El proyecto presentado consiste en la implantación y posterior certificación de un sistema integrado de gestión de calidad y medio ambiente según las normas ISO 9001 e ISO 14.001. Se persigue sistematizar y normalizar el funcionamiento de la empresa en todos sus ámbitos, con el objetivo principal de mejorar su control y productividad. El alcance de la certificación es el centro de trabajo de la empresa en Jaén, ubicado en el Polígono Industrial de Los Olivares, Calle Torredonjimeno, 35, y para las actividades de E-services, integración de internet en la empresa, gestión y consultoría de software de negocio y servicios integrales de hardware, sistemas e infraestructuras.Se establece que serán necesarias para el desarrollo e implantación del sistema 60 horas de trabajo, además de 31,5 horas de consultoría de certificación. El desarrollo del proyecto consta de las siguientes fases:1- Estudio preliminar: análisis inicial y determinación de deficiencias.2- Puesta en marcha de los procesos de mejora de calidad. Estudio, delimitación y estructuración de los procesos y adaptación de la documentación de la empresa.3.- Elaboración del Manual de Calidad y procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo. 4.- Implantación efectiva del sistema de gestión.5.- Auditoría de comprobación del sistema: control y corrección de posibles desviaciones.6.- Auditoría externa de certificación.La empresa encargada de la implantación será HERGO CONSULTORES, consultora dedicada a la implantación, mantenimiento y auditoría de Sistemas de Gestión, Certificados de producto (Marcado CE) y protocolos privados de actividad. Cuenta con más de 19 anos de experiencia en el campo de la consultoría técnica y reglamentaria, con una cartera de más de 200 clientes. La certificadora será SGS INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION SERVICES IBERICA, SAU, entidad acreditada por ENAC. (Spanish)
