L’objectif de cette application est d’améliorer l’efficacité énergétique de la piscine municipale de Horta. Cette amélioration sous forme synthétique sera réalisée par une intervention dans l’enveloppe du bâtiment et ses systèmes techniques.Au niveau de l’enveloppe, nous prévoyons une intervention au niveau de la couverture du bâtiment, de l’enveloppe extérieure et des travées vitrées.
