Cieľom projektu je vytvorenie pozície sociálneho pedagóga, ktorý bude vykonávať odborné činnosti v rámci prevencie, intervencie, poskytovania poradenstva pre deti a žiakov základnej školy v Rabčiciach. Úlohou sociálneho pedagóga bude vykonávať aj tieto činnosti: - zabezpečuje sociálny servis pre žiakov, spolupracuje so všetkými subjektmi vo vzdelávacom prostredí (rodičia, odborní zamestnanci, prepojenie školy s poradenskými zariadeniami). Vypracuje akčný plán pre inklúzivné vzdelávanie, ktorý bude voľne dostupný na webovej stránke školy a môže byť pomôckou aj pre ďalšie ZŠ.Vytvorí metodiku sociálneho poradenstva pre základné školy. Sociálny pedagóg má v súčasnosti kľúčovú pozíciu na ZŠ, zásadne ovplyvňuje úspešné uplatnenie žiakov na trhu práce. (Slovak)

The aim of the project is to create a position of social educator who will carry out professional activities in the framework of prevention, intervention, counselling for children and pupils of primary school in Rabčice. The role of the social educator will also be to carry out the following activities: — provides social service for pupils, cooperates with all subjects in the educational environment (parents, professional staff, connecting the school with consulting facilities). It will develop an action plan for inclusive education, which will be freely available on the school’s website and can be a tool for other Elementary schools. It will develop a methodology for social counselling for primary schools. The social educator currently holds a key position in Elementary Schools, fundamentally influencing the successful entry of pupils into the labour market. (English)

L’objectif du projet est de créer un poste d’éducateur social qui mènera des activités professionnelles dans le cadre de la prévention, de l’intervention, du conseil pour les enfants et les élèves de l’école primaire de Rabčice. Le rôle de l’éducateur social sera également de mener les activités suivantes: — fournit des services sociaux aux élèves, coopère avec toutes les matières dans l’environnement éducatif (parents, personnel professionnel, raccordement de l’école avec des services de conseil). Il élaborera un plan d’action pour l’éducation inclusive, qui sera disponible gratuitement sur le site Web de l’école et pourra être un outil pour d’autres écoles primaires, et élaborera une méthodologie de conseil social pour les écoles primaires. Ziel des Projekts ist es, eine Position des Sozialpädagogen zu schaffen, der berufliche Tätigkeiten im Rahmen von Prävention, Intervention, Beratung für Kinder und Schüler der Grundschule in Rabčice durchführt. Die Aufgabe des Sozialpädagogen besteht auch darin, folgende Tätigkeiten durchzuführen: — erbringt Sozialleistungen für Schüler, kooperiert mit allen Fächern im Bildungsumfeld (Eltern, professionelles Personal, Verbindung der Schule mit Beratungseinrichtungen). Es wird einen Aktionsplan für inklusive Bildung entwickeln, der auf der Website der Schule frei verfügbar ist und ein Instrument für andere Grundschulen sein kann, und eine Methodik für die soziale Beratung von Grundschulen entwickeln wird. Der Sozialpädagoge hat derzeit eine Schlüsselposition in Grundschulen, die den erfolgreichen Einstieg von Schülern in den Arbeitsmarkt grundlegend beeinflusst. (German)

De rol van de sociale opvoeder zal ook bestaan in het uitvoeren van de volgende activiteiten: — verleent sociale dienstverlening aan leerlingen, werkt samen met alle vakken in de onderwijsomgeving (ouders, professioneel personeel, verbinden de school met adviesfaciliteiten). Zij zal een actieplan voor inclusief onderwijs ontwikkelen, dat vrij beschikbaar zal zijn op de website van de school en een instrument kan zijn voor andere basisscholen. Het zal een methodologie ontwikkelen voor sociale begeleiding voor basisscholen. De sociale opvoeder bekleedt momenteel een sleutelpositie op basisscholen, die fundamenteel van invloed is op de succesvolle toetreding van leerlingen tot de arbeidsmarkt. (Dutch)
