Проектът ще осигури ефективното функциониране на Областен информационен център - Шумен в периода 01 януари, 2019г. - 31 декември, 2021г. като част от мрежата от 27 Областни информационни центрове, популяризиращи ЕСИФ. Проектът ще осигури финансова подкрепа за изпълнението на дейността на Областен информационен център - Шумен, която включва: информиране на посетители на информационния център за възможности за финансиране на техни идеи и проекти от ЕСИФ ; организиране на информационни събития, семинари, обучения, конференции, изложения, срещи и работа с медии; събиране и разпространение на информация и популяризиране на добри практики във връзка с ЕСИФ; разработване и разпространение на информационни материали (печатни, аудио-визуални и електронни) за ЕСИФ и програмите, изготвени от ОИЦ - Шумен или предоставени от УО, ЦКЗ, и ЦИКО; сътрудничество с управляващите органи/ междинните звена на оперативните програми и работа с национални, регионални медии и други мрежи за информация на ЕС, във връзка с изпълнение на функциите на ОИЦ. Чрез изпълнението на проекта ще бъде надградена постигнатата до момента познаваемост за европейските фондове и програмите в област Шумен и ще бъде постигната максимална прозрачност и публичност в процеса на изпълнение на програмите, финансирани от ЕСИФ. Центърът ще осигурява актуална, експертна и безплатна информация за възможностите за финансова подкрепа със средства от ЕСИФ. ОИЦ ще работи на принципа "едно гише" и ще работи активно с местната администрация и други институции, за да се повиши информираността на гражданите относно възможностите, които се предоставят чрез ЕСИФ. The project will ensure the effective functioning of the Shumen District Information Centre in the period January 1, 2019. — 31 December 2021 as part of the network of 27 Regional Information Centres promoting ESIF. The project will provide financial support for the implementation of the activity of District Information Centre — Shumen, which includes: informing visitors of the Information Centre about opportunities to finance their ideas and projects from the ESIF; organisation of information events, seminars, trainings, conferences, exhibitions, meetings and media work; collecting and disseminating information and promoting good practice on ESIF; development and dissemination of information material (printed, audio-visual and electronic) on the ESIF and programmes prepared by the CIU — Shumen or provided by the MA, the CCU, and the CICO; cooperating with the Managing Authorities/Intermediate Units of Operational Programmes and working with national, regional and other EU information networks in relation to the performance of the functions of the EIC. Through the implementation of the project, the knowledge of the European funds and programmes in the Shumen region will be upgraded to date and will achieve maximum transparency and publicity in the implementation process of ESIF funded programmes. The Centre will provide up-to-date, expert and free information on the possibilities for financial support with ESIF funds. The GIC will work on a one-stop-shop basis and will work actively with local administration and other institutions to raise citizens’ awareness of the opportunities offered by the ESIF. (English)

Le projet assurera le bon fonctionnement du centre d’information du district de Shumen au cours de la période du 1er janvier 2019. — 31 décembre 2021 dans le cadre du réseau de 27 centres d’information régionaux promouvant les Fonds ESI. Le projet fournira un soutien financier pour la mise en œuvre de l’activité du Centre d’information de district — Shumen, qui comprend: informer les visiteurs du centre d’information des possibilités de financement de leurs idées et projets par les Fonds ESI; organisation d’événements d’information, de séminaires, de formations, de conférences, d’expositions, de réunions et de travaux médiatiques; collecter et diffuser des informations et promouvoir les bonnes pratiques concernant les Fonds ESI; élaboration et diffusion de matériel d’information (imprimé, audiovisuel et électronique) sur les Fonds ESI et les programmes élaborés par l’UIC — Shumen ou fournis par l’autorité de gestion, le CCU et le CICO; coopérer avec les autorités de gestion/unités intermédiaires des programmes opérationnels et collaborer avec les réseaux d’information nationaux, régionaux et autres de l’UE en ce qui concerne l’exécution des fonctions du CEI. Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, les connaissances des fonds et programmes européens dans la région de Shumen seront améliorées à ce jour et garantiront un maximum de transparence et de publicité dans le processus de mise en œuvre des programmes financés par les Fonds ESI. Le Centre fournira des informations actualisées, spécialisées et gratuites sur les possibilités de soutien financier au titre des Fonds ESI. Le GIC travaillera sur une base de guichet unique et travaillera activement avec l’administration locale et d’autres institutions afin de sensibiliser les citoyens aux possibilités offertes par les Fonds ESI. Das Projekt wird das wirksame Funktionieren des Informationszentrums des Shumen-Bezirks im Zeitraum vom 1. Januar 2019 gewährleisten. — 31. Dezember 2021 im Rahmen des Netzes von 27 regionalen Informationszentren zur Förderung der ESI-Fonds. Das Projekt wird finanzielle Unterstützung für die Durchführung der Tätigkeit des Bezirksinformationszentrums Shumen bereitstellen, das Folgendes umfasst: Unterrichtung der Besucher des Informationszentrums über Möglichkeiten zur Finanzierung ihrer Ideen und Projekte aus den ESI-Fonds; Organisation von Informationsveranstaltungen, Seminaren, Schulungen, Konferenzen, Ausstellungen, Sitzungen und Medienarbeit; Sammlung und Verbreitung von Informationen und Förderung bewährter Verfahren in Bezug auf die ESI-Fonds; Entwicklung und Verbreitung von Informationsmaterial (gedruckt, audio-visuell und elektronisch) über die ESI-Fonds und Programme, die vom CIU – Shumen oder von der Verwaltungsbehörde, der CCU und der CICO erstellt wurden; Zusammenarbeit mit den Verwaltungsbehörden/Zwischenstellen für operationelle Programme und Zusammenarbeit mit nationalen, regionalen und anderen EU-Informationsnetzen im Zusammenhang mit der Wahrnehmung der Aufgaben des EIC. Durch die Durchführung des Projekts wird das Wissen über die europäischen Fonds und Programme in der Shumen-Region bis heute ausgebaut und bei der Durchführung von ESIF-finanzierten Programmen größtmögliche Transparenz und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit erreicht. Das Zentrum wird aktuelle, sachkundige und kostenlose Informationen über die Möglichkeiten einer finanziellen Unterstützung aus ESI-Fonds bereitstellen. Das GIC wird auf einer zentralen Anlaufstelle arbeiten und aktiv mit der lokalen Verwaltung und anderen Institutionen zusammenarbeiten, um die Bürger für die Möglichkeiten der ESI-Fonds zu sensibilisieren.
