Rezultat projekta je izrađena projektna dokumentacija koja se sastoji od tehničke dokumentacije (elaborat trenutne nosivosti konstrukcije, idejno rješenje, glavni projekt s troškovnikom, izvedbeni projekt, projekt unutarnjeg opremanja te ishođenje svih dozvola za gradnju) i studije izvedivosti s cost-benefit analizom (FS/CBA). Izrada projektne dokumentacije za projekt Rekonstrukcija zgrade "Radnički dom" u Borovu naselju i prenamjena u prostor Veleučilišta "Lavoslav Ružička" u Vukovar imati će značajan utjecaj na fizičku, društvenu, ali i gospodarsku regeneraciju grada Vukovara. Obnovom zgrade "Radničkog doma" koja se nalazi unutar registrirane kulturno-povijesne cjeline "Bata Ville", u funkciju će se staviti zgrada kulturne baštine. Proširenjem kapaciteta stvaraju se uvjeti za osnivanje novih odjela Veleučilišta kojima će se proširiti obrazovna ponuda te osigurati prostor za odjel gradske i veleučilišne knjižnice. Po isporučenom setu projektne dokumentacije stvaraju se uvjeti za provedbu projekta Rekonstrukcija zgrade "Radnički dom" u Borovu naselju i prenamjena u prostor Veleučilišta "Lavoslav Ružička" u Vukovaru unutar ograničenog poziva na dostavu projektnih prijedloga trajnog modaliteta: Provedba Intervencijskog plana Grada Vukovara. The result of the project is a project dossier consisting of technical documentation (study of the current load of construction, design concept, main design with cost statements, construction projects, internal fitting-out works and obtaining all construction permits) and test feasibility studies with cost-benefit analysis (FS/CBA). The design of the project documentation for the Reconstruction of the Labour House in Strasbourg and the redevelopment into the area of Vukovar Higher Education in Vukovar will have a significant impact on the physical, social as well as the economic regeneration of Vukovar. The renovation of the ‘Labour House’ building, which is located within the registered cultural-historical unit ‘Bata Ville’, will serve as a cultural heritage building. The capacity extension creates the conditions for the establishment of the new departments of the University College, which will expand the educational offer and provide scope for the city and metropolitan division of the College. An delivered set of project documentation sets out the conditions for the project to implement the ‘Labour House’ reconstruction into the village and convert into the space of the VHEI “Lavoslav Risčka” in Vukovar, within a restricted call for proposals on a permanent way: Implementation of the Vukovar City Emergency Plan. Le résultat du projet est une documentation technique (étude de la capacité de roulement actuelle de la structure, conception conceptuelle, conception principale avec relevé des coûts, conception détaillée, projet d’ameublement intérieur et obtention de tous les permis de construction) et étude de faisabilité avec analyse coûts-avantages (FS/CBA). La préparation de la documentation du projet pour le projet de reconstruction du bâtiment «atelier» dans la station de Borovo et la transformation en locaux du polytechnique «Lavoslav Ružička» à Vukovar auront un impact significatif sur la régénération physique, sociale et économique de la ville de Vukovar. Avec la rénovation du bâtiment «Maison de l’atelier» situé dans l’unité culturelle et historique enregistrée «Bata Villa», le bâtiment du patrimoine culturel sera mis en service. L’expansion des capacités crée les conditions pour la création de nouveaux départements de l’Université des Sciences Appliquées, qui élargiront l’offre éducative et fourniront de l’espace pour le département de la ville et la bibliothèque polytechnique. Selon l’ensemble soumis de la documentation du projet, les conditions sont créées pour la mise en œuvre du projet de reconstruction du bâtiment «Maison de travail» dans la station de Borovo et la conversion dans les locaux de l’Université des sciences appliquées «Lavoslav Ružička» à Vukovar dans le cadre de l’appel à propositions limité de modalités permanentes: Mise en œuvre du plan d’intervention de la ville de Vukovar. Das Ergebnis des Projekts ist eine Projektdokumentation, bestehend aus technischer Dokumentation (Studie über die aktuelle Tragfähigkeit der Struktur, Konzeption, Hauptplanung mit Kostenrechnung, Detailplanung, Inneneinrichtungsprojekt und Erlangung aller Baugenehmigungen) und Machbarkeitsstudie mit Kosten-Nutzen-Analyse (FS/CBA). Vorbereitung der Projektdokumentation für das Projekt Rekonstruktion des „Workshop“-Gebäudes in Borovo Resort und Umwandlung in die Räumlichkeiten der Polytechnischen „Lavoslav Ružička“ in Vukovar wird einen erheblichen Einfluss auf die physische, soziale und wirtschaftliche Regeneration der Stadt Vukovar haben. Mit der Renovierung des Gebäudes „Werkstatthaus“ innerhalb der registrierten kulturellen und historischen Einheit „Bata Villa“ wird das Kulturerbegebäude in Betrieb genommen. Die Erweiterung der Kapazitäten schafft die Voraussetzungen für die Einrichtung neuer Abteilungen der Fachhochschule, die das Bildungsangebot erweitern und Raum für die Abteilung der Stadt und der polytechnischen Bibliothek bieten. Nach dem eingereichten Satz der Projektdokumentation, Bedingungen für die Durchführung des Projekts Wiederaufbau des Gebäudes „Arbeitshaus“ in Borovo Resort und Umwandlung in die Räumlichkeiten der Fachhochschule „Lavoslav Ružička“ in Vukovar innerhalb der begrenzten Aufforderung zur Einreichung von Vorschlägen von dauerhaften Modalitäten: Umsetzung des Interventionsplans der Stadt Vukovar. Het resultaat van het project is een projectdocumentatie bestaande uit technische documentatie (studie van het huidige draagvermogen van de structuur, conceptueel ontwerp, hoofdontwerp met kostendeclaratie, gedetailleerd ontwerp, interieurinrichtingsproject en het verkrijgen van alle bouwvergunningen) en haalbaarheidsstudie met kosten-batenanalyse (FS/CBA). De voorbereiding van projectdocumentatie voor het project Heropbouw van het „Workshop”-gebouw in Borovo resort en de ombouw naar de Polytechnische „Lavoslav Ružička” in Vukovar zal een aanzienlijke impact hebben op de fysieke, sociale en economische regeneratie van de stad Vukovar. Met de renovatie van het gebouw „Workshop’s House” gelegen binnen de geregistreerde culturele en historische eenheid „Bata Villa”, zal het cultureel erfgoed gebouw in gebruik worden genomen. De uitbreiding van de capaciteiten creëert de voorwaarden voor de oprichting van nieuwe afdelingen van de Universiteit van Toegepaste Wetenschappen, die het educatieve aanbod zal uitbreiden en ruimte zal bieden voor de afdeling van de stad en de polytechnische bibliotheek. Volgens de ingediende reeks projectdocumentatie worden voorwaarden gecreëerd voor de uitvoering van het project Heropbouw van het gebouw „Working House” in het resort Borovo en de ombouw naar de gebouwen van de universiteit van toegepaste wetenschappen „Lavoslav Ružička” in Vukovar binnen de beperkte oproep tot het indienen van voorstellen voor permanente modaliteiten: Uitvoering van het Interventieplan van de stad Vukovar.
