Основната цел на проекта е осигуряването на оперативен капитал за българските микро, малки и средни предприятия (МСП), извършващи автобусни превози, за справяне с последиците от пандемията COVID-19. Малките и средните предприятия са основна и водеща сила в сектора на автобусните превози за развитието на конкурентни и качествени услуги, както и за гарантиране на стабилен икономически растеж и устойчива заетост.Помощта по проекта е насочена към преодоляване и ограничаване на негативните социално-икономически последици от пандемията. С изпълнението на проекта ще се предостави краткосрочна помощ за подкрепа на МСП, извършващи автобусни превози, с цел запазване на тяхната дейност и гарантиране на стабилност на работните места. The main objective of the project is to provide operational capital for Bulgarian micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) operating bus services to address the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic. Small and medium-sized enterprises are a major and leading force in the bus transport sector for the development of competitive and quality services, as well as for ensuring stable economic growth and sustainable employment.The project assistance is aimed at overcoming and mitigating the negative socio-economic consequences of the pandemic. The implementation of the project will provide short-term assistance to support SMEs operating bus and coach services in order to maintain their activities and ensure job stability. (English)

L’objectif principal du projet est de fournir des capitaux opérationnels aux micro, petites et moyennes entreprises bulgares qui exploitent des services d’autobus afin de faire face aux conséquences de la pandémie de COVID-19. Les petites et moyennes entreprises sont une force majeure et de premier plan dans le secteur du transport par autobus pour le développement de services compétitifs et de qualité, ainsi que pour assurer une croissance économique stable et des emplois durables. L’aide au projet vise à surmonter et à atténuer les conséquences socio-économiques négatives de la pandémie. La mise en œuvre du projet fournira une aide à court terme pour soutenir les PME exploitant des services d’autobus et d’autocars afin de maintenir leurs activités et d’assurer la stabilité de l’emploi. Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Bereitstellung von Betriebskapital für bulgarische Kleinstunternehmen, kleine und mittlere Unternehmen (KMU), die Busdienste betreiben, um den Folgen der COVID-19-Pandemie Rechnung zu tragen. Kleine und mittlere Unternehmen sind eine wichtige und führende Kraft im Busverkehr für die Entwicklung wettbewerbsfähiger und hochwertiger Dienstleistungen sowie für ein stabiles Wirtschaftswachstum und nachhaltige Beschäftigung.Die Projektunterstützung zielt darauf ab, die negativen sozioökonomischen Folgen der Pandemie zu überwinden und abzumildern. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird kurzfristig Hilfe zur Unterstützung von KMU bieten, die Bus- und Busdienste betreiben, um ihre Tätigkeiten aufrechtzuerhalten und die Arbeitsplatzstabilität zu gewährleisten.
