Projekt odpowiada na problem braku oferty zajęć dodatkowych wspierających uczniów w rozwijaniu kompetencji kluczowych oraz wspierających indywidualne podejście do ucznia, adekwatnej do potrzeb uczniów, a także na braku wyposażenia pracowni, umożliwiającego przeprowadzanie efektywnych i atrakcyjnych zajęć. Jest zgodny z punkt. 7.1.1 Regulaminu konkursu.Główny cel:rozwijanie kompetencji kluczowych uczniów oraz indywidualizacja pracy z dziećmi poprzez różnorodne zajęcia.Działania:1.Zorganizowanie i przeprowadzenie zajęć wspierających uczniów w rozwijaniu kompetencji kluczowych dla 180(93K,87M).2.Zorganizowanie i przeprowadzenie zajęć wspierających indywidualne podejście do ucznia dla 80(35K,45M).3.Wsparcie nauczycieli-4 szkolenia dla 17(15K,2M), studia podyp. dla 1(1K).4.Doposażenie 3 pracowni mat.przyr. i 1 terapeutycznej.Uczestnikami projektu są ucz.i n-le Zespołu Szkół w Przykonie, położonego na terenie wiejskiej gm.Przykona. Liczebność grupy docelowej wynika z analizy potrzeb, liczba uczestników zaplanowanych działań z Rozp. MEN w sprawie zasad organizacji i udzielania pomocy psych-ped w publicznych przedszkolach, szkołach i placówkach.Termin realizacji projektu:01.12.2020-30.06.2023 jest wystarczający, aby objąć proponowanymi formami wsparcia wszystkich uczestników i podjąć odpowiednie działania zaradcze w przypadku pojawiających się trudności.Nabór na zajęcia odbędzie się w grudniu 2020,we wrześniu 2021 i 2022.Ilość godzin oraz program zajęć zostały dostosowane do potrzeb i możliwości dzieci.Zajęcia będą prowadzone przez naucz. i specjalistów z odpowiednimi kwalifikacjami do danego rodzaju zajęć, w ramach projektu nauczyciele będą się dokształcać, a zdobyte kompetencje i kwalifikacje wykorzystają do pracy z dziećmi w ramach projektu i po jego zakończeniu.Nad powodzeniem przedsięwzięcia będą czuwać koordynator, cały zespół projektowy oraz dyrektor szkoły.Rezultaty projektu będą służyć uczniom, rodzicom i nauczycielom w trakcie projektu i po jego zakończeniu. It’s consistent with the point. 7.1.1 Rules of the competition.Main cel:rozwijanie competences of key pupils and individualisation of work with children through various activities.Działania:1.Zorganizowanie and conducting classes supporting students in developing key competences for 180(93K,87M).2.Organisation and conduct of classes supporting the individual approach to the student for 80(35K,45M).3.Support for teachers-4 training for 17(15K,2M), studies for 1(1K).4.Equipment of 3 laboratories of mat. The size of the target group is based on the needs analysis, the number of participants in the planned activities from the Scriptures. Men on the rules of organisation and assistance of psych-peds in public kindergartens, schools and institutions.The duration of implementation projektu:01.12.2020-30.06.2023 is sufficient to cover the proposed forms of support for all participants and take appropriate remedial action in case of emerging difficulties.The recruitment for classes will take place in December 2020,in September 2021 and 2022.The number of hours and the program of classes have been adapted to the needs and possibilities of the children.The classes will be conducted by teachers and professionals with the appropriate qualifications for the given type of classes, as part of the project, the teachers will receive further training, and the acquired competences and qualifications will be used to work with children within and after the project. Le projet répond au problème de l’absence d’activités supplémentaires pour aider les étudiants à développer des compétences clés et à soutenir une approche individuelle de l’étudiant, adaptée aux besoins des étudiants, ainsi qu’au manque d’équipement du studio, permettant des classes efficaces et attrayantes. C’est cohérent avec le point. 7.1.1 Règles du concours.Principales cel:rozwijanie compétences des élèves clés et individualisation du travail avec les enfants par le biais de diverses activités.Działania:1.Zorganizowanie et organisation de classes aidant les étudiants à développer des compétences clés pour 180(93K,87M).2. Organisation et conduite de classes soutenant l’approche individuelle de l’étudiant pour 80(35K,45M).3.Soutien aux enseignants-4 formation pour 17 (15K,2M), études pour 1(1K).4.Équipement de 3 laboratoires de tapis. La taille du groupe cible est basée sur l’analyse des besoins, le nombre de participants aux activités prévues dans les Écritures. Les hommes sur les règles d’organisation et d’assistance des psychédés dans les jardins d’enfants publics, les écoles et les institutions.La durée de mise en œuvre projektu:01.12.2020-30.06.2023 est suffisante pour couvrir les formes de soutien proposées pour tous les participants et prendre les mesures correctives appropriées en cas de difficultés émergentes.Le recrutement pour les classes aura lieu en décembre 2020, en septembre 2021 et 2022.Le nombre d’heures et le programme des classes ont été adaptés aux besoins et aux possibilités des enfants.Les classes seront conduites par des enseignants et des professionnels possédant les qualifications appropriées pour le type de classes donné, dans le cadre du projet, les enseignants recevront une formation complémentaire, et les compétences et qualifications acquises seront utilisées pour travailler avec les enfants dans et après le projet.
