Prievidzské pekárne a cukrárne, a.s. (ďalej "PPC, a.s.") majú dlhoročnú tradíciu v pekárenskom priemysle a jej víziou je je stať sa jednou z najvýznamnejších pekárenských spoločností na strednom Slovensku. Byť uznávanou a zodpovednou firmou vo vzťahu k odberateľom a zamestnancom, prostredníctvom ktorých plánuje posilniť svoje regionálne postavenie na trhu a budovať kvalitný image značky PPC a.s.k čomu napomôže modernizácia pekárenskej a cukrárenskej výroby zakúpením inovatívnych technológii. Cieľom projektu je inovácia pekárenskej výroby v Prievidzských pekárňach a cukrárňach so zameraním na automatizáciu výrobného procesu výroby chleba. Spoločnosť v súčasnosti disponuje prevažne technológiami, ktoré sú už zastaralé, majú nízky stupeň automatizácie, elektronizácie a nemožnosťkontinuálneho nastavovania a sledovania parametrov. PPC, a.s. disponuje širokou sieťou odberateľov vo viacerých krajoch SR, dodáva výrobky do obchodných reťazcov ako Billa, TESCO, LIDL, CBA a pod a tiež do Českej republiky. Hlavnou aktivitou projektu je „Podpora inteligentných inovácii“ v rámci pekárenskej výroby spoločnosti, zamerané na inováciu procesu s názvom "automatizácia výrobného procesu výroby chleba" čím dôjde k zásadnej zmene výrobného procesu v existujúcej prevádzkarni. Miesto realizácie projektu je: Kollárová ulica 83, Martin.Predkladaný projekt spoločnosti priamo súvisí so Stratégiou výskumu a inovácií pre inteligentnú špecializáciu Slovenskej republiky RIS3 SK.Zameranie projektu je v súlade s doménou inteligentnej špecializácie Zdravé potraviny a životné prostredie. Naplnenie cieľov predkladaného projektu bude sledované prostredníctvom merateľných ukazovateľov: Počet inovovaných procesov: 1Počet podnikov, ktoré dostávajú granty: 1 (Slovak)

PRIEVIDZSKÉ bakeries and confectionery, a.s. (hereinafter referred to as “PPC, a.s.”) have a long tradition in the bakery industry and its vision is to become one of the most important bakery companies in Central Slovakia. Be a recognised and responsible company in relation to customers and employees, through which it plans to strengthen its regional position on the market and build a high-quality image of the PPC a.s. brand to help modernise bakery and confectionery production by purchasing innovative technologies. The aim of the project is the innovation of bakery production in Prievidza bakeries and confectioneries with a focus on automating the production process of bread production. The company currently disposes mostly of technologies that are already outdated, have a low degree of automation, electronisation and the impossibility of continual setting and monitoring of parameters. PPC, a.s. has a wide network of customers in several regions of the Slovak Republic, supplying products to retail chains such as Billa, TESCO, LIDL, CBA, etc. and also to the Czech Republic. The main activity of the project is “Supporting intelligent innovation” within the company’s bakery production, focused on process innovation called “automatisation of the bread production process”, thus bringing about a fundamental change in the production process in the existing establishment. The place of implementation of the project is: Kollárová ulica 83, Martin.The submitted project of the company is directly related to the Research and Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialisation of the Slovak Republic RIS3 SK.The focus of the project is in line with the domain of smart specialisation Healthy Food and Environment. Les boulangeries et confiseries PRIEVIDZSKÉ, a.s. (ci-après dénommées «PPC, a.s.») ont une longue tradition dans l’industrie de la boulangerie et sa vision est de devenir l’une des plus importantes entreprises de boulangerie en Slovaquie centrale. Être une entreprise reconnue et responsable vis-à-vis des clients et des employés, à travers laquelle elle envisage de renforcer sa position régionale sur le marché et de construire une image de haute qualité de la marque PPC a.s. pour aider à moderniser la production de boulangerie et de confiserie en achetant des technologies innovantes. L’objectif de ce projet est l’innovation de la production de boulangeries dans les boulangeries et confiseries Prievidza, l’accent étant mis sur l’automatisation du processus de production du pain. L’entreprise dispose actuellement principalement de technologies qui sont déjà dépassées, ont un faible degré d’automatisation, d’électronisation et l’impossibilité d’établir et de surveiller en continu les paramètres. PPC, a.s. dispose d’un vaste réseau de clients dans plusieurs régions de la République slovaque, fournissant des produits à des chaînes de vente au détail telles que Billa, TESCO, LIDL, CBA, etc., ainsi qu’à la République tchèque. L’activité principale du projet est «Soutenir l’innovation intelligente» au sein de la production de boulangerie de l’entreprise, axée sur l’innovation de processus appelé «automatisation du processus de production de pain», entraînant ainsi un changement fondamental dans le processus de production dans l’établissement existant. Le lieu de mise en œuvre du projet est: Kollárová ulica 83, Martin.Le projet soumis par l’entreprise est directement lié à la stratégie de recherche et d’innovation pour la spécialisation intelligente de la République slovaque RIS3 SK.Le projet est en ligne avec le domaine de la spécialisation intelligente Alimentation et environnement sains. (nachfolgend als „PPC, a.s.“ bezeichnet) haben eine lange Tradition in der Bäckerei und ihre Vision ist es, eine der wichtigsten Bäckereien in der Mittelslowakei zu werden. Seien Sie ein anerkanntes und verantwortungsbewusstes Unternehmen in Bezug auf Kunden und Mitarbeiter, mit dem es seine regionale Position auf dem Markt stärken und ein hochwertiges Image der Marke PPC a.s aufbauen will, um die Modernisierung der Bäckerei- und Süßwarenproduktion durch den Kauf innovativer Technologien zu unterstützen. Ziel des Projekts ist die Innovation der Bäckereiproduktion in Prievidza Bäckereien und Konditoreien mit Schwerpunkt auf der Automatisierung des Herstellungsprozesses der Brotherstellung. Das Unternehmen verfügt derzeit überwiegend über bereits veraltete Technologien, verfügt über einen geringen Automatisierungsgrad, eine Elektronisierung und die Unmöglichkeit der kontinuierlichen Einstellung und Überwachung von Parametern. PPC, a.s. verfügt über ein breites Kundennetzwerk in mehreren Regionen der Slowakischen Republik und liefert Produkte an Einzelhandelsketten wie Billa, TESCO, LIDL, CBA usw. sowie an die Tschechische Republik. Die Haupttätigkeit des Projektes ist die „Unterstützung intelligenter Innovation“ innerhalb der Backwarenproduktion des Unternehmens, die auf Prozessinnovationen als „Automatisierung des Brotherstellungsprozesses“ ausgerichtet ist und somit eine grundlegende Veränderung des Produktionsprozesses im bestehenden Betrieb bewirkt. Ort der Durchführung des Projekts ist: Kollárová ulica 83, Martin.Das eingereichte Projekt des Unternehmens steht in direktem Zusammenhang mit der Forschungs- und Innovationsstrategie für intelligente Spezialisierung der Slowakischen Republik RIS3 SK.Der Schwerpunkt des Projekts liegt im Einklang mit dem Bereich der intelligenten Spezialisierung Gesunde Ernährung und Umwelt. PRIEVIDZSKÉ bakkerijen en zoetwaren, a.s. (hierna „PPC, a.s.” genoemd) hebben een lange traditie in de bakkerijindustrie en haar visie is om een van de belangrijkste bakkerijbedrijven in Midden-Slowakije te worden. Een erkend en verantwoordelijk bedrijf in relatie tot klanten en werknemers, waardoor het van plan is om haar regionale positie op de markt te versterken en een hoogwaardig imago van het merk PPC a.s. op te bouwen om de productie van bakkerijen en zoetwaren te moderniseren door innovatieve technologieën aan te schaffen. Het doel van het project is de innovatie van bakkerijproductie in Prievidza bakkers en banketbakkers met een focus op het automatiseren van het productieproces van broodproductie. Het bedrijf beschikt momenteel vooral over technologieën die al verouderd zijn, een lage mate van automatisering, elektronisatie en de onmogelijkheid van continue instelling en monitoring van parameters. PPC, a.s. heeft een breed netwerk van klanten in verschillende regio’s van de Slowaakse Republiek, die producten leveren aan detailhandelsketens zoals Billa, TESCO, LIDL, CBA, enz. en ook aan Tsjechië. De hoofdactiviteit van het project is „Ondersteuning van intelligente innovatie” binnen de bakkerijproductie van het bedrijf, gericht op procesinnovatie genaamd „automatisering van het broodproductieproces”, waardoor het productieproces in de bestaande vestiging fundamenteel verandert. De plaats van uitvoering van het project is: Kollárová ulica 83, Martin.Het ingediende project van het bedrijf houdt rechtstreeks verband met de onderzoeks- en innovatiestrategie voor slimme specialisatie van de Slowaakse Republiek RIS3 SK.De focus van het project is in overeenstemming met het domein van slimme specialisatie Gezond voedsel en milieu.
