Настоящото проектно предложение, предвидено за изпълнение по Приоритетна ос 3 "Регионална образователна инфраструктура", Процедура BG16RFOP001-3.002 "Подкрепа за професионалните училища в Република България", по ОП "Региони в растеж 2014 - 2020", цели изграждането на благоприятна, съответстваща на съвременните образователни изисквания среда, която, чрез релевантна оптимизация, да спомогне за предоставянето на адекватни за времето си обучителни услуги в условия, съответстващи на националните и европейски нормативи за качество, пригодност и кореспондентност с нуждите на учащите и заинтересованите страни - бизнес и бъдещи работодатели. Целите на проекта са в пълно съответствие с тези на Процедурата и ще се реализират чрез комплекс от интегрирани дейности, водещи до осъвременяване на физическата среда на ПГХТТ - гр.Пловдив (СМР, включително-мерки за енергийна ефективност и осигуряване на достъпна среда), доставка и монтаж на оборудване и обзавеждане, отговарящо на потребностите на изучаваните професионални направления в целевото училище, както и осъществяване на мерки за подобряване условията и комфорта не само за учащите, но и за педагогическите специалисти в образователната институция. Основните дейности ще бъдат подкрепени и от дейности по публичност и комуникация, с чиято помощ ще се достигне до широк кръг заинтересовани лица и ще се популяризират извършените интервенции на територията на ПГХТТ - гр.Пловдив и източниците на финансиране на инициативата, а именно - чрез ЕФРР, ОПРР и националния бюджет .Реализацията на Проекта ще създаде възможност за създаване на по-добра и качествена образователна среда, което ще повиши привлекателността на училището, респективно - на предлаганите в него професионални направления, които фактори, ще способстват за нарастване интереса към тях и от страна на учащите, и на бъдещите работодатели. The present project proposal, planned for implementation under Priority Axis 3 “Regional Education Infrastructure”, Procedure BG16RFOP001-3.002 “Support to vocational schools in the Republic of Bulgaria”, under OP “Regions in Growth 2014-2020”, aims to build a favourable environment, consistent with the modern educational requirements, which, through relevant optimisation, will help to provide adequate training services in conditions consistent with national and European standards for quality, suitability and correspondence with the needs of students and stakeholders — business and future employers. The objectives of the project are in full compliance with those of the Procedure and will be realised through a complex of integrated activities leading to the modernisation of the physical environment of the Plovdiv City of Plovdiv (CMP, including measures for energy efficiency and provision of accessible environment), supply and installation of equipment and furniture, meeting the needs of the studied professional directions in the target school, as well as implementing measures to improve conditions and comfort not only for students but also for pedagogical specialists in the educational institution. The main activities will also be supported by publicity and communication activities, which will reach out to a wide range of stakeholders and will promote the interventions carried out on the territory of the Plovdiv city of Plovdiv and the sources of funding of the initiative, namely through the ERDF, OPRD and the national budget. The implementation of the project will create an opportunity to create a better and quality educational environment, which will increase the attractiveness of the school, respectively — of the professional fields offered therein, which will help increase the interest in them by learners and future employers. La présente proposition de projet, dont la mise en œuvre est prévue au titre de l’axe prioritaire 3 «Infrastructures éducatives régionales», procédure BG16RFOP001-3.002 «Soutien aux écoles professionnelles de la République de Bulgarie», au titre du PO «Régions en croissance 2014-2020», vise à créer un environnement favorable, compatible avec les exigences éducatives modernes, qui, grâce à une optimisation appropriée, contribuera à fournir des services de formation adéquats dans des conditions conformes aux normes nationales et européennes en matière de qualité, d’adéquation et de correspondance avec les besoins des étudiants et des parties prenantes — entreprises et futurs employeurs. Les objectifs du projet sont en pleine conformité avec ceux de la procédure et seront réalisés à travers un complexe d’activités intégrées conduisant à la modernisation de l’environnement physique de la ville de Plovdiv de Plovdiv (CMP, y compris des mesures pour l’efficacité énergétique et la fourniture d’un environnement accessible), la fourniture et l’installation d’équipements et de mobilier, répondant aux besoins des directions professionnelles étudiées dans l’école cible, ainsi que la mise en œuvre de mesures pour améliorer les conditions et le confort non seulement pour les étudiants mais aussi pour les spécialistes pédagogiques de l’établissement d’enseignement. Les principales activités seront également soutenues par des activités de publicité et de communication, qui toucheront un large éventail d’acteurs et favoriseront les interventions menées sur le territoire de la ville de Plovdiv et les sources de financement de l’initiative, notamment par l’intermédiaire du FEDER, de l’OPRD et du budget national. La mise en œuvre du projet donnera l’occasion de créer un environnement éducatif de meilleure qualité, ce qui augmentera l’attractivité de l’école, respectivement — des domaines professionnels qui y sont proposés, ce qui contribuera à accroître l’intérêt pour eux par les apprenants et les futurs employeurs. Der vorliegende Projektvorschlag, der im Rahmen der Prioritätsachse 3 „Regionale Bildungsinfrastruktur“, Verfahren BG16RFOP001-3.002 „Unterstützung der Berufsschulen in der Republik Bulgarien“ im Rahmen des OP „Regionen im Wachstum 2014-2020“ durchgeführt werden soll, zielt darauf ab, ein günstiges Umfeld zu schaffen, das mit den modernen Bildungsanforderungen im Einklang steht und durch entsprechende Optimierung dazu beitragen wird, angemessene Ausbildungsleistungen unter Bedingungen anzubieten, die den nationalen und europäischen Standards für Qualität, Eignung und Korrespondenz mit den Bedürfnissen von Studierenden und Interessenträgern – Unternehmen und künftigen Arbeitgebern – entsprechen. Die Ziele des Projekts sind in vollem Einklang mit denen der Prozedur und wird durch einen Komplex von integrierten Aktivitäten, die zur Modernisierung der physischen Umgebung der Stadt Plovdiv Plovdiv (CMP, einschließlich Maßnahmen zur Energieeffizienz und Bereitstellung von zugänglichen Umwelt), Lieferung und Installation von Geräten und Möbeln, erfüllen die Bedürfnisse der untersuchten Berufsrichtungen in der Zielschule sowie Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Bedingungen und Komfort nicht nur für Studenten, sondern auch für pädagogische Fachkräfte in der Bildungseinrichtung verwirklicht werden. Die wichtigsten Aktivitäten werden auch durch Werbe- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen unterstützt, die eine breite Palette von Interessenträgern erreichen und die auf dem Gebiet der Stadt Plovdiv von Plovdiv durchgeführten Interventionen sowie die Finanzierungsquellen der Initiative, insbesondere aus dem EFRE, dem OPRD und dem nationalen Haushalt, fördern. Durch die Durchführung des Projekts wird die Möglichkeit geschaffen, ein besseres und qualitativ hochwertiges Bildungsumfeld zu schaffen, das die Attraktivität der Schule bzw. der dort angebotenen Berufsfelder erhöht, wodurch das Interesse von Lernenden und künftigen Arbeitgebern gesteigert wird.
