Projektom se predviđa izgradnja i stavljanje u funkciju prve faze komunalne infrastrukture Poduzetničke zone Crno, što predstavlja prvi korak u realizaciji jednog od najznačajnijih gospodarskih strateških projekata Grada Zadra, koji ima za cilj potpunu gospodarsku afirmaciju UP Zadra i Zadarske županije. Projekt će rezultirati izgrađenom komunalnom infrastrukturom Poduzetničke zone Crno, ukupne površine 41.521,21 m2 čime će se aktivirat ukupno 243.824,36 m2 površine zone i čime će se stvoriti uvjeti za privlačenje investitora u zonu. The project provides for the construction and entry into function of the first phase of communal infrastructure of the Crèche, which represents the first step in the realisation of one of Zadar City’s most significant economic strategic projects aimed at a full economic affirmation of the UP Zendra and Zadar County. The project will result in the built municipal infrastructure of the Enterprise Zone Black, a total area of 41 521.21 m², which will activate a total of 243 824.36 m² of the area of the zone and will create the conditions to attract investors in the zone. Das Projekt sieht den Bau und die Inbetriebnahme der ersten Phase der kommunalen Infrastruktur der Entrepreneurial Zone Crno vor, die den ersten Schritt in der Realisierung eines der wichtigsten wirtschaftlichen strategischen Projekte der Stadt Zadar darstellt, die darauf abzielt, die wirtschaftliche Bestätigung von UP Zadar und Zadar County abzuschließen. Das Projekt wird in der gebauten kommunalen Infrastruktur der Entrepreneurial Zone Crno mit einer Gesamtfläche von 41 521,21 m² führen, die insgesamt 243 824,36 m² Fläche aktivieren und somit Bedingungen schaffen wird, um Investoren in die Zone zu locken.
