’œuvre, la qualité des services fournis et l’expansion des positions de marché de l’EOOD «Sigrotech Technology». Die Durchführung dieses Projekts zielt darauf ab, Arbeitsplätze für Arbeitslose und Nichterwerbstätige zu schaffen, indem sie Möglichkeiten für ihre berufliche Entwicklung und die Verbesserung ihrer Kompetenzen bieten. In diesem Sinne zielt dieses Projekt ausschließlich darauf ab, den Zugang zu Beschäftigung und Arbeitsplatzqualität durch eine Kombination von Maßnahmen zur Integration von Arbeitslosen und nicht erwerbstätigen Arbeitsuchenden zu verbessern. Die Projektaktivitäten werden durch angemessene Maßnahmen zur Schaffung neuer Arbeitsplätze mit langfristiger Nachhaltigkeit in Humankapital investieren. Die Durchführung des Projekts sieht eine stärkere Wirtschaftstätigkeit, Anpassungsfähigkeit des Arbeitsmarktes und Dauerbeschäftigung für 20 Arbeitslose und Nichterwerbstätige vor. Die Schaffung neuer Arbeitsplätze bei „Sigrotech Technology“ Ltd. konzentriert sich ausschließlich auf die Bedürfnisse der Zielgruppe im Zusammenhang mit der Notwendigkeit, Möglichkeiten für ihre Beschäftigung zu schaffen und ihr Recht auf Arbeit auszuüben. Die Durchführung der Projektaktivitäten wird auch ein geeignetes Arbeitsumfeld bieten, das für die erfolgreiche Erfüllung der beruflichen Verpflichtungen der für das Projekt neu eingestellten Vertreter der Zielgruppe erforderlich ist, durch den Kauf von Ausrüstung, Büromöbeln und Transportmitteln. Schließlich wird die Umsetzung dieses Projekts zur Verbesserung der Anpassungsfähigkeit von Arbeitslosen und Nichterwerbstätigen beitragen, was auch zu einer Steigerung der Produktivität der Arbeitskräfte, der Qualität der erbrachten Dienstleistungen und dem Ausbau der Marktpositionen von „Sigrotech Technology“ EOOD führen wird.
