С настоящето проектно предложение се цели да бъде обновена амортизираната и морално остарялата база на професионалните училища в региона, като по този начин Министерство на образованието и науката се стреми да насърчи запазването на традиционните за региона на Варна, Добрич, Разград, Силистра и Шумен професионални специалности. Съществен момент за оставане на младото население и развитието на бизнеса в региона е необходимостта от насърчаване на връзката между професионалното образование, висшето образование и реалния бизнес с оглед създаване на условия за развитие на личностни и професионални знания и умения през целия живот. Инвестициите в образователните институции е с цел обновяване и модернизация на учебните кабинети, лабораториите, спортните съоръжения и учебните работилници и ще допринесат за осъществяване на по-качествено професионално образование. This project proposal aims to renew the amortised and morally outdated base of vocational schools in the region, thus the Ministry of Education and Science aims to promote the preservation of traditional for the region of Varna, Dobrich, Razgrad, Silistra and Shumen. An important moment for the youth and business development in the region is the need to promote the link between vocational education, higher education and real business with a view to creating conditions for the development of personal and professional knowledge and skills throughout the life course. Investments in educational institutions are aimed at renovating and modernising training offices, laboratories, sports facilities and training workshops and will contribute to the realisation of better quality vocational education. As a result of investments in educational infrastructure at:1.Professional High School of Electrical Engineering2.Professional High School of Tourism “Professor Dr. Asen Zlatarov”3.Professional Technical High School4.Varna Maritime High School “St. Nikolay Wonderworker”5.Varna High School of Economics “Georgi Stoykov Rakovski”6.Professional High School of Construction, architecture and Geodesy “Vasil Levski”7.Professional High School of Chemical and Food Technologies “Dm.Iv.Mendeleev”8.Vasil Levski High School of Finance9.Professional High School of Tourism “P.K. Yavorov”10.Professional Technical High School “Shandor Petyofi”11. Professional High School of Economics “Robert Schuman”12. Cette proposition de projet vise à renouveler la base amortie et moralement dépassée des écoles professionnelles de la région, de sorte que le Ministère de l’éducation et des sciences vise à promouvoir la préservation des traditions pour la région de Varna, Dobrich, Razgrad, Silistra et Shumen. Un moment important pour le développement de la jeunesse et de l’entreprise dans la région est la nécessité de promouvoir le lien entre l’enseignement professionnel, l’enseignement supérieur et les entreprises réelles en vue de créer les conditions propices au développement des connaissances et des compétences personnelles et professionnelles tout au long de la vie. Les investissements dans les établissements d’enseignement visent à rénover et à moderniser les bureaux de formation, les laboratoires, les installations sportives et les ateliers de formation et contribueront à la réalisation d’un enseignement professionnel de meilleure qualité. Dieser Projektvorschlag zielt darauf ab, die amortisierte und moralisch veraltete Basis von Berufsschulen in der Region zu erneuern. Das Ministerium für Bildung und Wissenschaft zielt daher darauf ab, die Erhaltung der traditionellen für die Region Varna, Dobrich, Razgrad, Silistra und Shumen zu fördern. Ein wichtiger Moment für die Jugend- und Unternehmensentwicklung in der Region ist die Notwendigkeit, die Verbindung zwischen beruflicher Bildung, Hochschulbildung und Realwirtschaft zu fördern, um die Voraussetzungen für die Entwicklung persönlicher und beruflicher Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten während des gesamten Lebens zu schaffen. Die Investitionen in Bildungseinrichtungen zielen darauf ab, Ausbildungsbüros, Labors, Sporteinrichtungen und Ausbildungsworkshops zu sanieren und zu modernisieren und werden zur Verwirklichung einer qualitativ hochwertigeren beruflichen Bildung beitragen.
