Το έργο αφορά την ανέγερση Νέου Λυκείου Λουτρακίου, - σε οικόπεδο ιδιοκτησίας του Δήμου στη θέση Μαγούλα -, το οποίο θα πληροί όλες τις προδιαγραφές και θα είναι σε συμφωνία με τις συσχετιζόμενες διατάξεις, προκειμένου να δύναται να φιλοξενήσει μαθητές υπό άρτιες συνθήκες. Η μελέτη αφορά στο σύνολο των εργασιών που απαιτούνται για την ολοκλήρωση της κατασκευής και τη λειτουργία του Λυκείου και στη διαμόρφωση του άμεσου περιβάλλοντα χώρου για την εύρυθμη και ασφαλή λειτουργία του. Το Λύκειο αποτελείται από 3 κτίρια. Λόγω της φύσεως του έργου, η μελέτη δίνει ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στην κατασκευή υποδομών, κατάλληλων ώστε να διασφαλίζεται η υγιεινή και καθαριότητα των χώρων καθώς και η ασφάλεια των μαθητών και εργαζομένων. The project concerns the construction of a new Lyceum Loutraki, on a plot of land owned by the Municipality in Magoula, which will meet all the requirements and will be in accordance with the relevant provisions, in order to be able to accommodate students under excellent conditions. The study concerns all the work required for the completion of the construction and operation of the Lyceum and the configuration of the immediate surroundings for the proper and safe operation of the Lyceum. The Lyceum consists of 3 buildings. Due to the nature of the project, the study places particular emphasis on the construction of infrastructures appropriate to ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of the premises and the safety of pupils and workers. Le projet concerne la construction d’un nouveau Lyceum Loutraki, — sur un terrain appartenant à la municipalité de Magoula — qui répondra à tous les cahiers des charges et sera conforme aux dispositions connexes, afin de pouvoir accueillir les étudiants dans d’excellentes conditions. L’étude porte sur tous les travaux nécessaires à l’achèvement de la construction et de l’exploitation du Lyceum et à l’aménagement de la zone environnante pour son exploitation correcte et sûre. L’école secondaire se compose de 3 bâtiments. En raison de la nature du projet, l’étude met particulièrement l’accent sur la construction d’infrastructures propres à assurer l’hygiène et la propreté des locaux ainsi que la sécurité des étudiants et des travailleurs. Das Projekt betrifft den Bau eines neuen Lyceum Loutraki, – auf einem Grundstück im Besitz der Gemeinde in Magoula – die alle Spezifikationen erfüllen und in Übereinstimmung mit den damit verbundenen Bestimmungen, um in der Lage zu sein, Studenten unter ausgezeichneten Bedingungen unterzubringen. Die Studie betrifft alle Arbeiten, die für den Abschluss des Baus und des Betriebs des Lyceums und die Entwicklung der unmittelbaren Umgebung für den ordnungsgemäßen und sicheren Betrieb erforderlich sind. Die High School besteht aus 3 Gebäuden. Aufgrund der Art des Projekts legt die Studie besonderen Wert auf den Bau einer Infrastruktur, die geeignet ist, die Hygiene und Sauberkeit der Räumlichkeiten sowie die Sicherheit von Studenten und Arbeitnehmern zu gewährleisten.
