Ključni problem koji se projektom želi riješiti je odgovoriti na izazove održivosti i zaštite okoliša na području graditeljstva uspostavljanjem programa društveno korisnog učenja za zelenu gradnju kojim će studenti dobiti priliku učiti te, kroz rad s mentorima na relevantnim projektima, primjenjivati stečena znanja i vještine te razviti profesionalne kompetencije za zelenu gradnju. Glavni cilj projekta je osposobiti studente za rad na području zelene gradnje, uspostaviti održiv program društveno korisnog učenja te osnažiti stručne i analitičke kapacitete udruga-partnera. The key problem that the project intends to address is to address the challenges of sustainability and environmental protection in the field by establishing a socially useful green learning programme for green building that provides students with the opportunity to learn and, by working with mentors in the relevant projects, to apply the knowledge and skills acquired and professional competence for green construction. The project’s main aim is to train students to work in the field of green construction, establish a sustainable community learning programme, and strengthen the professional and analytical capacities of the fellow partners. Le principal problème que le projet vise à résoudre est de répondre aux défis de la durabilité et de la protection de l’environnement dans le domaine de la construction en mettant en place un programme d’apprentissage socialement utile pour le bâtiment écologique qui donnera aux étudiants la possibilité d’apprendre et, en travaillant avec des mentors sur des projets pertinents, d’appliquer les connaissances et les compétences acquises et de développer des compétences professionnelles pour le bâtiment écologique. L’objectif principal du projet est de former les étudiants à travailler dans le domaine de la construction verte, d’établir un programme durable d’apprentissage socialement utile et de renforcer les capacités professionnelles et analytiques des associations-partenaires. Das zentrale Problem, das mit dem Projekt gelöst werden soll, besteht darin, auf Nachhaltigkeits- und Umweltschutzprobleme im Bauwesen zu reagieren, indem ein sozial nützliches Lernprogramm für grünes Bauen eingerichtet wird, das den Studierenden die Möglichkeit gibt, zu lernen und durch die Zusammenarbeit mit Mentoren an relevanten Projekten erworbene Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten anzuwenden und berufliche Kompetenzen für grünes Bauen zu entwickeln. Das Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, Studenten zu trainieren, um im Bereich des grünen Bauens zu arbeiten, ein nachhaltiges Programm des sozial nützlichen Lernens zu etablieren und die fachlichen und analytischen Kapazitäten von Verbänden-Partnern zu stärken. Het belangrijkste probleem dat het project wil oplossen, is een antwoord te bieden op uitdagingen op het gebied van duurzaamheid en milieubescherming op het gebied van bouw door een sociaal nuttig leerprogramma voor groen bouwen op te zetten dat studenten de kans geeft om te leren en, door samen te werken met mentoren aan relevante projecten, verworven kennis en vaardigheden toe te passen en professionele competenties te ontwikkelen voor groen bouwen. Het belangrijkste doel van het project is studenten op te leiden om te werken op het gebied van groen bouwen, een duurzaam programma van sociaal nuttig leren op te zetten en de professionele en analytische capaciteiten van verenigingen-partners te versterken.
