The CANCER Program was put together has a hub for the exchange of scientific ideas and expertise among research groups with distinct scientific backgrounds and originating from four institutions Ipatimup/i3S, IBMC/i3S, INL and CINTESIS. The main goal of the Program is to promote synergies so that research output can be effectively translated into new strategies to prevent, diagnose and treat patients with cancer. (English)

O Programa CANCER foi criado com um centro de intercâmbio de ideias e conhecimentos científicos entre grupos de pesquisa com diferentes origens científicas e provenientes de quatro instituições Ipatimup/i3S, IBMC/i3S, INL e CINTESIS. O principal objetivo do Programa é promover sinergias para que a produção da pesquisa possa ser efetivamente traduzida em novas estratégias para prevenir, diagnosticar e tratar pacientes com cancro.
