Proyecto integral que ordena la totalidad del vial, integra un amplio eje de la trama peatonal del centro histórico y recupera zonas estanciales completando el itinerario más importante de la ciudad, entre el Río y las nueva zonas de ensanche. Es un proyecto de solución de movilidad Urbana aplicado a una de las arterias más representativas de la ciudad._x000D_ Al mismo tiempo supone una importante mejora ambiental del espacio: supresión del tráfico rodado, menor contaminación acústica, mayor superficie habitable, etc. En paralelo hay proyectado un carril bici de doble sentido que recorre la totalidad del paseo. Projet intégral qui commande toute la route, intègre un large axe de la parcelle piétonne du centre historique et récupère les zones résidentielles complétant l’itinéraire le plus important de la ville, entre la rivière et les nouvelles zones d’élargissement. Il s’agit d’un projet de solution de mobilité urbaine appliqué à l’une des artères les plus représentatives de la ville._x000D_ En même temps, il représente une amélioration environnementale importante de l’espace: suppression de la circulation routière, réduction de la pollution sonore, plus grande surface habitable, etc. Parallèlement, il y a une piste cyclable bidirectionnelle qui longe toute la promenade.
