Проектът цели да помогне на ученици от Община Разлог, произхождащи от ромското малцинство, да се изградят като пълноценни граждани и да постигнат успешна професионална, социална и творческа реализация. Пълноценната социализация се осъществява в ранна възраст, когато децата са в началото на своето личностно развитие, поради което фокусът на проекта е насочен към ученици от началния курс на обучение. Обхватът на проекта предвижда допълнителни занимания в мултикултурна среда с деца от I до IV клас от НУ "Св. Св. Кирил и Методий" - гр. Разлог и ОУ "Св. Паисий Хилендарски" - с. Баня. Общият брой на включените деца при изпълнение на проекта е 272 като от тях 139 са с ромски произход. В рамките на проекта е предвидено осигуряване на условия, дейности, услуги и ресурси за усвояване на българския език, посредством допълнително обучение на ученици с проблеми при употребата на книжовен български език. Осигурени са дейности по извънкласни занимания, които да развият допълнителни умения и компетентности в учениците - приложни изкуства, театрално изкуство, спортни занимания, изучаване на фолклор. Целта е утвърждаване на интеркултурното образование и превръщането на културното многообразие в източник за взаимно опознаване и духовно развитие на подрастващите. Проектът включва дейност по Кариерно консултиране на ученици, с цел осъзнаване на образованието като ценност и предпоставка за успешен старт в живота. Предвидени са дейности, насочени към работа с родители, за разясняване ползите от образователна интеграция и негативите от възпрепятстване на децата от редовно посещаване на учебни занятия, за да се постигне пълноценна социализация. Целите и дейностите по проекта са съобразени с дългосрочните приоритети на Стратегия "Европа 2020" и с инвестиционния приоритет по Оперативна програма "Наука и образование за интелигентен растеж" 2014-2020. Очакваните резултати надграждат схеми от програмен период 2007-2013 и кореспондират с Актуализиран план за действие на Община Разлог. (Bulgarian)

The project aims to help students from the Municipality of Razlog from the Roma minority to build themselves as full-fledged citizens and to achieve successful professional, social and creative realisation. Full-fledged socialisation takes place at an early age when children are at the beginning of their personal development, which is why the focus of the project is aimed at pupils from the initial course of study. The scope of the project provides for additional activities in a multicultural environment with children from grade I to IV from the Secondary School "St. St. John’s Day. Cyril and Methodius — Razlog and Primary School "St. Paisii Hilendarski" — Banya village. The total number of children involved in the implementation of the project is 272 of which 139 are of Roma background. The project foresees the provision of conditions, activities, services and resources for the acquisition of the Bulgarian language through additional training of students with problems in the use of literary Bulgarian. Extracurricular activities are provided to develop additional skills and competences in students — applied arts, theatre arts, sports activities, folklore learning. The aim is to promote intercultural education and make cultural diversity a source of mutual knowledge and spiritual development of adolescents. The project includes a career counseling activity for students in order to realise education as a value and a prerequisite for a successful start in life. Activities aimed at working with parents are planned to explain the benefits of educational integration and the negatives of preventing children from attending classes on a regular basis in order to achieve full socialisation. The objectives and activities of the project are consistent with the long-term priorities of the Europe 2020 Strategy and the investment priority of the Operational Programme “Science and Education for Smart Growth” 2014-2020. The expected results build on schemes from the 2007-2013 programming period and correspond to an updated action plan of Razlog Municipality. (English)

Le projet vise à aider les étudiants de la municipalité de Razlog de la minorité rom à se construire en tant que citoyens à part entière et à réussir leur réalisation professionnelle, sociale et créative. La socialisation à part entière a lieu à un âge précoce, alors que les enfants sont au début de leur développement personnel, raison pour laquelle le projet s’adresse aux élèves dès le premier cycle d’études. La portée du projet prévoit des activités supplémentaires dans un environnement multiculturel avec des enfants de la première à la quatrième année de l’école secondaire "St. Le jour de la Saint-Jean. Cyrille et Méthode — Razlog et école primaire "St. Paisii Hilendarski" — village de Banya. Le nombre total d’enfants participant à la mise en œuvre du projet est de 272 dont 139 sont d’origine rom. Le projet prévoit la fourniture de conditions, d’activités, de services et de ressources pour l’acquisition de la langue bulgare par la formation complémentaire d’étudiants ayant des problèmes d’utilisation du bulgare littéraire. Des activités parascolaires sont prévues pour développer des aptitudes et des compétences supplémentaires dans le domaine des arts appliqués, des arts du théâtre, des activités sportives et de l’apprentissage du folklore. L’objectif est de promouvoir l’éducation interculturelle et de faire de la diversité culturelle une source de connaissance mutuelle et de développement spirituel des adolescents. Le projet comprend une activité de conseil professionnel pour les étudiants afin de réaliser l’éducation comme une valeur et une condition préalable à un début de vie réussi. Des activités visant à travailler avec les parents sont prévues pour expliquer les avantages de l’intégration scolaire et les inconvénients d’empêcher les enfants de fréquenter régulièrement des cours afin de parvenir à une pleine socialisation. Les objectifs et les activités du projet sont conformes aux priorités à long terme de la stratégie Europe 2020 et à la priorité d’investissement du programme opérationnel «Science et éducation pour une croissance intelligente» 2014-2020. Les résultats escomptés s’appuient sur les programmes de la période de programmation 2007-2013 et correspondent à un plan d’action actualisé de la municipalité de Razlog. (French)

Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, Studenten aus der Gemeinde Razlog aus der Roma-Minderheit zu helfen, sich als vollwertige Bürger aufzubauen und eine erfolgreiche berufliche, soziale und kreative Umsetzung zu erreichen. Eine vollwertige Sozialisierung findet in einem frühen Alter statt, wenn Kinder am Anfang ihrer persönlichen Entwicklung sind, weshalb der Schwerpunkt des Projekts auf Schüler ab dem ersten Studiengang ausgerichtet ist. Der Umfang des Projekts sieht zusätzliche Aktivitäten in einem multikulturellen Umfeld mit Kindern von der Klasse I bis IV von der Sekundarschule "St. St. John’s Day. Cyril und Methodius – Razlog und Grundschule "St. Paisii Hilendarski" – Dorf Banya. Die Gesamtzahl der Kinder, die an der Durchführung des Projekts beteiligt sind, beträgt 272, wovon 139 Roma-Hintergrund haben. Das Projekt sieht die Bereitstellung von Bedingungen, Aktivitäten, Dienstleistungen und Ressourcen für den Erwerb der bulgarischen Sprache durch zusätzliche Ausbildung von Studenten mit Problemen bei der Verwendung von literarischem Bulgarisch vor. Außerschulische Aktivitäten werden angeboten, um zusätzliche Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen in Studenten – angewandte Kunst, Theaterkunst, Sportaktivitäten, Folklore-Lernen – zu entwickeln. Ziel ist es, die interkulturelle Bildung zu fördern und die kulturelle Vielfalt zu einer Quelle des gegenseitigen Wissens und der spirituellen Entwicklung von Jugendlichen zu machen. Das Projekt umfasst eine Karriereberatung für Studierende, um Bildung als Wert und Voraussetzung für einen erfolgreichen Start ins Leben zu verwirklichen. Maßnahmen zur Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern sind geplant, um die Vorteile der schulischen Integration und die negativen Auswirkungen der regelmäßigen Teilnahme von Kindern an Klassen zu erklären, um eine vollständige Sozialisierung zu erreichen. Die Ziele und Tätigkeiten des Projekts stehen im Einklang mit den langfristigen Prioritäten der Strategie Europa 2020 und der Investitionspriorität des operationellen Programms „Wissenschaft und Bildung für intelligentes Wachstum“ 2014-2020. Die erwarteten Ergebnisse bauen auf Programmen des Programmplanungszeitraums 2007-2013 auf und entsprechen einem aktualisierten Aktionsplan der Gemeinde Razlog. (German)
