Predkladaný projekt rieši zateplenie objektu mestského úradu v Želiezovciach. Jedná sa o murovaný objekt s jedným podzemným a štyrmi nadzemnými podlažiami, ktorý je zastrešený valbovou strechou s vikiermi. V suteréne je riešené prevažne technické zázemie objektu, sklady. V nadzemných podlažiach sa nachádzajú kancelárie, soc.-hygienické a spoločenské priestory. Na objekte sa navrhuje kompletné zateplenie fasády, zateplenie časti stropu nad podzemným podlažím a zateplenie strešnej konštrukcie objektu. Vzhľad objektu sa po vykonaní rekonštrukcie výrazne nezmení, odlišné bude farebné riešenie objektu. Na západnej strane objektu je navrhnutá betónová rampa umožňujúca bezbariérový prístup do objektu s protišmykovou povrchovou úpravou. (Slovak)

The proposed project addresses the insulation of the building of the municipal office in Želiezovce. It is a brick building with one underground and four floors, which is covered with a hipped roof with dormers. In the basement is designed mainly technical background of the building, warehouses. In the above-ground floors there are offices, sanitary and social spaces. The building proposes complete insulation of the facade, insulation of the ceiling above the underground floor and insulation of the roof structure of the building. The appearance of the object will not change significantly after the reconstruction, the color solution of the object will be different. On the west side of the building is designed concrete ramp allowing barrier-free access to the building with anti-slip surface treatment. (English)

Le projet proposé porte sur l’isolation du bâtiment du bureau municipal de Želiezovce. C’est un bâtiment en brique avec un sous-sol et quatre étages, qui est recouvert d’un toit en croupe avec des lucarnes. Dans le sous-sol est conçu principalement l’arrière-plan technique du bâtiment, les entrepôts. Au rez-de-chaussée, il y a des bureaux, des espaces sanitaires et sociaux. Le bâtiment propose une isolation complète de la façade, l’isolation du plafond au-dessus du sol souterrain et l’isolation de la structure du toit du bâtiment. L’apparence de l’objet ne changera pas significativement après la reconstruction, la solution de couleur de l’objet sera différente. Sur le côté ouest du bâtiment est conçu une rampe en béton permettant un accès sans barrière au bâtiment avec traitement de surface antidérapant. (French)

Das vorgeschlagene Projekt befasst sich mit der Isolierung des Gebäudes des Gemeindeamtes in Želiezovce. Es handelt sich um ein Ziegelgebäude mit einem unterirdischen und vier Stockwerken, das mit einem flachen Dach mit Schlafsälen bedeckt ist. Im Keller ist hauptsächlich technischer Hintergrund des Gebäudes, Lagerhäuser konzipiert. In den obigen Etagen befinden sich Büros, Sanitär- und Sozialräume. Das Gebäude schlägt eine komplette Isolierung der Fassade, Isolierung der Decke über dem unterirdischen Boden und Isolierung der Dachkonstruktion des Gebäudes vor. Das Aussehen des Objekts ändert sich nach der Rekonstruktion nicht signifikant, die Farblösung des Objekts wird anders sein. Auf der Westseite des Gebäudes ist eine Betonrampe entworfen, die einen barrierefreien Zugang zum Gebäude mit rutschhemmender Oberflächenbehandlung ermöglicht. (German)

Het voorgestelde project heeft betrekking op de isolatie van het gebouw van het gemeentelijk kantoor in Želiezovce. Het is een bakstenen gebouw met een ondergrondse en vier verdiepingen, die is bedekt met een dakpan met dakkapels. In de kelder is ontworpen voornamelijk technische achtergrond van het gebouw, magazijnen. In de bovengrondse verdiepingen zijn er kantoren, sanitaire en sociale ruimtes. Het gebouw biedt complete isolatie van de gevel, isolatie van het plafond boven de ondergrondse vloer en isolatie van de dakconstructie van het gebouw. Het uiterlijk van het object zal niet significant veranderen na de reconstructie, de kleuroplossing van het object zal anders zijn. Aan de westkant van het gebouw is ontworpen betonnen helling die barrièrevrije toegang tot het gebouw met anti-slip oppervlaktebehandeling. (Dutch)
