De la aceptación de que el patrimonio cultural, y de modo más específico el patrimonio arquitectónico, debe representar a toda la sociedad del pasado en su integridad histórica, se ha derivado también el reconocimiento progresivo de que el patrimonio debe ser accesible a toda la sociedad del presente. Garantizar el derecho a este acceso tiene una dimensión positiva de alcance indiviual en cuanto que la experiencia del patrimonio puede favorecer el desarrollo personal a través del conocimiento. Por tanto, el Ayuntamiento de Aranjuez quiere poner en valor edificios de valor patrimonial e histórico que posee, así como los espacios públicos incluidos dentro del Conjunto Histórico, el Paisaje Cultural y su zona de amortiguamiento. The acceptance that cultural heritage, and more specifically architectural heritage, must represent the entire society of the past in its historical integrity, has also led to the progressive recognition that heritage must be accessible to the entire society of the present. Guaranteeing the right to such access has an individual positive dimension in that the experience of heritage can promote personal development through knowledge. Therefore, the City of Aranjuez wants to value buildings of heritage and historical value that it possesses, as well as the public spaces included within the Historical Complex, the Cultural Landscape and its buffer zone. L’acceptation que le patrimoine culturel, et plus particulièrement le patrimoine architectural, doit représenter l’ensemble de la société du passé dans son intégrité historique, a également conduit à la reconnaissance progressive que le patrimoine doit être accessible à l’ensemble de la société du présent. Garantir le droit à un tel accès a une dimension positive individuelle dans la mesure où l’expérience du patrimoine peut favoriser le développement personnel par le savoir. C’est pourquoi la ville d’Aranjuez veut valoriser les bâtiments patrimoniaux et historiques qu’elle possède, ainsi que les espaces publics inclus dans le Complexe Historique, le Paysage Culturel et sa zone tampon.
