Elle favorisera l’interopérabilité grâce à la mise en œuvre d’un système unificateur de consolidation de l’information dans un nœud unique de toutes les données, à la mise en commun des informations administratives et cliniques, ainsi qu’à la promotion d’un portail et d’un APP pour l’interaction avec les utilisateurs.
