Obiectiv general al proiectului/Scopul proiectului - Se va prezenta si descrie obiectivul general al proiectului. Obiectivul general al proiectului este dezvoltarea TRILENIUM S.R.L. in termen de 12 luni de la semnarea contractului de finantare astfel incat aceasta sa poata activa pe piata lucrarilor de constructie rezidentiale si nerezidentiale. La momentul de fata, Trilenium S.R.L. are capacitatea de a realiza constructii rezidentiale dar de mici si foarte mici dimensiuni (case de maxim 1 etaj). Prin implementarea proiectului si achizitia echipamentelor propuse se vor putea realiza constructii rezidentiale inalte – inclusiv blocuri cu 4 – 8 etaje. Prin implementarea proiectului, in vederea indeplinirii obiectivului general descris anterior se au in vedere urmatoarele masuri: - Achizitia de echipamente necesare desfasurarii activitaþii de constructie lucrari rezidentiale si nerezidentiale. - Achizitia de echipamente conexe proiectului – rampa acces persoane cu dizabilitati si panou fotovoltaic mobil. - Crearea a 5 noi locuri de munca din care cel putin unul pentru o persoana din categoria celor defavorizate. General objective of the project/Project purpose – The general objective of the project will be presented and described. The general objective of the project is the development of TRILENIUM S.R.L. within 12 months of the signature of the financing contract so that it can be active on the residential and non-residential construction works market. At the moment, Trilenium S.R.L. has the capacity to carry out residential constructions but of small and very small size (houses of maximum 1 floor). Through the implementation of the project and the acquisition of the proposed equipment, it will be possible to achieve high residential constructions – including 4-8 floors blocks. By implementing the project, in order to achieve the general objective described above, the following measures are taken into account: — The acquisition of equipment necessary for the construction of residential and non-residential works. — Acquisition of equipment related to the project – access ramp for people with disabilities and mobile photovoltaic panel. — The creation of 5 new jobs of which at least one for one person in the disadvantaged category. Allgemeines Ziel des Projekts/Projektzwecks – Das allgemeine Ziel des Projekts wird vorgestellt und beschrieben. Allgemeines Ziel des Projekts ist die Entwicklung von TRILENIUM S.R.L. innerhalb von 12 Monaten nach Unterzeichnung des Finanzierungsvertrags, damit es auf dem Wohn- und Nichtwohnbaumarkt tätig werden kann. Derzeit verfügt Trilenium S.R.L. über die Fähigkeit, Wohnbauten durchzuführen, aber von kleiner und sehr kleiner Größe (Häuser von maximal 1 Etage). Durch die Durchführung des Projekts und den Erwerb der vorgeschlagenen Ausrüstung wird es möglich sein, hohe Wohnbauten – darunter 4-8 Etagen – zu erreichen. Bei der Durchführung des Projekts werden zur Erreichung des oben beschriebenen allgemeinen Ziels folgende Maßnahmen berücksichtigt: — Der Erwerb von Ausrüstungen, die für den Bau von Wohn- und Nichtwohngebäuden erforderlich sind. — Erwerb von Geräten im Zusammenhang mit dem Projekt – Zugangsrampe für Menschen mit Behinderungen und mobile Photovoltaik-Panel. — Die Schaffung von fünf neuen Arbeitsplätzen, davon mindestens eine für eine Person in der benachteiligten Kategorie. Algemene doelstelling van het project/projectdoel — De algemene doelstelling van het project zal worden gepresenteerd en beschreven. De algemene doelstelling van het project is de ontwikkeling van TRILENIUM S.R.L. binnen 12 maanden na de ondertekening van het financieringscontract, zodat het actief kan zijn op de markt voor residentiële en niet voor bewoning bestemde bouwwerken. Op dit moment heeft Trilenium S.R.L. de capaciteit om residentiële constructies uit te voeren, maar van kleine en zeer kleine omvang (woningen van maximaal 1 verdieping). Door de uitvoering van het project en de aankoop van de voorgestelde apparatuur, zal het mogelijk zijn om hoge woonconstructies te realiseren — waaronder blokken van 4-8 verdiepingen. Bij de uitvoering van het project wordt, om de hierboven beschreven algemene doelstelling te verwezenlijken, rekening gehouden met de volgende maatregelen: — De aankoop van apparatuur die nodig is voor de bouw van residentiële en niet-residentiële werken. Aankoop van apparatuur in verband met het project — toegangsplatform voor mensen met een handicap en mobiel fotovoltaïsch paneel. — Het scheppen van 5 nieuwe banen, waarvan ten minste één voor één in de benadeelde categorie.
