Проектното предложение е предназначено за обезпечаване на дейностите на общината по управление и изпълнение на Инвестиционната програма на град Плевен за периода до 2023 г. и функциите, които изпълнява общината в качеството си на междинно звено по Приоритетна ос 1 „Устойчиво и интегрирано градско развитие“ на Оперативна програма „Региони в растеж” 2014-2020 г. Инвестиционната програма включва, предвидени в ИПГВР на град Плевен проекти за различни инфраструктурни обекти, които целят постигане на устойчиво развитие, интегрирано въздействие и синергичен ефект върху територията и населението, чрез изпълнение дейности по различни инвестиционни приоритети: Градска среда; Образователна инфраструктура, Интегриран градски транспорт, както и културна и социална нфраструктура. The project proposal is intended to cover the activities of the municipality for the management and implementation of the Investment Programme of the town of Pleven for the period up to 2023 and the functions performed by the municipality as an intermediate body under Priority Axis 1 “Sustainable and Integrated Urban Development” of Operational Programme “Regions in Growth” 2014-2020. The investment programme includes, provided for in the IPHLG of the town of Pleven, projects for various infrastructure sites aimed at achieving sustainable development, integrated impact and synergies on the territory and population, through implementation of activities under different investment priorities: Urban environment; Educational infrastructure, Integrated urban transport as well as cultural and social infrastructure. La proposition de projet est destinée à couvrir les activités de la municipalité pour la gestion et la mise en œuvre du programme d’investissement de la ville de Pleven pour la période allant jusqu’en 2023 et les fonctions exercées par la municipalité en tant qu’organisme intermédiaire dans le cadre de l’axe prioritaire 1 «Développement urbain durable et intégré» du programme opérationnel «Régions en croissance» 2014-2020. Le programme d’investissement comprend, à travers la mise en œuvre d’activités relevant de l’IPHLG de la ville de Pleven, des projets pour différents sites d’infrastructure visant à réaliser un développement durable, un impact intégré et des synergies sur le territoire et la population, par la mise en œuvre d’activités relevant de différentes priorités d’investissement: Environnement urbain; Les infrastructures éducatives, les transports urbains intégrés ainsi que les infrastructures culturelles et sociales.
