Проектното предложение е насочен към внедряване на енергийни мерки в многофамилна жилищна сграда и сграда ПОС за предоставяне на социални и образователни услуги, целящо подобряване на енергийната им ефективност, което от своя страна ще допринесе за намаляване на крайното потребление на енергия и съответно удължаване на експлоатационния живот на сградите. В проекта обектите на интервенция са многофамилна жилищна сграда, със създадено СС "Здравец 21-30" и срада с функциониращи социална и образователна услуги. От реализацията на проектните дейности ще са облагодетелствани не само собствениците и ползвателите на сградите, но и населението като цяло, тъй като подобряване от енергийната им ефективност, цялостната визия на обектите на интервенция ще се създадат условия за по-добър живот, комфорт и повишаване качеството на жизнената среда. Предвидените дейности за изпълнение са в съответствие с предписаните мерки в енергийни и технически обследвания за отделните сгради, водещи до подобряване както на цялостните енергийни характеристики на сградите, но и подобряване по отношение на конструктивна устойчивост. The project proposal is aimed at implementing energy measures in a multi-family residential building and POS building for the provision of social and educational services aimed at improving their energy efficiency, which in turn will contribute to reducing the final energy consumption and thus extending the life of the buildings. In the project, the sites of intervention are a multi-family residential building, with the creation of SS “Zdravets 21-30” and sad with functioning social and educational services. The implementation of the project activities will benefit not only the owners and users of the buildings, but also the population as a whole, since improving their energy efficiency, the overall vision of the intervention sites will create conditions for a better life, comfort and improvement of the quality of the living environment. The planned implementation activities are in line with the measures prescribed in energy and technical audits for individual buildings, leading to improvement of the overall energy performance of buildings, but also improvement in terms of structural sustainability. La proposition de projet vise à mettre en œuvre des mesures énergétiques dans un immeuble résidentiel multifamilial et un bâtiment POS pour la fourniture de services sociaux et éducatifs visant à améliorer leur efficacité énergétique, ce qui contribuera à réduire la consommation finale d’énergie et à prolonger ainsi la durée de vie des bâtiments. Dans le projet, les sites d’intervention sont un bâtiment résidentiel multifamilial, avec la création de SS «Zdravets 21-30» et triste avec des services sociaux et éducatifs fonctionnels. La mise en œuvre des activités du projet profitera non seulement aux propriétaires et aux utilisateurs des bâtiments, mais aussi à l’ensemble de la population, puisque l’amélioration de leur efficacité énergétique permettra de créer des conditions de vie, de confort et d’amélioration de la qualité de l’environnement de vie. Les activités de mise en œuvre prévues sont conformes aux mesures prescrites dans les audits énergétiques et techniques pour les bâtiments individuels, ce qui entraîne une amélioration de la performance énergétique globale des bâtiments, mais aussi une amélioration en termes de durabilité structurelle. Der Projektvorschlag zielt auf die Umsetzung von Energiemaßnahmen in einem Mehrfamilienhaus und POS-Gebäude zur Bereitstellung sozialer und pädagogischer Dienstleistungen zur Verbesserung ihrer Energieeffizienz ab, was wiederum zur Verringerung des Endenergieverbrauchs und damit zur Verlängerung der Lebensdauer der Gebäude beitragen wird. In dem Projekt sind die Interventionsorte ein Mehrfamilienhaus mit der Schaffung der SS „Zdravets 21-30“ und traurig mit funktionierenden sozialen und pädagogischen Dienstleistungen. Die Durchführung der Projektaktivitäten wird nicht nur den Eigentümern und Nutzern der Gebäude, sondern auch der Bevölkerung insgesamt zugute kommen, da die Gesamtvision der Interventionsorte durch die Verbesserung ihrer Energieeffizienz Bedingungen für ein besseres Leben, mehr Komfort und eine bessere Lebensqualität schaffen wird. Die geplanten Durchführungsmaßnahmen stehen im Einklang mit den in Energie- und technischen Audits für einzelne Gebäude vorgeschriebenen Maßnahmen, was zur Verbesserung der Gesamtenergieeffizienz von Gebäuden, aber auch zur Verbesserung der strukturellen Nachhaltigkeit führt.
